Abstract

Since policy sector pharmaceutical affairs 1993 by government about deregulations sector community pharmacy, competition business community pharmacy in Jakarta was very strict. For win something this competitions, Kimia Farma community pharmacy as the biggest community pharmacy network in Indonesia have propagan-dized vision be the foremost business networking community pharmacy in Indonesia and mission first-rate services for customers with customer satisfaction. The objec-tive of this research is detect satisfaction level of service quality of Kimia Farma community pharmacy Jakarta, in particular Kimia Farma community pharmacy -1 Kemayoran, Kimia Farma community pharmacy-48 Matraman, Kimia Farma com-munity pharmacy-147 Duren Sawit. Beside This research also objective for knowed vision, mission of Kimia Farma community pharmacy was reached. This research using survey method with quisionaire Single Cross Sectional Study approaches. Research using Servqual (Service Quality) model was discovered by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry use five dimensions of service quality, that was tangible, reli-ability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty. Satisfaction level measured with Gap analysis that was difference expectation before customer receiving the service and perception after that; and Cartesian Diagram analysis, that was mapping atribut service quality on Cartesian Diagram. Analysis difference on customer satisfaction within community pharmacy used analysis varian (Anova). Result: dimension that highest satisfaction level was emphaty (gap -0.37 or satisfactions levels 91.88 %); attribute that highest satisfaction level was well designed interior/exterior building (gap -0.14 or satisfaction levels 96.4 %). Mapping attribute on Cartesian Diagram majority on quadrat B, means service quality Kimia Farma community pharmacy was sufficient. Based on hypothesis test, was not difference significant satisfactions level Kimia Farma community pharmacy was research (alpha > 0.05). Conclusions: generally satisfactions level Kimia Farma community pharmacy that researched nearly satisfy, with satisfaction levels within community pharmacy was not significant difference.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication suggests that communication is important for building self-concept, for survival, self-actualization, for obtaining happiness, avoiding pressure and dependency, among others through entertaining communication, and fostering relationships with other people. Through interpersonal communication we can work together with community members to achieve common goals. Through communication with other people, we can fulfill our emotional and intellectual needs, by cultivating warm relationships with those around us. Interpersonal communication indicates that communication is done for self-fulfillment, to feel entertained, comfortable and at ease with oneself and also others. The methods used include varied lectures, demonstrations, and exercises. The results of this training will benefit students and youth, so that the communication delivered is better and has a clear meaning, which is easily understood by the other person. The process of learning and teaching in training activities will be more interesting by understanding the concepts and knowledge conveyed by professional lecturers in their fields. Besides that, with training activities for developing interpersonal communication skills, it is hoped that it will increase students' knowledge, especially communication science so that students can maximize their potential, develop their public speaking and be able to communicate well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berkunjung Wisatawan ke Pantai Lariti Kecamatan Lambu Kabupaten Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri atas observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keberadaan kualitas produk, harga, Promosi, Lokasi, Orang, dan Bukti Fisik secara bersama mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali para wisatawan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik penerapan strategi marketing mix pada objek wisata pantai Lariti Kecamatan Lambu antara lain produk wisata, harga, promosi, lokasi, orang, dan bukti fisik maka minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung kembali akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

In this study, we will discuss a tradition in the study of living hadith, namely the tradition of reading shalawat diba' on Friday night at the Nurusshaleh Islamic Boarding School, East Katol Village, Kokop District, Bangkalan Regency. From the results of research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that shalawat is a form of praise, flattery, and prayer addressed to the Prophet Saw as evidence of our respect, love and gratitude to him. At Pondok Pesantren Nurusshaleh Katol Timur Kokop Bangkalan the recitation of shalawat diba' has become a tradition every Friday night. This started because of the lack of religious knowledge of the community in East Katol Village. So for them the recitation of shalawat diba' is something foreign. Then KH. Abdullah Nawawi applies to read shalawat diba' once a week at the Nurusshaleh Islamic Boarding School so that they know and can practice in their respective environments

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam adalah pemikiran dasar tentang pendidikan secara umum yang diimbui nuansa dan pemikiran islami. Sistem yang komprehensif adalah ciri utama pendidikan Islam. Sebuah sistem yang struktural akan mengantarkan pola pendidikan Islam yang ideal. Berbicara mengenai sistem, segala aspek yang dilaksanakan oleh pelaksana akan dapat berjalan sistematis apabila mendapat kontrol dari pemimpinnya. Untuk itu, peran pemimpin dalam menjalankan sebuah organisasi sangat penting. Mengingat fungsi dan peranannya, kepemimpinan Islam hendaknya dapat mewarnai pendidikan Islam itu sendiri sehingga tujuan pendidikan Islam akan tercapai secara optimal.

