Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on guest satisfaction at Manado Quality Hotel. Guest satisfaction is an important factor in the hospitality industry because it can affect hotel reputation. The research method used is quantitative method with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The population in this study were guests at Manado Quality Hotel, with a sample of 30 people. The results showed that service quality has a significant effect on guest satisfaction at Manado Quality Hotel. Aspects such as staff friendliness, responsiveness to guest requests, room cleanliness, and the quality of hotel facilities have a positive impact on guest satisfaction. In addition, price also affects guest satisfaction. Prices that are reasonable and in accordance with the quality of service provided can increase guest satisfaction. Based on these findings, Manado Quality Hotel pays attention to and improves the quality of service provided to guests. Employee training in friendliness, responsiveness, and cleanliness can increase overall guest satisfaction. In addition, hotel management needs to consider pricing strategies that are competitive and in accordance with the value offered to guests. This research contributes to understanding the factors that influence guest satisfaction at Manado Quality Hotel. By understanding the effect of service quality and price, the hotel can take steps to improve guest satisfaction.

Abstract

The development of technology is so fast without knowing the team and has become a very basic need for various groups, one of which is hospitality. Various quality information system application can be realized through a good information System application model. Information Systems can provide benefits and advantages for hoteliers and guests. The implementation of an integrated reservation information System with digital platforms in hotels can improve operational efficiency, improve guest experience, and increase profits for hotels. Especially in the hotel reservation section to obtain data, and process guest data. The presence of an integrated online reservation System makes it convenient to book lodging. The reservation System used by Mercure Bali Legian Hotel is feasible to use because it has been integrated and makes it easier for staff, especially the reservation department to apply and process guest data. Through the Integrated Reservation System, you can increase room bookings from various platforms. This cooperation relationship is mutually beneficial and needs each other, and no one party suffers losses because of this cooperation, because the cooperation relationship with online travel agents is clear and the services provided are in accordance with procedures and agreements that have been agreed and made together. Mercure Bali Legian benefits because guests can easily make a reservation process through an online travel agent. While online travel agents benefit from viewers who have accessed the application.

Abstract

System of daily revenue of sales is representing a set of report from daily revenue which must be made to know the hotel income as well as guest stayed percentage/occupancy in Tasik Ria Resort & SPA. This system depict how to streamline the night auditor without having to enhance its office hours. Intrinsically system of daily revenue of sales intended to maximize the role of the night auditor by streamlining result of job and also employee efficiency. As for such with the labor efficiency that is one of position in Accounting Departement namely Income Auditor can be eliminated because its duty is enforceable by Night Auditor. The real of studied more curcimstantial both of position its duty much the same to and even cage can overlap.

Abstract

Marketing or marketing is inseparable from the term Marketing Mix which includes (Place, Product, Price, Primotion) or 4Ps. Pinkuer is one of the products that has a selling value for the welfare of local people, especially saguer farmers in Minahasa. With Pinkuer, local people can further improve the quality of Saguer which will affect turnover or income and can cultivate sugar palm plants which have long been a typical plant of the people of North Sulawesi or better known as (Seho Trees). Attractive and quality packaging can add value to the product and increase market competitiveness. With a new product to raise the name of an area then how to promote it. Like wise with the way of presentation or packaging that is as creative as possible in order to increase sales levels, to be more competitive with other beverage products.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of service quality and facilities on guest satisfaction at the Gardenia Café Shop at Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado. The research method used iQuantitative Method, with techniques resulting from Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The population in this study were hotel guests, with sample of 30 guests at Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale, using the SPSS version 26 application. Based on the results of calculations and tests, it was found that the service quality variable had a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction with tcount 1.210 > ttable 2.052, the facility variable had a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction with tcount 4.749 > ttable 2.052, the service quality and facilities variables had a simultaneous effect on guest satisfaction with Fcount 42.386. The next test results based on the Coefficient of Determination showed the partial influence of service quality and facilities on guest satisfaction with a regression result of 0.758 or 75.8%.

