Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of profitability and company size on corporate social responsibility in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The type of research used is a quantitative method. The type of data used in this research is panel data, namely a combination of time series data and cross section data. The data source used in the research is secondary data. Of the 46 companies in the population in this study, only 13 companies met the criteria. The technique used is purposive sampling. In analyzing the data using Eviews 8 software. Based on the research results, it shows that profitability has no effect on corporate social responsibility and company size has a negative and significant effect on corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

This article discusses entrepreneurship. Where an entrepreneur is a person who is creative, dynamic and innovative, and he is willing to take various types of risks and dare to face all challenges that cannot be predicted and foreseen, through his creativity and strength of will to achieve success. This discusses how someone can create business opportunities that have not been done by others so that they become innovations that can develop among the general public which can become a business opportunity. Entrepreneurship is needed for its desired presence in the development process of society - the nation in general and in particular to increase individual prosperity through increasing purchasing power, and this purchasing power is created through increasing real income.

Abstract

This research explains the influence of the physical work environment and supervision on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable for non-medical employees at RSUD Dr. Iskak, Tulungagung Regency. The analysis technique in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, partial tests (t tests), and sobel tests. The population in this study was 533 non-medical employees. The sampling technique in this study used nonprobability sampling with the accidental sampling method and the number of samples taken in this study was 85 non-medical employees. In this study, the results showed that the physical work environment had a significant effect on employee performance, supervision had a significant effect on employee performance, the physical work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction, supervision had a significant effect on job satisfaction, work satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, the physical work environment had a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, supervision has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and investment knowledge on investment decisions of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Padang through investment interest as an intervening variable. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Padang. This study uses Purposive Sampling technique, and the determination of the number of samples using the Cochran formula, which is 97 samples. The data used is primary data. The analysis method used is path analysis with the help of SPSS 26. The results showed that: 1) Financial literacy has a significant effect on investment decisions, 2) Investment knowledge has a significant effect on investment decisions, 3) Investment interest has a significant effect on investment decisions, 4) Financial literacy has a significant effect on investment interest, 5) Investment knowledge has a significant effect on investment interest, 6) Financial literacy has a significant effect on investment decisions through investment interest as an intervening variable, and 7) Investment knowledge has a significant effect on investment decisions through investment interest as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research aims to be able to able to describe and find out about the urgency of social media and entrepreneurial skills towards success. Social media is very influential on entrepreneurial success, especially in the increasingly developing and advance digital era. Entrepreneurs themselves have the meaning of people who change the value of resources, labor, materials and other production factors to be greater than before and also people who make changes, innovate and use new methods. Skills are also really needed in carrying out entrepreneurial activities, because if an entrepreneurial does not have skills that are able to develop rapidly. Therefore, social media and skills have a big influence in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of leadership on innovation in the context of entrepreneurial organizations. Effective leadership has been proven to be a key factor in driving innovation, a key element for entrepreneurial sustainability and growth. To explain the relationship between leadership and innovation, this study uses a comprehensive research approach, including document analysis, surveys, and interviews. Findings suggest that leadership that inspires, supports, and models innovation can have a significant impact on an organization's entrepreneurial ability to create and implement innovation. These findings provide valuable insights for practitioners and policy makers in the context of entrepreneurial organizations and demonstrate the important role for leaders in developing a strong innovation culture. In an era of constant change, innovation has become a key factor for the survival of entrepreneurial organizations, and effective leadership can play an important role in encouraging and driving the innovation process. This study provides an in-depth analysis of a number of leadership variables, including leadership style, decision-making skills, and communication, and how these variables impact an organization's ability to create, adopt, and implement innovation. It also emphasizes the important role of leaders in creating a culture of innovation that supports and encourages creativity throughout entrepreneurial organizations. The implications of this research are important for leaders and policymakers seeking to optimize the role of leadership in supporting the long-term success of innovative and entrepreneurial organizations.

Abstract

Poverty is a multidimensional and multisector problem that concerns human dignity. Therefore, poverty alleviation efforts must be implemented in a comprehensive and integrated manner. This research was conducted to find out the influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), regional spending and education on the poverty level of Jember Regency in 2011 to 2020, both partially and simultaneously. The data used by researchers is secondary data obtained from the Jember Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS) website and the Directorate General of Financial Balance (DJPK) of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. This quantitative research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model and is assisted by the SPSS application. The research results show that GRDP and education partially have no effect on the poverty level of Jember Regency, while regional spending has a negative and significant effect on the poverty level of Jember Regency. However, simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant effect on the poverty level of Jember Regency.

Abstract

This article discusses the learning systems approach. One approach that can be used to determine. The quality of the educational process is a systems approach. Through systems approach, can be seen various aspects that influence the success of a process. Learning is referred to as a system because it contains components which are interrelated and influence each other. Teachers, students, materials, Methods, media, facilities and infrastructure are components contained in learning. Availability and the effectiveness of each of these components is then determined will determine the success of learning. And the type of research method used is qualitative research where the data we take is based on observation, interviews and documentation.

Abstract

This research will reveal the implementation of business management using the media of literary works carried out with the aim of knowing what management functions are carried out on the business. The literary work that will be used as a source of research data is a novel entitled Kedai Bunga Kopi Karya Rere. The problem presented is about how to apply management functions to business in the novel Kedai Bunga Kopi. This research is a type of qualitative research using hermeneutic methods or interpreting texts. Researchers can check their findings by utilizing the use of existing sources, methods, and theories. The conclusions obtained show that in this study there are four management functions applied in running a business, namely planning, organizing, directing, and controlling.

Abstract

Conflict is a complex social phenomenon and generally involves confrontation or dispute between individuals, groups, or countries. This article summarizes the sources, symptoms, and causes of conflict. Sources of conflict are often related to differences in values, beliefs, competition over resources, social inequality, and power politics. Symptoms of conflict include tension, violence, restrictions on freedom, and refugees. Causes of conflict can be triggered by differences in views, injustice, political instability, economic problems, discrimination, and political polarization. A deep understanding of the sources, symptoms and causes of conflict is important for effective prevention and resolution. One of the problems that often arises during change in an organization is conflict between members or between groups. One of the causes of conflict is resistance to change. .Conflict must not only be accepted and managed well, but must also be encouraged, because conflict is a force to bring about change and progress in institutions. Conflicts that occur in an organization due to human behavior as human resources will influence the effectiveness of the organization, therefore, every conflict that occurs is expected to be resolved through conflict management.
