Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the socio-economic conditions of the community in the UD rattan business area. Muda by Wantulasi Village, Wakorumba Utara District, Buton utara Regency . The research method used is field research by conducting observation, interviews, and documentation.  This can be seen from the education of the respondents, where out of 23 respondents, 6 respondents or around 26.08% completed their formal education at the high school level, then seen from the health condition it can be categorized as good, which can be seen from the type of treatment of respondents who seek treatment at the health center as many as 15 people. or about 65.21%, then seen in terms of the number of family members, indirectly with the presence of UD. Muda Karya affects the ability of each family to bear the burdens of their respective families due to the existence of UD. Muda Karya affects livelihoods and income in every family. The average number of dependents in the family is 3-4 people, 11 respondents or 47.82%. Then from an economic point of view it is classified as moderate where the average income of respondents of month Rp. 1.844.348

Abstract

Women have rights and obligations as well as equal opportunities with men in development in all fields starting from the level of planning, implementation, formulation of policies to decision making. Women also play a physical, mental, mind and opinion role and are responsible for activities that aim to increase family income. The study aims to determine the causes of the low income of poor families in the Bukit Selamat neighborhood and find out the participation of women as a husband's companion in increasing the income of poor families. The results of the study showed that the participation of married women in adding to the income of poor families in the Bukit Selamat neighborhood of Wolio District, Bau-Bau City was quite participating. The average income earned by respondents is between Rp.500,000-750,000 per month. Based on this, it is suggested that the participation of married women should be increased to increase family income and the need for skills education for women.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar algoritma pemprograman dasar peserta didik kelas X SMKN 7 Makassar dengan model pembelajaran qIuided inquiry. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari empat tahap: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) observasi dan (4) refleksi. subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X RPL SMKN 7 Makassar yang berjumlah 34 orang peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah instrumen tes yang mengukur kompetensi materi algoritma pemprograman dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat. Data pada Siklus I menunjukkan angka ketuntasan peserta didik sebesar 79,41% dan meningkat secara signifikan pada Siklus II hingga mencapai 88,24%. Peningkatan hasil belajar ini dihasilkan dari perbaikan proses pembelajaran yang didasarkan refleksi pada akhir siklus dengan mengacu tahapan pembelajaran quided inquiry.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan Pos Bantuan Hukum (Posbakum) di Pengadilan Agama Parepare dalam rangka pelaksanaan Peraturan Mahkamah Agung (PERMA) No. 1 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Pemberian Layanan Hukum bagi Masyarakat Tidak Mampu di Pengadilan. di mana Posbakum terbukti menjadi sarana penting bagi masyarakat kurang mampu untuk memperoleh akses terhadap keadilan, khususnya dalam perkara perdata keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan dan edukasi hukum melalui pemberian informasi, konsultasi, serta asistensi penyusunan dokumen hukum. Selain itu, dilakukan pula pengamatan lapangan serta diskusi dengan para pihak yang berperkara. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa Posbakum berperan efektif dalam membantu pencari keadilan memahami prosedur berperkara, menyusun gugatan atau permohonan secara lebih tepat, serta memperoleh rujukan hukum yang sesuai. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat tantangan berupa keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, tingginya volume perkara, serta rendahnya literasi hukum masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Posbakum merupakan instrumen strategis dalam mewujudkan asas peradilan yang sederhana, cepat, dan biaya ringan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan kapasitas petugas Posbakum, peningkatan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, serta dukungan sarana dan prasarana yang lebih memadai agar layanan hukum dapat lebih optimal.
