Obesity is one of the most serious international health problems. According to WHO, obesity in Asia Pacific is defined by a body mass index of 23–24.9 kg m−2.1. Children are categorized as under 18 years of age. Obesity in children is a global health problem that has a negative impact on children's growth and development, and can even increase comorbidities in later life. In obesity, it is suspected that there is a change in the sensitivity of the sense of taste which can cause changes in diet and weight. This literature study aims to determine changes in the sensitivity of the sense of taste in obese children. The method used in this study is by searching journals that were conducted on 3 journal databases, namely PubMed, Google Scholar and Cochrane Library. Obtained 5 journals that meet the research criteria. Based on the study, obese subjects had more difficulty in correctly identifying different taste than normal weight kontrols resulting in a lower total score overall. Concluded that there is a change in the sensitivity of the sense of taste in children with obesity where the child has a lack of ability to taste sour, salty (umami) and sweet.

It is necessary to clean glasses regularly. Glasses are often dirty due to attached dusts and contaminated microbe. Ultrasonic cleaner is often used effectively to clean the glasses. Therefore, the ultrasonic cleaner water contains contaminated microbe from glasses. This study aimed to identify bacteria and fungi yeast in the used ultrasonic cleaner water. For this study, glasses were cleaned with ultrasonic cleaner. Then, its water is inoculated at 3M Petrifilm for Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Candida albicans. The results showed that the most frequent Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans in the ultrasonic cleaner water. Escherichia coli was not often found. Since both of microbe, S. aureus and C.albicans are flora normal of the skin, it can be concluded that glasses are contaminated with these flora normal of the skin

Noise is a sound whose presence is unwanted that it has an impact on health problems, an uncomfortable environment and can cause deafness. The impact of noise on health can occur in workplace and cause disturbances that are classified in stages. Several studies have found that sudden exposure to sound causes physiological reactions such as pulse, blood pressure, metabolism, sleep disturbances and constriction of blood vessels. The search for research journal articles was obtained from publication media, filtered from inclusion and exclusion criteria and obtained 10 journals to be reviewed. The results of this study are that in all the articles reviewed by the author there is a relationship between long-term noise exposure and human blood glucose levels. Noise exposure led to increased phosphorylation of jnk (c-Jun N-terminal kinase) as well as decreased phosphorylation in skeletal muscle in response to exogenous insulin stimulation, and another result was that plasma levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in skeletal muscle increased after long-term noise exposure. Noise exposure also causes dysregulation of the activity of the hypothalamo-pituitary adrenal axis with high corticosterone, which appears to blunt insulin action in peripheral tissues, consequently limiting glucose uptake and glycogen deposition in the liver and gastrocnemius muscle.

Sexually transmitted diseases could be transmitted through unprotected vaginal, anal, and oral sex. Infectious diseases can cause various symptoms and even cause death in humans. One of the duties of a doctor is to prevent the spread of a disease, but in this scenario the doctor has to reveal the patient's identity to others. Various opinions and stigmas that arise in Indonesian society have made it more difficult for sexually transmitted diseases patients to reveal their condition even to their closest family. This increases the dilemma faced by doctors. Based on various aspects ranging from human rights, the right-to life, bioethics by adhering to the prima facie principle, as well as the convention law, the medical secrets of infectious disease patients must be disclosed to the family for togetherness' sake.

Faloak plant is widely used by people in East Nusa Tenggara Province to treat various diseases. The bark of the faloak tree is believed to increase stamina, treat liver dysfunction, ulcers, and typhoid. Often also used to clean the vagina and treat menstrual disorders. Traditional medicine of the faloak plant has been widely used, but there has not been much research and scientific evidence regarding the activity of the faloak plant as a herbal ingredient. The purpose of this literature review is to determine the effect of the faloak plant as an antioxidant. For this reason, a literature search was carried out by searching for articles in research journal databases. From the results of this literature search, it was found that there was significant antioxidant activity in the use of extracts of the bark and roots of Sterculia quadrifida which showed the strongest antioxidant activity compared to leaves, fruits and seeds. The best antioxidant activity was found in 95% ethanol extract for plant bark and 70% ethanol for plant roots. It is because of the identification of the secondary metabolites contained in this plant, including alkaloids, phenols, flavonoids, terpenoids and tannins which are known to act as anti-oxidants

