<![CDATA[The focus of this study was to determine the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on the performance of teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses associative quantitative research with a total population of 123 teachers and a sample of 94 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on teacher performance was 54.9% while the remaining 45.1% was influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that the better the teacher's perception of the principal's managerial ability and work motivation, the higher the teacher's performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out about; 1) the influence of library facility management on students' reading interest, 2) the influence of library service management on students' reading interest, 3) the influence of library facility management and library service management on students' reading interest at SMAN 1 Pringsewu. This study used a quantitative approach with a population of 611 students and a sample of 242 students. The data in this study were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using statistical software. The results showed that; 1) the significance value of the library facility management X1 variable was 0.000 less than 0.05, 2) the significance value of the library service management X2 variable was 0.000 less than 0.05, and 3) the significance value of the X1 variable facility management variable library, namely 0.000 and X2 library service management which is 0.030 less than 0.05. Can be concluded that; 1) there is a significant influence of library facility management on students' reading interest, 2) there is a significant influence of library service management on students' reading interest, 3) there is a significant influence of library facility management and library service management on students' reading interest in SMAN 1 Pringsewu.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to conduct a study on the influence of principal leadership and teacher discipline on commitment to achievement of teacher performance in UPT Pendidikan, Manding District, Sumenep Regency. The population in this study were all school principals and elementary school teachers in the Manding sub-district, Sumenep Regency, while the sample in the study was taken a number of 40 who were taken randomly. The data analysis used in this research is regression analysis. Based on the data analysis conducted, the following conclusions are obtained: 1) because tcount> ttable or 2.14> 2.02, there is a positive and significant influence of leadership (X1) on teacher commitment and performance (Y) if the influence of school discipline (X2) fixed, 2) because tcount> ttable or 10.25> 2.02, then there is a positive and significant influence of leadership (X2) on teacher commitment and performance (Y) if the influence of school discipline (X1) is constant, 3) because tcount > ttable or 7.52> 2.02, then there is a positive and significant influence of leadership (X1) and discipline (X2) on the commitment to achieving teacher performance (Y).]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to obtain intensive and comprehensive description about the implementation of School Based Management for school empowering through optimization of management functions. This research applied qualitative approach, with descriptive method. The result showed that; (a) Education Foundation Dua Mei stays in dilemmatic position between giving full authority and keeping total stability, (b) School transparency and accountability to public doesn't run maximum because of public education level is inadequate, (c) Headmaster becomes empowered because he can empower hisself and his staff and teachers, (d) Teacher empowering results professional and autonomous teacher, and (e) The end target of school empowering is the improvement of instructional quality.]]>

<![CDATA[The role of the principal and organizational culture has a strong influence on school excellence. Principals who are professional and good organizational culture will have a positive impact and fairly basic changes in reforming the education system in schools. This study aims to determine the effect of the role of school principals on school excellence and organizational culture on school excellence in SD Muhammadiyah throughout Bandar City. Lampung. This research uses associative quantitative research with a total population of 123 teachers and a sample of 94 teachers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the influence of the principal's role and organizational culture on school excellence was 59.4% while the remaining 40.6% was influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that the better the role of the principal and organizational culture on school excellence, the higher the school excellence.]]>

<![CDATA[The aims of this study to identify the predominant management style practiced by principals in private primary schools in Omdurman locality; to analyse the relationship between management styles and teachers' performance; and to examine the effect of management style practiced by principals on teachers' performance. The study employed survey research designs using a questionnaire. 45 of teachers were selected using simple random sampling. The results indicate that the democratic management style is the predominant style practiced in private primary schools in Omdurman locality. Laissez-faire and autocratic management styles were not practiced by principals in private primary schools in Omdurman locality. The study also revealed that management styles were low and positively correlated with the teachers' performance. Management style had an effect on teachers' performance by the contribution of the democratic management style that caused 25.1% of the variance in the teachers' performance. The study recommended schools principals should be encouraged to continue on democratic management style with taking into account other management styles according to the situation.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between work discipline and work motivation with the performance of MAN teachers in Bandar Lampung. This type of research is associative quantitative with a total population of 164 teachers and a research sample of 63 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results showed that work motivation have a significant relationship with teacher performance. Judging from the value of the coefficient of determination of 0.550, the results show that the contribution or contribution of the relationship between X1 work discipline and X2 work motivation with Y teacher performance is 55% while the remaining 45% is the contribution of other variables not included in the study.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper presents about improving teacher performance through strengthening spiritual intelligence in schools. This spiritual intelligence is critical to be developed to enhancing the character of PAI teachers for learning tasks. Maintaining Spiritual Intelligence is very influential in forming morals in education to produce education that is broad-minded in the field of science. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, as for analyzing the research data with data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that strengthening spiritual intelligence could improve the performance of PAI teachers at SMP Nurul Jadid from the level of discipline, the ability to make lesson plans, mastery of the material, and the ability to master the class. Teachers carry out activities that can support the strengthening of spiritual intelligence, which can improve PAI teachers' quality through habituation, training, and coaching, as well as guidance from caregivers.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper aims to analyze the student management carried out by Nurul Jadid University in creating a superior university. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that student management in creating superior universities at the University of Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo was carried out through systematic planning involving the existing academic community. The planning is based on the results of internal and external analysis of the institution, which is followed up by determining the implementation strategy, program implementation, and evaluation system used for continuous improvement so that the institution's competitive advantage can be achieved.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning in emergency conditions cannot be carried out as usual, however, students still get education and learning services, namely through distance learning by carrying out learning activities from home. The purpose of this paper is to describe the governance of the adaptive curriculum model of the education unit in improving effective learning adapted to the conditions and needs of the school/madrasah. The method used is a qualitative method with a library research approach. The results of the adaptive curriculum development model are divided into three, namely: 1) General curriculum model (regular). 2) General curriculum model with modifications. 3) Individualized curriculum model Effective learning if teaching activities can achieve the objectives according to the initial planning. Learning is said to be effective when students can absorb the subject matter and efficiently. Emergency learning models include: Project Based Learning, online Method, Offline Method, Home Visit Method, Integrated Curriculum, Blended Learning.]]>
