Abstract

The fashion industry has grown rapidly in recent years, driven by economic growth and increasing people's purchasing power. This encourages many people to start businesses in the fashion sector. However, to start a business in the fashion sector, a business permit is required in accordance with applicable regulations. This research aims to analyze business licensing policies and the economic impact on the fashion industry. This research uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through literature study, in-depth interviews and participant observation. The research results show that business licensing policies in Indonesia are still complicated and convoluted. This is one of the inhibiting factors for fashion entrepreneurs to start their business. Apart from that, this research also found that business licensing policies have a significant economic    impact on the fashion industry.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of perfect competition market structure on firm performance within the coffee culinary industry. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing data collection methods such as surveys, interviews, observations, and documentation involving key stakeholders in the culinary business. The findings reveal that the coffee industry in Makassar, specifically exemplified by Kopi Break, operates within a perfect competition market structure. In the short run, market equilibrium is demonstrated by the balance between supply and demand at Kopi Break. The study highlights that one effective method for analyzing short-term market equilibrium involves assessing the impact of shifts in the supply curve on market balance. Additionally, it was found that the market structure in the culinary industry is heavily influenced by the behavior and strategic decisions of firms. This research provides valuable insights into how perfect competition conditions affect business performance and decision-making within the coffee culinary industry, emphasizing the importance of firm behavior in maintaining market equilibrium.

Abstract

This study explores the importance of sustainable operations management in the digital age. The research aims to examine how digital transformation has reshaped various industrial sectors, particularly in the context of green business practices, sustainability-focused technology and innovation, and the development of sustainable products and services. Additionally, it includes a case study on the implementation of sustainable operations management by Unilever. The research methodology involved a literature review of relevant sources, including scholarly journals, reports, and recent articles. A descriptive analysis technique was employed to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in applying sustainable operations management in the digital era. The findings reveal that digital transformation has significantly impacted multiple industries. Companies that adopt green business practices, leverage technology for sustainability, and innovate sustainable products and services can enhance their triple bottom line performance and gain a competitive advantage in the market. The Unilever case study illustrates how embracing green digitalization tools and integrating sustainability into all operations can help organizations achieve their sustainability goals. However, the study also highlights the challenges and opportunities that must be navigated when implementing sustainable operations management in the digital age.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of family environment and entrepreneurship learning on entrepreneurial interest with self-efficacy as an intervening variable. The method we use in this research is quantitative method. In this study also used a survey method with a questionnaire or koesener as a data collection instrument. The research population is all students in the faculty of economics and business majoring in entrepreneurship totaling 427 students. While the sampling technique uses proportional random sampling technique, which is calculated using Slovin with a sample size of 84 respondents or 22% of the total population. The research method used in this research is quantitative. This research can be a source of information or reference for teaching staff or lecturers in order to be able to direct and guide students related to the development of environmental influences and learning entrepreneurship to interest in entrepreneurship with self-efficacy as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurship education, and the use of social media on entrepreneurial interest through entrepreneurial motivation in FEB UNM entrepreneurship students. This type of research is quantitative research. The research design used a survey method with questionnaires as data collection instruments. The study population is all UNM Entrepreneurship Students numbering 427 students. While the sampling technique uses the Proportional Random Sampling technique, which is calculated using from Slovin with a sample result of 84 respondents or 22% of the total population The research method used in this research is quantitative. This research can be a source of information or reference for teaching staff or lecturers in order to be able to direct and guide students related to the development of entrepreneurial interests, Students are also expected to deepen their interest in business management so that they are not focused on the knowledge produced, but also able to conduct business ventures and develop them.
