Abstract

By utilizing technology, SMEs can have broad market potential and create a variety of profitable new opportunities. This service focuses on assisting the transfer of technology for Canvas SMEs from traditional to modern, where Canvas SMEs produce various products such as bags, tablecloths, sarungs. pillows etc. The problem faced by these SMEs is that they still use traditional technologies such as manual sewing and manual cutting of materials. Apart from that, another problem is the unfulfillment of product orders in large quantities given the minimum equipment and manpower. The solution offered is meeting the needs for sewing machine equipment and material cutting tools, as well as assisting their use for the UKM workers. The assistance will be carried out in stages over 8 months until the equipment can be used by workers in UKM Canvas. This assistance is expected to increase production capacity and fulfillment customer orders on UKM Canvas.

Abstract

Munggangsari is one of the villages in the Purworejo Regency area, which is located on the coast, and has great potential in the fisheries (catch and cultivation) and marine sector. In the areas near the beach, they are mostly used for shrimp farming. The shrimps are usually managed by locals or professional, but the investors are mostly from area out of this regency. Unfortunately, people who work in the shrimp are good in growing shrimp, but they are still have some lacks in term of management. For this reason, coaching the shrimp farmers are important to do, to help them make good performance in term of shrimp productivity and sustainable business. The coaching includes the aspects of human resources, financial, production, and marketing. The method of coaching is through discussion and presentation of the case. This is not just a one-day coaching, but continuous coaching to help farmers do sustainable business which is expected by investors.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments encourage the emergence of technology in the financial sector known as financial technology (fintech). Using fintech by business actors is considered more efficient and effective in the transaction process. Islamic boarding school students are one of the potential users of fintech. However, based on the preliminary survey, the literacy level of students related to fintech still needs to be higher, so it still needs to be held outreach about fintech. This program aims to increase the level of students' understanding of financial technology. The target audience is the students of Al-Amin Pabuwaran Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School, North Purwokerto, Banyumas. Based on the results of the evaluation at the end of the training session, provides evidence that there is an increase in students' understanding of fintech, and it is hoped that they can use or utilize existing platforms properly and wisely.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the understanding of Pesawaran Regency Young Warriors on budgeting according to the 2021 Ministry of Finance input cost standards and to improve the skills of Young Warriors in preparing budgets that are in accordance with the Ministry of Finance input cost standards for 2021. Budgeting training is conducted at the Social Service Pesawaran district, Lampung province. Training on budget preparation to complete project proposals was attended by all Young Fighters in Pesawaran District consisting of 9 students. The nine students came from various universities as follows: Lamung University, Siliwang University, Darmajaya University, and Semarang State University. Based on the results of sending questionnaires before and after the training, it can be concluded that the understanding of the training participants before and after the training has increased. After attending the training the participants have a good understanding of the meaning of the budget and after attending the training the participants are able to prepare a project budget properly and in accordance with the ministry of finance's 2021 entry fee standards.

Abstract

MBKM Riset is one of the programs currently being implemented at FEB UNSOED with the goal of providing opportunities for students to increase their capacity, role, and participation, particularly in research activities that are relevant to their competencies. Some of the difficulties encountered by participants, such as how to identify research gaps, determine research titles, locate and manage references, and analyze and evaluate scientific publications, must be addressed immediately. The goal of this service activity is to provide training and assistance to all participants on how to optimize the use of Publish Or Perish, Vosviewer, and Mendeley in the preparation of research and scientific articles so that higher quality research can be produced. This activity's method consists of five stages: pre-survey, situation analysis and identification of partners' problems, problem-solving methods, PKM activity implementation, and evaluation. During the training and mentoring, participants were extremely enthusiastic. Participants felt the need for additional training as a result of the discussion, so that they could complete research results as efficiently as possible given the MBKM Riset timeline.

