Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of the business world causes companies to face intense competition. Seeing this, the company is of course aware that the level of business competition in the era of globalization and information technology which continues to experience increasingly intense changes, this of course creates business competition for business people that is becoming increasingly tighter and more difficult, so that many business people are competing to own and develop each other's efforts. As the business world develops, consumer needs become more diverse, without limitations and more creative and innovative, for this reason business actors are required to develop creativity and innovation in running their businesses in order to keep up with developments in consumer needs. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence creativity and innovation have on consumer purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, where the author takes information from several sources as a basis for this research. The results of this research are that creativity and innovation greatly influence purchasing decisions. With Scarlett's various innovations and creativity, they are able to penetrate the international arena. To enter the international arena, a business must be able to handle every problem and be able to see existing opportunities, so that the company will be able to compete and do business internationally.

Abstract

In this research, we analyze compliance with aflatoxin standards on the productivity of Indonesian nutmeg exports to the European Union. This study examines previous journals that have topics relevant to the topic being studied, sourced from Google Scholar. We use a methodology that includes literature study, data and information collection, and data analysis. The results of this research show that a country's commodity export volume, whether positive or negative, is influenced by food safety regulations. In addition, we found that difficulties in fulfilling these standards still frequently occur, indicating that the requirements cannot be met by Indonesian nutmeg farmers or exporters. In the context of this research, we take the example of Indonesian nutmeg commodities exported to the European Union. We analyze the steps that can be taken so that the nutmeg commodity can penetrate the European Union market and its relationship to the productivity of nutmeg exports to the European Union so that it can reach its maximum point. The difficulty in fulfilling this standard shows that the conditions cannot be met by Indonesian nutmeg farmers or exporters. From this research, we conclude that the productivity of Indonesia's nutmeg commodity exports to the European Union needs to be carried out by meeting the food safety standards set by the European Union, especially the aflatoxin content which refers to European Commission Regulation (EC) No.1881/2006. In addition, we suggest increasing the productivity of Indonesian nutmeg exports to the European Union by ensuring product quality and meeting European Union import standards.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the role and financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia in recent years, focusing on metrics such as Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Operating Expenses to Operating Income Ratio (BOPO). As an Islamic banking institution, Bank Syariah Indonesia plays a crucial role in mobilizing and channeling funds in accordance with Islamic principles. In the face of the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, this article highlights the positive growth of Islamic banking assets, indicating a better performance compared to conventional banks. Financial performance analysis, utilizing indicators such as ROA, ROE, NIM, and BOPO, provides insights into the efficiency of asset and capital utilization by Bank Syariah Indonesia. Additionally, the research evaluates the bank's efforts in managing operational expenses to support sustainable operations. The findings of this research offer a comprehensive understanding of the positive contributions of Bank Syariah Indonesia to the Indonesian economy and underscore potential growth in the future. The implementation of Islamic principles in banking operations serves as a foundation that can be adopted by other banking institutions to achieve economic sustainability in alignment with Islamic financial values.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of vegetable vendors on the income of market traders who have experienced a decline in income in markets in the Gending sub-district, Probolinggo district. This research was conducted from October to November 2023. The research location was determined proportionally (intentionally). This research used descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This descriptive research takes an analytical study of the impact of mobile vegetable sellers on the income of traders in markets in Gending sub-district. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. As mobile greengrocers, they select and obtain vegetables to be sold based on freshness quality, and local customer references include working with local farmers to ensure quality supplies or direct supplies to the Probolinggo market center. To determine the price of vegetables, greengrocers consider supply costs, operations and reasonable profits. Mobile vegetable sellers also pay attention to local market prices to remain competitive. Mobile vegetable vendors use appropriate storage and packaging methods and ensure that the vehicles used are equipped with safe facilities to maintain the freshness of vegetables during the journey.

