Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs of students in using MOOCs-based digital learning media for understanding concepts in junior high school students. The subjects of this research were 20 students of class VIII of SMPN 11 Bengkulu City. This research is a Research and Development or RnD research. The research instruments used are interview guidelines, observation sheets, and learner needs questionnaires. The results obtained are in the form of observation data, interviews with one of the science subject teachers, and questionnaires filled out by research subjects. data analysis techniques used in this study are using qualitative and quantitative techniques.

Abstract

The increasingly sophisticated development of technology causes   marketing trends to  continue to grow, where marketing shifts from conventional to the digital world. Digital marketing provides many conveniences ranging from offering products, wider marketing reach and lower marketing costs. This study aims to determine the application of digital-based marketing strategies in snack businesses to improve the entrepreneurial spirit of students. The research method used is qualitative discriptive. Data sources were obtained from interviews with informants, as well as questionnaires and observations.  The results showed that the application of digital-based marketing strategies in snack businesses can increase basreng sales three times more than direct marketing and is considered very attractive with a percentage of 60% with the coupon method and basreng products that are marketed have received a good response with a percentage of 80%.

Abstract

The background of the research that has been carried out is to find out whether the social media-based marketing strategy of Tiktok is able to increase product sales. This research is a research that uses a descriptive research model with a qualitative and quantitative approach. What was examined in this study was a marketing strategy to increase sales of MSMEs products in the form of a bouquet of wire bristles. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using social media tiktok as a marketing medium to increase sales. The data collection instruments used in this study were direct observations (interviews) and questionnaires. Data collection and data analysis in the form of observations are carried out by providing two stages to find out whether the sales strategy of using social media is effective in increasing sales results or not. The results of the analysis of several respondents stated that offline store sales alone were not effective in product marketing. Thus knowledge is needed about the description of marketing strategies by utilizing social media, one of which is TikTok to increase product sales. This is because there are so many tiktok users, both from teenagers to adults. In addition, product marketing has a wider target market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs of teachers and students for PJOK learning media based on the Apowerrec application in the independent curriculum. The research data was taken from a population of PJOK teachers in elementary schools and students from SDN 149 Seluma, SDN 13 Seluma and SDN 65 Seluma in Seluma district. The data analysis technique uses a quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The data collection technique used in this study was using a needs questionnaire which was distributed directly to PJOK students and teachers. The implications of research on teachers and students to change teaching patterns in accordance with the independent curriculum. In this study the questionnaire respondents consisted of 85 students with details of 28 students from SDN 149 Seluma, 30 students from SDN 13 Seluma, 32 students from SDN 65 Seluma and 3 PJOK teachers in 3 schools in Seluma district. The data generated by using a questionnaire and analyzed then made a conclusion based on the interpretation of the results of the analysis. The data collected was in the form of the results of distributing the teacher's needs questionnaire by 87% with the category strongly agree. In the distribution of student needs questionnaires by 85% with the category of strongly agree. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was concluded that the development of instructional media is needed by both PJOK teachers and students. Based on the results of the needs analysis, the development of PJOK learning media based on the Apowerrec application in the independent curriculum will be carried out.

Abstract

The Implementation of video in Teaching and Learning Process at Class VIII of MTS Ponpes Al-Hasanah Bengkulu Tengah. This research aims to know the use of video in teaching and learning process in MTS Ponpes Al-Hasanah Bengkulu Tengah. The research applied quantitative approach by using questionnaires. The questionnaires shared by 41 students of class VIII containing 5 questions. Based on the data, it was obtained that 59% answered that the video was never used during teaching and learning. 63% of the were interested if video would be used in future learning. They also agreed that the video would make them easily understand English.

