Abstract

The high unemployment rate is due to the large number of high school graduates who do not continue their education to the tertiary level and most graduates are unable to compete for jobs. Therefore, every level of education needs to implement an entrepreneurship program to prepare students to become future entrepreneurs. This research is a literature study using the systematic literature review (SLR) method which consists of 6 stages: planning, literature search, criteria assessment (inclusion and exclusion), quality assessment, data collection, and data analysis. This research aims to find out the reasons for implementing the entrepreneurship program, the types of entrepreneurship programs, and the obstacles encountered in implementing the entrepreneurship program. The results of the data analysis show that the high unemployment rate and the desire to advance the economic sector are the main reasons for implementing entrepreneurship programs in schools. Broadly speaking, there are two ways to implement the entrepreneurship program in schools: first through entrepreneurship education that is integrated with subjects, extracurricular activities, and learning entrepreneurial practices, and second by holding various forms of life skills training. There are several obstacles encountered in implementing the entrepreneurship program in schools, including the mindset of students who are less developed, lack of creativity, inadequate infrastructure, and relatively short implementation time to provide less than optimal results.

Abstract

This study focuses on the exploration and development of an AI-based learning model to realize personalized education, which is tailored to the needs of individual students. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The study results indicate that adaptive algorithms and real-time feedback contribute significantly to the effectiveness of personalized learning. However, this study also found that AI and direct assistance from human resources or teachers proved more effective in supporting education, especially in aspects that require conceptual understanding. These findings highlight the importance of attention to how AI is used to increase learning effectiveness and student motivation. Implications in this study include recommendations for developing ethical and collaborative technology-based learning, with a balanced integration between the roles of technology and human resources in education.

Abstract

The development of learning media in the form of interactive media involving animations, quizzes, and videos facilitates better understanding of learning material through two-way communication between the media and students, making the material more concrete and easier to comprehend. This study aims to develop an interactive learning media product based on Articulate Storyline 3 for use in elementary schools and to describe the feasibility of this media in such settings. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research contributes to the development of interactive learning media using Articulate Storyline in private elementary schools, improving student learning outcomes and enhancing the overall learning process at the elementary level. The results show that interactive media based on Articulate Storyline 3 effectively enhances student understanding, particularly in abstract topics such as magnetism. Its features promote active learning, improve academic performance, and support various learning styles. Developed using the ADDIE model, the media fosters an inclusive and engaging learning environment. However, its success depends on teacher readiness and available infrastructure. Overall, this media offers an innovative approach to enrich primary education. This study contributes to the development of interactive learning media based on Articulate Storyline 3, which is effective in enhancing students' understanding, especially in abstract topics like magnetism. By supporting active learning and various learning styles, this media offers an innovative approach to enrich the learning experience in primary education.

Abstract

This research focuses on applying governance principles in the faculties of education of Arab universities, highlighting three main elements: information disclosure, accountability in performance evaluation, and digitization of administrative data management. This research used a qualitative method with a case study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction, display, and verification techniques. The results showed that information disclosure creates an inclusive and collaborative work environment, increases trust, and encourages active participation in decision-making. Accountability in performance evaluation is implemented through periodic reports that include achievements and recommendations for improvement, strengthening collective responsibility and transparency. Meanwhile, digitization of data management is still at an early stage, with barriers such as a lack of archiving standards and adequate technological infrastructure. Nonetheless, efforts to increase digitization are beginning to show positive results in administrative efficiency. This research significantly contributes to exploring the literature on higher education governance, particularly in the Arab region, by affirming the importance of integrating information disclosure, accountability, and digitization. The implication is that universities must adopt a holistic governance approach to improve management quality and global competitiveness. Further research is recommended to explore a broader context and test the generalizability of these findings.