Abstract

Internalization the character values ​​of love for the motherland exists to unite differences and the spirit of love for the motherland so that it can unite all groups, be it from different cultures, ethnicities, customs and religions. However, incidents of violence in the name of religion have emerged which often become a phenomenon that appears a lot or is known as radicalism in Indonesia. Responding to this threat, UIJ BEM students, supported by students and also the chancellor, declared the campus anti-radical by saying that this declaration was a form of love for the homeland. To analyze and describelevelinternalization of the character values ​​of loving the motherland in preventing radicalism at the Islamic University of Jember. This study uses a qualitative approach by producing descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior about Value Internalization Value of the Character of Love for the Motherland in Preventing Radicalism. The results obtained from this study are the character values ​​of loving the homeland which are manifested in the form of campus institutional rules under the auspices of the Nahdatul Ulama Foundation. The vision and mission of the campus are not only Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyah, but also highly committed to upholding Pancasila and -The 1945 Constitution, Strengthening love for the motherland through PKKBM, seminars and general courses, Application of love for the motherland through ceremonial events such as independence, students' day, national recitation and others, Singing the national anthem and hubbul wathan at every event or activity important, Posting photos of the president, vice president, eagle, and campus vision and mission in every classroom, Declaring UIJ as an anti-radical campus. radical issues to grow and develop. Because everything that is applied and accustomed to on the UIJ campus is contrary to the characteristics or indicators of radicalism.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate and understand the perspectives of teachers and students regarding the experience of online learning implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic in class VIA at SDN 199 Mappa. This study adopts a qualitative approach, specifically utilizing a case study design. The primary respondents include teachers and students from higher classes (IV, V, and VI). Data were collected through interview methods, while data validity was analyzed through triangulation techniques. The research findings indicate that teachers and students at SDN 199 Mappa express their understanding of the concept of online learning. Some applications utilized include Google Form and WhatsApp. However, both parties also express the view that online learning is less effective due to constraints in facilities and infrastructure, especially internet network disruptions during the implementation of online learning. Furthermore, the learning process is considered to impose limitations on teachers in monitoring student progress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi media kuis interaktif berbasis Kahoot dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) pada materi "Indahnya Saling Menghargai Keberagaman" di kelas IV sekolah dasar. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, penelitian dilakukan di SD Negeri Jember Kidul 2 dengan subjek penelitian 28 siswa kelas IV. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana dengan teknik triangulasi untuk menjamin keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam partisipasi siswa dari 85% menjadi 96%, serta peningkatan pemahaman materi yang tercermin dari kenaikan rata-rata skor kuis dari 65% menjadi 85%. Implementasi Kahoot berhasil menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih dinamis dan menyenangkan, yang dibuktikan dengan tingginya antusiasme siswa dan meningkatnya interaksi positif antar siswa. Penerapan nilai-nilai toleransi meningkat dari 60% menjadi 85%, dengan keterlibatan orang tua mencapai 79% melalui fitur homework challenge. Meskipun terdapat tantangan teknis seperti keterbatasan jaringan internet dan perangkat, hal tersebut dapat diatasi melalui strategi pembelajaran adaptif. Kesimpulannya, implementasi Kahoot merupakan inovasi yang efektif dalam modernisasi pembelajaran PAI di tingkat sekolah dasar, dengan tetap mempertahankan esensi dan nilai-nilai fundamental pendidikan agama Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurship education, and the use of social media on entrepreneurial interest through entrepreneurial motivation in FEB UNM entrepreneurship students. This type of research is quantitative research. The research design used a survey method with questionnaires as data collection instruments. The study population is all UNM Entrepreneurship Students numbering 427 students. While the sampling technique uses the Proportional Random Sampling technique, which is calculated using from Slovin with a sample result of 84 respondents or 22% of the total population The research method used in this research is quantitative. This research can be a source of information or reference for teaching staff or lecturers in order to be able to direct and guide students related to the development of entrepreneurial interests, Students are also expected to deepen their interest in business management so that they are not focused on the knowledge produced, but also able to conduct business ventures and develop them.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh metode Experiential Learning terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa kelas 12 di SMK Negeri 2 Majene. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatif, sampel terdiri dari 79 siswa yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup berdasarkan indikator kedua variabel. Hasil analisis regresi liniear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa Experiential Learning memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05) dan nilai R² sebesar 0,882. Ini menunjukkan bahwa 88,2% varians dalam kompetensi kewirausahaan dijelaskan oleh penerapan metode Experiential Learning. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa melibatkan siswa dalam pengalaman langsung, refleksi, dan eksperimen secara efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap kewirausahaan mereka. Metode ini direkomendasikan untuk sekolah kejuruan untuk menumbuhkan keterampilan kewirausahaan praktis di kalangan siswa. Hasil penelitian ini juga mengindikasikan bahwa pembelajaran experiential learning mampu menumbuhkan kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa secara holistik. Siswa tidak hanya memahami konsep bisnis dan manajemen, tetapi juga mengembangkan sikap pantang menyerah, kreativitas, inovasi, kemampuan mengambil keputusan, serta keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif seluruhnya merupakan unsur penting dalam membangun jiwa wirausaha. Berdasarkan keseluruhan hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran experiential learning memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 2 Majene, serta didukung oleh landasan teoritis dan hasil penelitian sebelumnya.
