Abstract

Perumda Pasar Satria Purwokerto has the goal of playing an active role in assisting the availability of supply, stability and affordability of prices for staple goods in the Banyumas area. For this reason, efforts are being made to foster and empower Market Traders to increase Regional Original Income (PAD). Internally, Perumda's management also made self-improvement by empowering and increasing the competence of its employees. In the field of accounting, Perumda's management seeks to improve the accounting competence of its employees so that they are able to carry out their duties and responsibilities better. Accounting training is carried out to increase understanding and insight into accounting and transaction processing practices at Perumda Pasar Satria. This is deemed necessary by management to support the achievement of the goals of Perumda Pasar Satria. The first stage of accounting training has been carried out by providing insight and knowledge of accounting and manual transaction processing practices. Furthermore, training will be carried out to improve computer-based accounting competencies. Employees are expected to have accounting knowledge and skills, although not all of their work is directly related to the application of computer accounting.

Abstract

The increase in population growth in Indonesia has led to an increase in food consumption. The need for food consumption will always increase, so the processed pangen cluster MSMEs are predicted to continue to grow significantly so that they can meet the necessary food needs. The Cooperative and MSME Agency of Semarang City noted that processed food products still dominate the types of SMEs in Semarang City at 55%. However, these SMEs still market their products in a simple way, where they make products based on what they can do and sell their products without any maximum effort. As a result of such marketing conditions, their businesses are difficult to develop. On the other hand, competition in the business world has become very tight in the current era of globalization. Therefore, this service aims to provide education for residents and managers of food processing cluster MSMEs in Semarang city about the importance of utilizing marketplaces to increase sales for their products. In a broader scope, it can advance the potential development of MSMEs in the processed food sector in the city of Semarang. The output targets of this service are publications in mass media, publications in national service journals, and video highlights of activities.

Abstract

The specific objectives and targets of this PkM activity are; Improving quality control of raw materials and production processes; Product quality improvement; Provision of production equipment facilities in the form of drying ovens to improve production quality and Assistance and improvement of partner business management. The approach used to overcome the problems faced by partners is the method of training, introduction, and application of appropriate technology, counseling and mentoring. The activity plan in the proposed PkM program includes; 1) Training on the technique of making ant sugar, 2) Technical training on using a drying oven, 3) Introduction and transfer of technology in the form of ant sugar drying oven, 4) Assistance in efforts to increase HR competency in terms of financial administration and quality management. The targeted outputs of this PkM activity are 1) The group has machine-based production equipment, 2) The group has better product packaging, 3) The group has more structured quality management capabilities, an established marketing strategy, and more organized financial administration.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred since 2020 has paralyzed various sectors around the world, including the economy in Indonesia. The sudden economic downturn is still an obstacle for most Indonesians. This also has an impact on MSMEs in Indonesia. Based on observations with the Food Cluster MSMEs in the city of Semarang, it was found that MSME actors still have problems related to packaging design. There are still many of them who only rely on makeshift packaging without any prior planning. Packaging has a vital role in branding a product. Seeing this, it is necessary to conduct packaging design training, from planning to product packaging design. After conducting packaging design training for MSMEs in the Food Cluster in the city of Semarang, MSMEs realized that several things must be considered, including the target market, packaging accuracy, easy packaging access, and attention to the suitable materials for their products. After participating in this training, MSMEs realized that packaging is not something they can underestimate because they can do branding from packaging. After all, the packaging is the first thing that consumers see.

Abstract

Purwokerto Utara village has a lot of UMKM which has been running for a long time. Some problems found in the understanding and efforts that need to be done in improving their business, especially micro and small business, which causes less development of micro and small enterprises in Purwokerto Utara urban areas, among others, the lack of understanding about accounting. The perpetrators of UMKM generally only do a simple record of income and expenditures. Some even do not record the rent as a business expense, so the business is seen to generate a large profit because the burden is not recorded properly. The result is that the listing does not describe the actual financial condition of the business. The problem faced by partners is the absence of training on business financial management directly. Solutions needed for the problem is the provision of training for UMKM in terms of managing finances by using accounting. The outcome of this solution is the ability of partners to use accounting easily to improve the financial performance of their business. The outcome of this solution in the form of partner knowledge about the management of good business finances and other true outcomes is scientific articles published at the local level. The result of the recapitulation of questionnaires distributed to the participants explained that community service is very beneficial because it increases participats’ knowledge about financial management for UMKM.