Abstract

The improving condition of the regional economy can be seen through economic growth, of course this cannot be separated from the support of an increase in investment value. Lamongan Regency's long-term economic development aims to increase sustainable economic growth by providing investment opportunities for investors. A good investment climate is needed by investors so that their investments have a positive impact. Regional economic development hopes to have good progress and can increase the GRDP of Lamongan Regency. Various efforts have been made by the regional government to promote Lamongan Regency with the aim of attracting investor interest so that GRDP and Regional Income increase, as well as having a direct impact on equitable development in all fields. In this situation, there needs to be a phenomenal instrument to encourage the investment climate, by calculating 17 GRDP economic sectors, to find out which economic sectors have a basic economy, and this needs to be supported by the Lamongan Regency Regional Regulation. The GRDP of Lamongan Regency from 2017-2021 is a description of the economic activities of 17 GDP economic sectors which are experiencing fluctuations. Economic structure based on business field, rate of economic growth in a region, increase in prices of goods and services over one year, determination of base and non-base sectors, development of investment value based on target and realization, development of gross fixed capital formation, investment opportunities seen through the ICOR approach . The role of regional government as regional leaders and OPD as regional government organizers, needs to support economic activities so that GRDP in 2022 increases. Using the ICOR value can predict the amount of investment in the four sectors, namely the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries sectors amounting to IDR 7,115,508,510,000.00, the Processing Industry sector amounting to IDR 12,289,068,850,000.00, Wholesale and Retail Trade sector; Car and Motorbike repairs amounting to IDR 21,761,325,480,000.00, Real Estate sector amounting to IDR 2,809,442,040,000.00. This results in a prediction of the GRDP value increasing to Rp. 28,853,394,420,000 and investment/capital investment requirements to increase the GRDP of Lamongan Regency amounting to Rp. 15,580,832,990,000.00, this economic sector needs to be supported by a Regional Regulation concerning Providing Incentives and Facilitation of Regional Investment which has a positive impact on Investment and absorbs Lamongan Regency workforce.

Abstract

Global product policy facing challenges in the digitalization era is a new challenge for manufacturers who market their products internationally and this is a challenge that must be handled by means of marketing research, digital marketing through social media and also making their own applications, and also using Global store as a public puller for these products. The research used a descriptive qualitative research methodology with literature study techniques which sourced from readings such as journals, news sources, books and also facts on the ground which were clearly explained and led to a result which was then concluded as a research result. The results of this study conclude that only companies that are going to market their products or so far after marketing their products to international shores must follow the development of basic marketing digitalization as well as manufacturers who have never marketed their products abroad and also use international or global figures as brands. and attractiveness for consumers who will buy the product.

Abstract

In order to ascertain the impact of digital marketing on raising product sales in micro, small, and medium companies (MSMEs) in Palembang City, this research studies MSMEs in that city. A total of 40,130 MSMEs in Palembang City made up the population for this research, and 100 MSMEs made up the sample. This study employs a research methodology that combines random sampling with probability sampling approaches. The application SPSS 24 was used for the study's data analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed in the data analysis process. The analysis and discussion's findings indicate that in Micro, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Palembang City, the Digital Marketing Variable has a partial positive effect on Increased Sales, the Type of Digital Marketing has a partial positive effect on Increased Sales, and the Digital Marketing Strategy has a partial positive effect on Increased Product Sales.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find out the marketing strategies implemented by PT Tomoe Valve Batam in reaching its business to various countries. As a branch in Indonesia located in Batam City, marketing is implemented efficiently and well in marketing products. International marketing has been implemented through social media platforms so that this makes it easier and increases the company's sales targets. Marketing strategy is one of the effective product introduction tactics.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the level of customer satisfaction at Rasbani Restaurant in Selong, East Lombok, which is influenced by price and taste. The data collection method implements a questionnaire survey and interviews with 100 customers of Rasbani Restaurant. Based on the results of the t-test and multiple linear regression analysis, the sig. value between customer satisfaction and taste (X1) is below 0.05, namely 0.000, which means that customer satisfaction is positively influenced by taste and the percentage of influence is 60.6%. Meanwhile, the sig. value for the correlation between customer satisfaction and price (X2) is above 0.05, namely 0.065, which means that customer satisfaction is not significantly influenced by price in a positive direction, where the percentage level of influence is 14.7%. In addition to the t-test, the F-test was also carried out and it was found that customer satisfaction as the dependent variable was simultaneously influenced by price and taste as independent variables.

Abstract

This research is entitled the influence of employee work enggagement, job characteristics, and organizational support on organizational commitment in employees of the West Lombok Regency Dukcapil Service. This research aims to determine the influence and significance of the variables employee enggagement, job characteristics and organizational support on organizational commitment at the West Lombok Regency Dukcapil Service. There were 35 respondents, using causal associative research methods, namely research used to see the relationship between variables. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression processed using IBM SPSS and statistical tests were carried out, namely the F test, t test and R Square test. The research results show that: 1). Employee engagement variables have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 2). Job characteristics variables have a negative and insignificant effect on organizational commitment, and 3). The organizational support variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.
