Abstract

Abstract

This article explores the relationship between quality management and service quality at Gojek, a pioneer of online transportation services in Indonesia. Through a quantitative survey, data was collected from 35 Gojek users using an online questionnaire. The analysis results show a positive and significant correlation between quality management and Gojek's service quality. This is evidenced by the majority of respondents expressing their satisfaction with Gojek's services, especially in terms of ease and efficiency, driver friendliness and safety, and practical payment methods. Gojek's success in building a positive brand image and its commitment to meeting user needs also contribute to high service quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine the distribution of wealth and income in Islamic economic theology. Distribution of wealth in Islam is the transfer of private or public resources to those who are legally entitled to increase the welfare of society in accordance with Islamic law. The process of redistribution of wealth is at the heart of Islam. The obligation to clean up after an affluent party is often seen as compensation for the party's wealth, while the obligation to clean up after a party with a need is seen as an incentive for the party's wealth. This study uses a qualitative approach. Islamic economics proposes a distribution system that does not give preference to any one economic institution and is supported by a set of principles which make it clear that economic stability must be protected at all costs. However, creating economic stability will be difficult if existing institutions such as government and society are not involved. Therefore, the two instruments mentioned above have a very important role, because the distribution policy will be more effective if the two existing institutions work together.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship has many benefits for individuals and society. Entrepreneurship also has several advantages and disadvantages, the following are some of the advantages of entrepreneurship, the advantages of being your own business, gaining satisfaction and social recognition, not being under the orders of others. Apart from that, entrepreneurship can also be a source of employment, build character and positive attitudes, increase experience and learning. However, entrepreneurship also has several disadvantages, such as personal sacrifice, burden of responsibility, small profit margins and the possibility of failure. So in this journal we will discuss further the advantages and disadvantages of entrepreneurship and how people can improve the quality of their lives through entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of village funds through community empowerment in reducing poverty levels in Hewokloang Village, Sikka Regency using a qualitative descriptive approach. This type of research is field research. The informants used in this research consisted of the Acting Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, Village Consultative Body and the community receiving aid benefits. Data was collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data sources in this research are primary and secondary data sources. Based on the research results, it shows that the community empowerment program provided by the Hewokloang Village government took the form of assistance for raising pigs, assistance with red ginger plant seeds and the formation of BUMDes. The results of the research show that the community's perspective regarding assistance with pig farming and red ginger plants can reduce poverty rates. But still in the process of development or cultivation, this assistance has the potential to provide additional income because it has a high selling value. Apart from that, based on the results of interviews with BUMDes administrators, the formation of a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in Hewokloang Village has the potential to reduce the problem of poverty by managing basic food businesses.

Abstract

Social Business combines a social mission with business principles to create a positive impact on society while ensuring financial sustainability. Lean Canvas, a tool developed by Ash Maurya, has been recognized as an effective method for quickly designing and testing business models. This study aims to analyze research trends on the application of Lean Canvas in social business using a bibliometric approach. Data were collected from major academic databases such as Google Scholar. The analysis was conducted using VOSviewer and Bibliometrix software, covering annual publication trends, geographical distribution, the most productive authors, the most frequently cited articles, collaboration networks, and main research topics. The results of the analysis show a significant increase in the number of publications on Lean Canvas in social business over the past decade, with a peak in publications occurring in the last five years. Publications are distributed globally, with the highest concentrations in the United States, the United Kingdom, and India. Several authors stand out as the most productive and influential. Collaboration network analysis reveals close relationships between researchers from various institutions and countries, reflecting strong international collaboration. Major research topics include business innovation, social sustainability, social impact, and Lean methodology. Lean Canvas has become an essential tool in social business, with increasing attention from researchers and practitioners. This bibliometric analysis provides deep insights into the trends, influence, and collaboration networks in this research area, and identifies the main topics that researchers focus on. The results of this study are expected to aid in understanding the development and future direction of research on Lean Canvas in social business.

Abstract

This research evaluates delays in the Jak-Lingko Microtrans fleet at Rawamangun Terminal, Jakarta, which faces the main challenge of traffic congestion. Jak-Lingko Mikrotrans is an integrated transportation revitalization program by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government which aims to increase comfort and ease of mobility for residents. The three main routes studied are JAK 26, JAK 35, and JAK 74. The JAK 26 route connects Duren Sawit with Rawamangun, offering high accessibility but often hampered by traffic jams on main roads such as Jl. Colonel Sugiono and Jl. Youth. The JAK 35 route connects Rawamangun with Pangkalan Jati, passes a number of strategic locations and operates from 05.00-22.00 WIB, but often faces passenger congestion during peak hours. The JAK 74 route connects Rawamangun with Cipinang Muara, via strategic locations such as Klender Station and Deprok Market, but also faces the challenges of congestion and limited coverage. This research aims to analyze the causes of delays and the influence of routes on delays in the Jak-Lingko Mikrotrans fleet arriving at Rawamangun Terminal, using a qualitative descriptive approach to accurately describe the relevant social situation. The research results show that although these routes provide significant benefits for citizen mobility, improvement efforts are needed to overcome the challenges of congestion and operational limitations to increase service efficiency and comfort.

Abstract

This study aims to examine customer experience, service quality and facilities on customer loyalty ogut coffee cafe Tangerang. This research is a quantitative study that describes and explains the effect of customer experience, service quality, and facilities on customer loyalty ogut coffee cafe Tangerang. The subjects of this study included buyers at ogut coffee cafe Tangerang, where this study used random sampling techniques with 130 respondents. Data collection techniques that researchers use through surveys, interviews, and direct observation to obtain information directly from the source. Meanwhile, secondary data collection was carried out by researchers using the method of distributing questionnaires and direct observation at the research location, where questionnaires were distributed randomly to 130 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 25. Data testing techniques in this study include validity test, reliability test with Cronbach's alpha method, and multiple linear regression analysis to test and verify the research hypothesis.

Abstract

Assessment of success in achieving high sales targets for a company can be measured from the increase in impulsive buying. To achieve impulse buying behavior, companies must consider factors that can influence this behavior, such as dscount and live streaming. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of discounts on impulsive buying among consumers of Berhijab.co online shop products in Lumbung, the influence of live streaming on impulsive buying among consumers of Berhijab.co online shop products in Lumbung, as well as the influence of discounts and live streaming on impulsive buying in consumers of Berhijab.co online shop products in Lumbung. This research method uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is consumers of the online shop Berhijab.co. The sampling technique was carried out using a non-probability random sampling method, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 98 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using simple correlation coefficient analysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test. The results of this study show that: the effect of discounts on impulsive buying is high, the effect of live streaming on impulsive buying is high and The influence of discounts and live streaming on impulsive buying is high.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out which factors are most important for buyers of cigarette products, including advertising, price, culture and psychology. In this study, the population who consumed cigarette products were 100 teenagers aged 17 to 21 years. This research is quantitative. The results of research data analysis show that factors such as advertising, price, culture and psychology have a significant influence on the decisions of teenage cigarette buyers. Advertising has a significant influence of 31.6% on the decision of buyers of cigarette products, and other variables not examined in this study accounted for 68.4% of the total.