Abstract

Marketing strategies are used to increase sales of products being marketed, the development of a popular culture also requires entrepreneurs to be able to carry out various innovations in the field of marketing not only in terms of food but also as a means of satisfying curiosity about popular culture experienced by consumers. The Kimbab culinary product with cakalang fufu woku dishes is a new product that is made as a characteristic of North Sulawesi and makes this Manadonese food sought after and liked by many people. In this way, a marketing strategy is needed to promote culinary products to the public so that they can enjoy Kimbab products, Korean specialties with local flavors typical of North Sulawesi. 2) find out how the marketing strategy for kimbab products uses North Sulawesi special spices, woku cakalang fufu, in increasing regional culinary tourism potential.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Influence of Brand Image and Price on Room Occupancy Rate at Aryaduta Hotel Manado. The method used in this study is the Quantitative Method, with the Multiple Linear Regression data analysis technique. Thepopulation in this study is Hotel Guests, with a sample of 60 Guests at Aryaduta Hotel Manado. The results of this study prove that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on the Room Occupancy Rate with a regression coefficient value of 0.376 and asignificance of 0.000. This shows that if the value of the Brand Image increases, the Room Occupancy Rate will also increase. Price has a significant positive effect on the Room Occupancy Rate with a regression coefficient value of 0.759 and a significance of 0.000.This shows that the better the price offered at the hotel, the higher the Room Occupancy Rate. Brand Image and Price have a significant influence on the Room Occupancy Rate with an F value of 388.375 and a significance of 0.000. This shows that the better theBrand Image and Price, the more the Room Occupancy Rate will also increase. The conclusion of this study is that Brand Image and Price simultaneously have a significant effect on the Room Occupancy Rate at Aryaduta Hotel Manado. The advice given is that Aryaduta Hotel Manado must provide quality service and the price offered is in accordance with the Quality and Image of the Hotel to increase the Room Occupancy Rate at Aryaduta Hotel Manado.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of service quality and facilities food and beverage service department on guest satisfaction at Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado. The research method used is the Quantitative Method, with Multiple Linear Regression data analysis techniques. The population in this study were hotel guests, with a sample of 30 guests at Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado. The research results prove that Service Quality and Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Guest Satisfaction with a regression coefficient value of 3,225 and a significance of 0.000. This shows that the higher the Employee Service Quality, the higher the Guest Satisfaction. Facilities have a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction with a regression coefficient value of 8.738. This shows that the better the facilities available at the hotel, the better guest satisfaction will be. Quality of Service and Facilities has a significant influence on Guest Satisfaction with an F-value of 161.471 and a significance of 0.000. This shows that the better the quality of service and facilities, the more guest satisfaction will increase. The conclusion of this research is that the quality of service and facilities has a significant influence on guest satisfaction at Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado. Suggestions given by Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado, especially in the food and beverage service department, maintain or further improve the high quality of service regarding guest satisfaction that has been provided, and always updating facilities and adding staff to the food and beverage service department.

Abstract

One of the advancements in technology is the internet. Internet services can be accessed freely from anywhere and anytime with a website. By utilizing a website or application, one of the benefits is helping us find information quickly. Online reviews, as part of internet usage, are systems often integrated into applications and websites. These reviews are very helpful for prospective customers to assess product quality accurately. By examining guest reviews, potential customers can evaluate how good the products or services of a company are. Qualitative research, which is descriptive and emphasizes analysis, process, and meaning from the subject's perspective, is highlighted in this study. It uses a theoretical basis as a guide to ensure the research focus aligns with real-world facts. Unlike quantitative methods, qualitative research produces findings that cannot be obtained through statistical procedures or measurement methods. Based on the author's analysis, online reviews significantly impact a hotel's reputation. This study aims to answer the research question on "online review analysis of the reputation of the hotel Novotel Golf Resort and Convention Center Manado." The results indicate that several applications show negative reviews about the hotel, affecting its reputation and reducing customer interest in staying there.

Abstract

Procurement and retrieval procedures at the Gran Puri Manado hotel are often not in accordance with Operational Standards. Inappropriate procurement procedures result in goods often having vacancies in stock at the store, and picking up goods in stores that do not use a requisition form. The purpose of this study is to determine the importance of procuring goods at the store and to describe the procedures for procurement and expenditure of goods at the Gran Puri Manado hotel store. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, by explaining the importance of procurement of goods and procedures for procurement and retrieval of goods in accordance with the Standard Operational Procedure. The results of the study prove that making a Purchase request (PR) on time, taking into account the stock of goods will help operations so that it is not hampered and the stock in the store is still available, and there are no complaints from other departments for retrieval of goods. So that operations at the Gran Puri Manado hotel run well and there will be no complaints from any party. The storekeeper and purchasing must cooperate well with each other in paying attention to the stock of goods in the store and taking goods must also use a requisition form, as proof that the department that needs the goods has taken the goods.
