Abstract

This article aims to analyze the level of implementation of good corporate governance (GCG) at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah KC Bireuen through a qualitative approach using the interview method. Qualitative research methods are used to gain an in-depth understanding of GCG practices in Islamic financial institutions. This research involved interviews with parties related to the organization, one of whom was the bank's staff. The data collected was analyzed to evaluate the extent to which GCG has been implemented in various aspects of the company, such as Transparency (Information Openness), Accountability (Accountability), Responsibility (Accountability), Fairness (Fairness), Professional, Shariah Compliance. The results of this analysis are expected to provide a comprehensive picture of the level of GCG implementation at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah KC Bireuen and potential improvements that can be made. This research is expected to contribute to stakeholders in understanding the importance of GCG in improving company performance and public trust.

Abstract

This research employs qualitative approaches to investigate how women contribute to enhancing the family's financial situation within Islamic frameworks. It delves into the factors impacting their roles and examines their involvement in household duties, empowerment initiatives, and managing various responsibilities. The findings highlight that women primarily contribute to the family economy by engaging in daily household tasks, participating in empowerment programs, and managing their time across different roles. Additionally, their earnings are crucial in financially supporting the family's needs.

Abstract

Marketing cannot be separated from the marketing mix concept, which includes aspects of place, product, price and promotion. Green Cafe is one of the restaurants that implements a marketing mix strategy with the aim of attracting consumer buying interest. This marketing mix strategy is expected to support restaurant growth and ultimately increase revenue. This type of research is field research which has a correlational quantitative approach. This research aims to explore the cause-and-effect relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The data collection method in this research involved unstructured interviews with Green Cafe employees and owners, distributing questionnaires to 67 respondents with a Likert scale, and documentation to complete the research data, including brochures and Green Cafe menu lists. The research results show that the t test produces a calculated t value that exceeds the t table value (2.597 > 2.000), so that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the marketing variable (X) has a significant influence on consumer buying interest (Y). The marketing regression coefficient (X) of 0.431 indicates that the relationship is positive.

Abstract

Financial reports are an important instrument for companies to show company performance results. The contents of financial reports have useful benefits for both internal and external parties of the company. To find out the company's financial position, it is necessary to analyze the financial reports to see whether the company is good or bad. One way to analyze financial reports is to use ratio analysis. The aim of the research is to analyze the company's financial reports which are used to determine the size of the company. The samples used in this research were 5 companies operating in the construction sector from 2020 to 2022. The research method used was quantitative descriptive based on calculations from financial report data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The ratios used include liquidity ratios, activity ratio, solvency ratios and profitability ratios. The results of this research are among the five companies. Which company is the best and which company should carry out an evaluation.

Abstract

The internship was held at PT. North Sumatra Plantation, District Seisuka, Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatra Province on 01 February – 28 February 2023. Purposeof this internship activity is to find out how to analyze the production costs of processing fresh fruit bunches PT. North Sumatra Plantation is a company that engages in the management, processing and marketing of plantation products. Commodities that are cultivated are oil palm, rubber, sugar cane, sweet potatoes and various other plants. Analysis of the production costs of processing fresh fruit bunches. The results obtained from the activity the internship is in the first week until the end of the research is obtained expenditure of goods and entry of goods and analyze the production costs of fresh fruit bunches at PT. North Sumatra Plantation.

Abstract

As we know, shopping for used or thrift goods has become a culture for all people, both young and old, so it has become a fashion trend culture in this era. This article aims to find out how product quality and price influence the purchase of used/thrift clothes at the Senen market in Central Jakarta. . Through the descriptive technique research method which produces results that are influential through the tests that have been carried out, there are still many shortcomings in the writing. It would be better for the writer to need criticism or suggestions for further writing. The research results are that product quality and price greatly influence the purchase of used clothes.

Abstract

The development of the digital world today is very rapid, in fact progress every year cannot be avoided in the online world. This really affects all sectors, including the business world and the economic sector. One of the digital-based business sectors is e-commerce. The word e-commerce actually comes from English, namely electronic commerce or electronic commerce. And like trade that is carried out directly or face to face, e-commerce also includes the process of promoting, purchasing and marketing products. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research. If the definition of a descriptive method is as follows: a method used to study a group of people, an object, a set of conditions, a system of thought, or a category of events at that time. a systematic, fact-based and precise description, picture or painting of the facts, character and connections of the phenomena studied. During the research and up to the interview and observation stage, the informant did not object to providing information to the researcher. The informants in this research are as follows:Abah (informan) The first informant was an informant named Abah. This Abah was the first informant that researchers were able to interview and observe directly at the location. This is done directly so that you know and see directly how to make it, the process and the final result of the boboko craft. Based on the results of the discussion and explanation above, it can be concluded that, E-commerce is a very easy sale nowadays, which can be accessed by everyone throughout the world who understands the challenges of e-commerce. In contrast to this research, they want to sell their handicrafts via e-commerce / shop, but there are many obstacles that they don't understand, from the flow of creating an account, marketing and the process of sending the goods they want to sell.

Abstract

Institutional Benefits determine the current state of affairs within the institution. The existence of good work process results can influence the possibility of financing supporters to provide financing. Institutional benefits can be influenced by several factors such as profitability, liquidity, activity, and Capital Structure. The aim of this exploration is to find out the relationship between Profitability, Liquidity and Action on Company Value where Capital Structure is known as an Interverning variable in Property and real estate institutions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. This exploration uses quantitative methods. The test method uses secondary data, namely certain financial reports obtained from institutional annual reports or periodic reports that have been evaluated on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period via the authority website www.idx.co.id. There are 21 property and real estate institutions listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and 6 institutions were selected to be included as examples over a period of 5 periods, so that in total the samples used are known to be 30 pieces of information that will be considered. The information checking technique uses a Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS). Research results show that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on company value

Abstract

This scientific work aims to provide understanding and knowledge to readers and researchers about how important and big the influence of the element of creativity is to support MSMEs in Indonesia to be more successful not only in their own country but also abroad (internationally). International business is now not only engaged in trade and manufacturing but also transportation, tourism, advertising, etc. To adapt yourself as a business actor in this advanced era, creativity is the bridge. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. The results of the research are that in the creative economy there are many visions that build Indonesia to become one of the world's economic powers in the creative economy by 2030. The six visions are, namely; (1) Bringing together all assets and potential to create an independent creative economy. (2) Create an orderly climate for developing creative industries. (3) Supporting creative innovation that has added value and competitiveness in international business. (4) Expanding the public's insight and appreciation for all things about the creative economy, and providing a good image of the creative economy to the public. (5) Building awareness and respect for IPR, one of which is intellectual property protection in copyright.

Abstract

Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is one of the giant companies in Indonesia which produces various types of food and drinks such as instant noodles, snacks, flavorings and others located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The products produced by PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk has succeeded in spreading to the international market. The success of doing business in international markets certainly cannot be separated from international business ethics, one of which is the legal aspect. This research aims to analyze the extent to which companies comply with legal regulations in their product development approach. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive data analysis. The research results show that PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk has consistently complied with the law in all its activities including product development strategies to maintain safety, quality, reputation and community loyalty.