Abstract

Inovasi menjadi keniscayaan suatu usaha untuk tetap relevan di kondisi pasar yang kompetitif. Di sektor UMKM , inovasi merupakan nilai dasar untuk tetap bisa eksis dan bertahan hidup. Kegiatan program pengabdian masyarakat (PPM) yang dilaksanakan bersifat pemberian inovasi yang dapat meningkatkan nilai atau value dari Lestari Catering Cilacap. Lestari Catering merupakan UMKM yang bergerak dibidang makanan. Perumusan masalahnya adalah permasalahan aspek produksi adanya keterbatasan tempat dan tenaga menyebabkan keterbatasan produksi, produksi belum bisa lebih dari 500 box dalam sehari, dalam menerima pesanan belum bisa berbagai varian dalam satu waktu. Aspek SDM dan pemasaran SDM Pemasaran melalui sosmed google, Instagram, facebook sudah dilakukan dan dinilai masih efektif, serta pemasaran melalui WOM getok tular antar pelanggan/costumer. Aspek manajemen yaitu salah satu kelemahan oleh banyak UKM berkaitan dengan manajemen usaha. Permasalahan pada aspek fasilitas tempat produksi dan pemasaran Permasalahan pada aspek finansial Permasalahan sebenarnya ada di aspek finansial. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah melakukan pendampingan untuk berinovasi meningkatkan pesanan catering, melakukan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan varian menu catering. Melakukan pendampingan untuk pembuatan laporan keuangan yang berdasarkan laporan kas. Melakukan pendampingan peningkatan target visi misi ke depan untuk pengembangan usaha bekerjasama dengan berbagai instansi di Cilacap. Melakukan pendampingan dalam pengurusan izin layak hygiene dan halal. Manfaat kegiatan ini adalah bagi masyarakatalam jangka pendek kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jumlah penjualan Lestari Catering dengan strategi inovasi terkini. Sedangkan dalam jangka panjang scale up letari catering. Bagi pelaksana kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu menguatkan eksistensi UMKM sebagai salah satu penguat ekonomi di wilayah pedesaan maupun kecamatan. Khalayak sasaran pemilik Lestari Catering supaya mampu melakukan inovasi untuk meningkatan value dari makanan pesanan Lestari Catering dan jenisnya.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises are a potential economic forces. However, many small and medium enterprises have not kept accounting records properly. The purpose of this community service is to provide insight and examples of the application of accounting standards to small and medium enterprises. The results of the community service show that small and medium enterprises need assistance in applying accounting standards.

Abstract

Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah membangun sinergi antara pengabdi (dosen) dengan Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Bahrul Uulum untuk bersama-sama mengedukasi dan mendampingi serta mengedukasi tehnik decoupaget sebagai salah satu upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat sehingga mampu meningkatkan tingkat perekonomian masyarakat sekitar. Pondok Pesantren Bahrul Ulum sebagai pusat pembelajaran Islami, pelatihan dan pengembangan diri, kondusif, cerdas dan berkreasi diharapkan turut serta menggerakan aktivitas perekonomian masyarakat sekitar Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat bersifat pelatihan serta dialog-partisipatif dengan cara mengajak, memberikan pelatihan keterampilan decoupage dan mendampingi pengelola Yayasan pondok pesantren bahrul uulum untuk mempraktikkan teknik decoupage. Selain itu, pada pelatihan ini juga melibatkan berbagai narasumber yang ahli dibidangnya terutama dalam hal inovasi tehnik decoupage.

Abstract

Village-owned Enterprises was established in compliance with Indonesian Law Number 6/2014. Hence, since it is a top-down instructions, the development progress is not in a good condition. There are still so many of these institutions that having difficulty in managing their financial sustainability. Based on that, this community development will train the Village-owned enterprises’ manager how to managing entity’s sustainable economics. The training was held at June 8th, 2022 on Village-owned Enterprises’ managers from Sigaluh District, Banjarnegara County. There are 20 trainees as participants. The participants then given theoretical material and discuss the practical side of sustainability management, accounting, and tax. The attendees then asked to filling in pre-test and post-test that will be analysed statistically in order to check the successfulness of the workshop. The results shows that there are means differences between pre-test and post-test mark of the participants. It means that intervention from the community development team through theoretical material and practical discussions are success in developing Village-owned enterprises managers’ capacity for entities’ as well as villages’ economic sustainability

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that aim to be a place to learn religious values for students and practice them in everyday life.