Abstract

Mie ganyong is a local product that uses canna flour as the basic ingredient. Through the Youth Awareness and Pioneering Development program (PKKP) from the Central Java Youth, Sports and Tourism Office, mie ganyong are transformed into a contemporary food favored by spicy lovers, namely Seblak Minyong. The purpose of this service is to improve the village economy through local product innovation in Majasari Village, Bukateja District, Purbalingga Regency. The method used is lecture and practice/demonstration. The raw materials used for this processing are mie gelang, seblak crackers, spiral macaroni, chain crackers, and cuankie tongue. In its implementation it went well and received full support from village youth, local village officials, as well as the Purbalingga Youth, Sports and Tourism Office.

Abstract

Karangtaruna is a place for youth groups to carry out self-actualization. Social and business activities are the main activities in the Karangtaruna group. Social activities such as competitions, community service and helping community activities. While business activities such as opening a business and helping the business of the surrounding community. Karang Taruna Pagere youth who live in Pabuaran RT 01 RW 04 have a great desire to learn about investment because many people are trapped in fake investments. A lack of resources in the form of knowledge about investment in general and fraudulent investment constraints this great desire. The output of this activity is the increase in the value of investment knowledge from members of Karangtaruna Pagere at RT 01 RW 04, Pabuaran Village, Purwokerto. The results showed that the results of the investment knowledge test on the pre-test were 54%, and the post-test results were 86%. This increase was also followed by many socialization programs from Karangtaruna members to the public regarding investment education

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the pillars to improve the country's economy, including Banyumas Regency, which was initiated by the Banyumas Association of Business Actors. In order for MSMEs to develop properly, information is needed for managers in making decisions. One form of information that is useful in the decision-making process by the owner or manager is accounting information. MSME accounting is an information system that identifies, manages, and communicates MSME economic information. Economic information is useful for decision making. One of the points to improve MSMEs is the effectiveness of financial management which is reflected through accounting policies and financial reporting. Financial statements are a process of transactions, recording processes and ultimately become financial reports. The financial statements consist of: balance sheet, income statement and notes to financial statements. The service which takes place at the Association of Banyumas business actors is carried out to provide knowledge and skills in managing finances and compiling financial reports.

Abstract

The problem of waste, especially organic waste, requires serious handling because of the negative impact on the health of the environment and the surrounding community. The solution for dealing with organic waste can use organic waste bioconversion technology using the Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggot. The BSF life cycle is as follows: egg, baby larva, grower phase, adult maggot, prepupa, pupa, and adult fly. Organic waste is eaten by the grower phase, which will become an adult maggot ready for harvest within two weeks. The products produced at this stage are mature maggots, food waste (kasgot), or organic fertilizer. Adult maggots can be used as feed ingredients for fish or chicken livestock, while women farmer groups can use castor or organic fertilizers to fertilize vegetable crops. Waste bank groups and youth organizations can earn income from the contributions of residents who receive garbage collection services from door to door. The benefits for the entire Menganti village community are ensuring a clean and healthy environment

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide understanding and assist in the management of halal assurance certification to SMEs. The method of this activity is observation, interviews, and documenting selected SME data. Mentoring activities are carried out face-to-face. The results of observations and interviews with 3 food and beverage SMEs resulted in several conclusions, namely: the halal certification program is known by all SMEs, but most are not interested in taking care of certification for reasons such as: 1) still prioritizing time to sell rather than participating in socialization about halal assurance; 2) the management of halal certification isstill considered complicated and confusing; 3) does not have the funds to administer the certification; 4) because they don't want to take care of the halal guarantee of their products. Judging from the understanding/cognitive aspect, SMEs feel that halal certification is very important, it means that understanding and knowledge of good halal certification is not enough to increase the interest of SMEs in obtaining halal assurance certification. Therefore, the service team will assist in the management of halal assurance certification by first the requirements for its management, including kitchens that must meet hygiene requirements according to halal certification or kitchen floors that are in accordance with the requirements, SMEs assisted are Getuk Goreng “Tela Asli”, Cireng “Trijaya” and Kecombrang syrup “Honje Laka Syrup” Beverage. Assistance is carried out in 2 stages, namely: (1) training of halal driving cadres, and (2) handling halal certification documents. It is hoped that this halal certification service activity can provide added value so that it can increase sales of MSME products.