Abstract

This research is research into the development of machasories products, namely as a contemporary, aesthetic accessory business which of course is currently very popular among teenagers and all groups. This research uses descriptive and quantitative analysis techniques. In this research, we used data collection techniques through questionnaires that we gave to customers who had already ordered accessory products, we got 86.6 quality and preferred accessories in terms of beauty and aesthetics. Of course, there are shortcomings that we found in the questionnaire that we have distributed, namely that there are products that are not neat in workmanship and the manufacturing process takes a long time. In this research, the aim is that the development of accessories business products can increase digital business literacy in generation Z, of course this will be an important thing in the future as a reference for generation Z to start a business to produce work and earn income.

Abstract

Purple sweet potato has potential as a food function, especially as an antioxidant because of its purple color and other nutritional content. This research aims to produce a Lubiler product that contains antioxidants by substituting boiled purple sweet potato with chocolate. The research results showed that the best Lubiler was produced with a maximum substitution of 100% purple sweet potato. The characteristics of the Lubiler produced include aroma, taste and texture. The addition of purple sweet potatoes increases the soft texture, taste and maturity level of purple sweet potatoes. This lubricant can be a substitute for instant snacks. This lubricant is produced in-house and is more hygienic of course, so it can maintain health because the lubricant maintains cleanliness. The technique used in the Lubiler marketing process is using Digital Marketing Techniques where the promotion of this product is done using existing social media. It is hoped that this research can foster a spirit of entrepreneurship both among students and the general public.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a form of planning found in the field of marketing. In general, marketing is a social process by which individuals and groups get what they need and want by creating and exchanging products and value with other individuals and groups. Data analysis techniques in research use quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The data collection technique used in this study was using questionnaire sheets that were distributed directly to 10 respondents. This research was conducted at the University of Bengkulu in March. In this study, the factors or variables used for data collection are social media used, culinary variations offered, target customers / marketing, and turnover. In the study, variable X is the selection of social media, information updates, response to buyers and quality and price, while variable Y is an increase in sales of Amai Desu Cake products. After the distribution of questionnaires to find out opinions, perceptions about Amai Desu Cake (ADC) products. In accordance with the results of the distribution of questionnaires, the response of 10 respondents to amai desu cake (ADC) products received 80%, where this category is located in the criteria for delicious. Based on the results of data processing as a whole factors or variables can be accepted, that social media has a role and benefits in increasing the marketing of Amai Desu Cake (ADC) products or increasing the value of turnover, besides that based on the processed data it can also be concluded that all variables X (selection of social media, information updates, response to buyers and quality and price) have a positive effect on variable Y (culinary business marketing).

Abstract

Pastel is a snack that is usually a semicircle filled with meat and vegetables and served as a dessert or snack. D' croquette “triangle pastry” is a modification of the usual form and filling of pastels. This study aims to find out how the development of d'croquette as a culinary business assisted by milkshake media can increase the entrepreneurial spirit of students, especially physics education students. The results of the study show that d'croquette business development is able to increase the entrepreneurial spirit of students. The technique used in the “triangle pastry” d'croquette marketing process is using social media, especially milkshakes. From this research, it is hoped that it can grow and improve the entrepreneurial spirit of students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0

Abstract

In addition to marketing products through social media and having an entrepreneurial spirit, sellers or students or entrepreneurs must choose a business that is contemporary and can compete in the social media market such as the Es Jellygar (Fresh Jelly) beverage product business. This research aims to train the spirit of entrepreneurship among students in developing and marketing Ice Jellygar beverage products. This research is an R&D research, the development model used is the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The data analysis method used in this study was carried out through product acceptance tests on consumers. The result of this research is the development of Es Jellygar beverage products, which go through four stages of development: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The Define stage focuses on finding reference recipes, the Design Stage creates prototypes or product designs, the Develop Stage involves evaluation by experts and prototype testing, and the Disseminate Stage is about introducing products to the public through exhibitions and consumer testing. Marketing products through social media and having an entrepreneurial spirit, sellers or students or entrepreneurs must choose businesses that are contemporary and can compete in the social media market such as the Es Jellygar (Fresh Jelly) beverage product business.  So it can be concluded that this business can be an opportunity for entrepreneurs or students as an easy side business, and can compete in the sales field.