Cartilage in the knee of the foot will gradually thin out with age and increase the load on the footstool. The cartilage in the knee is called the meniscus which is useful for protecting the surrounding bones from rubbing against each other when moving. When the meniscus thin and rub against each other will cause pain and the sound of crepitus when walking. Pain is an uncomfortable condition due to physical stimulation that is channeled to the brain followed by physical to emotional reactions. Osteoarthritis is a joint disease that causes decreased joint motion due to pain. This joint disorder most commonly occurs in the knee. Warm ginger compress therapy will make blood vessels widen or open and blood circulation to be smooth. The method of making this literature is in the form of a descriptive approach that looks for various journals or research articles with the same research theme. The results obtained with 10 journals, with the same discussion. Where in several journals get results that are proven to be effective. It can be concluded that warm ginger compresses are effective for reducing pain in osteoarthritis.

Nematodes are the cause of filariasis. Tissue nematodes as the cause of lymphatic filariasis are 3 species, namely Wuchereria bancrofti, Brugia malayi, Brugia timori.1 Lymphatic filariasis is the second largest cause of long-term disability, namely lymphedema of the extremities (elephantiasis) and hydrocele, especially in the tropics.2 Wolbachia bacteria are found in Onchocercidae, the family of filarial nematodes, including species that cause filarial disease in humans such as lymphatic filariasis and onchocerciasis. The symbiosis of Wolbachia and Onchocercidae shows that Wolbachia bacteria play a role in the treatment of filarial parasitic infections by using antibiotics such as tetracycline, doxycycline or rifampicin causing growth retardation and embryogenesis. 4 The long term use of antibiotics is feared to cause resistance to bacteria. Therefore, it is necessary to use antibiotics with a shorter time.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a global public health problem where the prevalence and incidence of CKD is increasing every year. According Indonesian Renal Registry in 2016 , about 60% of CKD underwent dialysis in the form of hemodialysis (98%) and peritoneal dialysis (2%). The deaths of hemodialysis patients during 2015 were 1,243 people with the most cause of death is cardiovascular (41%), and unknown (30%). The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of death in the first year of CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis. This study was a descriptive and analytic study with a cross sectional approach. Collecting data by looking at the patient's medical record. The number of samples is 46 people, the sample uses the total sampling method. Univariate data analysis to see the distribution of patient profiles, bivariate analysis with Chi square test and multivariate analysis using logistic regression to see the relationship between variables. The results of the analysis showed that the factors associated with death in the first year of kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis were age (p=0.03) and vascular access (p=0.000). The first year of chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis is age and vascular access.

Knowledge of glaucoma is significant for medical students and later establishes a diagnosis and initial treatment when becoming a doctor. The incidence of glaucoma has increased in the last decades with the increase and the age of the population. This study aims to determine the glaucoma knowledge among the clerks of the FKIK UKRIDA 2020. This study used descriptive research with a cross-sectional. The sampling technique used the total sampling method. This study found that students had sufficient/moderate knowledge (65.1%) about glaucoma, primarily obtained orally from lectures, and some were also obtained by reading literature or textbooks. There is no specific comparison of student age affecting the level of knowledge about glaucoma. Respondents aged 22 to 29 years have varying levels of expertise, from moderate to good knowledge levels. Meanwhile, based on gender, most women have a good level of knowledge (39.%) compared to men (25.4%). In this study, the distribution of respondents was aged 26 years (22.2%), and most of the respondents were female (63.5%). From the results of the study, it was concluded that respondents with a moderate level of knowledge were 65.1%. More respondents and a wider range of students are needed for further research.
