Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine how research onhybrid learning in schools. This research method uses a literature review using a bibliometric analysis method approach starting from entering the keyword “pembelajaran hybrid” by setting the search year 2018-2023 and journals using the Publish or Perish (PoP) software application. The database used is Google Scholar, after searching Initially by selecting the keyword "hybrid learning" the maximum search allowed in Google Scholar is 1000 journals and we could enter a value of less than 1000. This research utilizes Publish or Perish (PoP) and VOSviewers software to analyze the data. Based on the findings, results and discussion, it was found that the highest number of scientific publications on the Google Scholar site from 2018-2023 occurred in 2020 and 2021. The results of research based on overlay visualization and density visualization in 2018-2023 centered on hybrid learning variables, meaning that there was a lot of research carried out by other researchers.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the way teachers educate children with special needs. Children with special needs require different attention and approaches in terms of their needs. Focusing on physical, mental, emotional, and social aspects, they need additional attention and support to reach their full potential. This study is a qualitative study. The subjects of this study were Class Teachers of SD Negeri 2 Blahkiuh in 2024. The data collection method used an open interview instrument. The results of this study indicate the awareness of the majority of teachers towards the existence of children with special needs in their schools. Although most teachers understand the various types of special needs of children, there is a lack of experience in teaching children with special needs. However, teachers have shown various efforts to create an inclusive learning environment, such as the use of media, personal approaches, and adjustments to learning methods. Although some teachers have not received special training in teaching children with special needs, it is important for them to receive additional training to increase responsiveness to students' individual needs. The interview results also highlighted differences in school approaches regarding the integration of students with special needs into regular classes. In this context, it is important for schools to provide adequate training and support for teachers and adapt the curriculum and learning environment to ensure effective inclusion for all students, including those with special needs.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how women in Northern Nigeria might benefit from digital education through waqf, an Islamic endowment. To increase girls and women's access to education, the study focuses on determining how waqf institutions may aid in creating e-learning infrastructure, materials, and training initiatives. The study aims to eliminate social and economic hurdles that restrict women's access to education in the area, advance gender equality, and provide women with the skills necessary for socioeconomic development by utilizing waqf monies. The ultimate objective is to demonstrate how integrating digital education programs with Islamic charitable frameworks can establish long-term avenues for women's empowerment and promote wider community development in Northern Nigeria. Women's education greatly aids Social and economic progress, especially in areas with large gender gaps. Women's access to formal education has been hampered in Northern Nigeria by long-standing obstacles such as early marriage, poverty, and cultural conventions. However, the emergence of e-learning offers a special chance to close this gap by giving women and girls remote access to educational materials. This study uses a mixed-methods approach, this study investigates how Waqf supports e-learning for women in Northern Nigeria by integrating qualitative and quantitative research approaches. The results indicate that women's educational chances can be greatly improved by combining Waqf with online learning programs, enabling them to better their socioeconomic circumstances and make a positive impact on their communities. The study's conclusion emphasizes the necessity of deliberate actions to optimize Waqf's effectiveness in resolving gender-based educational disparities in Northern Nigeria.

Islamic scholars, preachers, and individuals have been able to dispel misconceptions about Islam and impart religious information by using easily accessible platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter. This paper uses a qualitative research approach to examine how Islamic da'awah has changed in the era of social media and how Waqf institutions assist. It does this by combining case studies, literature reviews, and content analysis. The findings of the research revealed that digital media has a significant role in forming modern Muslim identity, expanding its benefits to reach national and international community, advancement of da’awah activities and posing certain risks, such as the possibility of radicalization and disinformation. The study concludes that working together with academics, content producers, and Waqf organizations will be essential to making sure that Da'awah in the digital age is based on Islamic teachings and makes the most of contemporary technology.

Abstract

Background: Improving the quality of training delivery in the oil and gas sector is a strategic necessity in the face of global energy transition and technological disruption. As a technical training institution under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, PPSDM Migas must ensure that its training programs remain relevant, effective, and responsive to participants’ needs.Aims: This research aims to develop a strategic framework for enhancing training quality at PPSDM Migas through evaluative analysis across three core aspects: educational content, facilities, and services. Methods: An evaluative quantitative research design with qualitative support was employed, involving 1,539 training participants through total sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires assessed for validity through pilot testing. Analysis included descriptive statistics, gap analysis, SWOT mapping, and the PDCA model to formulate improvement strategies. Results: The findings revealed performance gaps in all aspects, particularly in facilities (gap = -3.35). The gap analysis and participant feedback identified specific weaknesses such as poor ICT infrastructure and lack of interactivity. SWOT analysis and PDCA were used to recommend targeted strategies including ICT upgrades, training material redesign, and service digitization. Conclusion: The resulting strategy framework supports continuous training improvement and reinforces PPSDM Migas's role as a future-ready institution. The research contributes to the literature on evaluation-based quality development and opens avenues for further research on adaptive training innovations in technical education.

Abstract

Background: Indonesia, an archipelagic nation comprising over 17,000 islands, encounters ongoing difficulties in providing equitable access to quality education throughout its many areas.Aims: This study investigates the implementation of Open and Distance Education (ODE) as a crucial approach for enhancing educational accessibility in isolated regions. Through the application of digital technologies and adaptable learning frameworks, ODE surmounts geographical, economic, and infrastructural obstacles that frequently constrain conventional educationMethods: ODE allows learners to obtain quality education irrespective of their geographical location, promoting inclusion and opportunities for lifelong learning. This study employed qualitative methods to investigate and analyze educational access in rural regionsResults: The efficacy of ODE is contingent upon several crucial aspects, including internet connectivity, digital literacy, and governmental assistance in policy and infrastructure development. Addressing these obstacles will guarantee that ODE evolves into a lasting solution for enhancing educational equity and empowering communities in remote areas. Conclusion: Open and Distance Education has demonstrated its efficacy in broadening educational access, particularly in isolated regions. The adoption of distance education enables students to learn at their own pace and under their own circumstances, without dependence on traditional educational infrastructure, which is frequently limited in remote areas. This strategy also enables educators to engage a greater number of pupils using more efficient resources.
