Abstract

The driver's vehicle is in a state of rest when it is parked. However, the need for parking space is a serious problem for all groups. Mangkang Market is one of the markets that requires sufficient parking space for market activities. Because of this, research on parking fulfillment planning for the Mangkang market was carried out using a quantitative descriptive method to find out the parking space requirements for the Mangkang market. The results of this study indicate that the highest degree of saturation reaches 1.0538, which means that traffic flow in the area is hampered. Due to the insufficient parking area, which is only 493.5 m2, the parking requirement that must be met is 566 m2.

Abstract

Japan is a developed country in the Asian region with the nickname "The Land of the Rising Sun". Japan is a country with social and cultural matters, Japan is known for its attitude in maintaining its ancestral heritage. One of them is in terms of maintaining buildings in ancient times, such as temples that have maintained their authenticity from 1000 years ago. It is because of that attitude that Japanese people are very careful in protecting their heritage, because the building uses wood as the main construction material which is made by a special carpenter called Miyadaiku. Traditional Japanese wood technology is known for the details of the seams and joints. In the late 1980s, Gengo Matsui published a book on joints and fittings under the title "Wood Joints in Classical Japanese Architecture". In the Parengan area, the classic Japanese wood connection method can be applied if in the Parengan area there are carpenters who have the expertise to make wood joints like the classic Japanese wood joints. However, in the Parengan subdistrict, carpenters still do not have the skills of Japanese carpenters in terms of accuracy, neatness, and focus in making the connection method and require special training to gain better experience.

Abstract

Roads are one of the most essential transportation infrastructure for the advancement of public welfare and life improvement. As for an attempt to improve the quality of road pavement (asphalt), one of them is by adding fillers or fillers of cement and lime to get good quality asphalt pavement. This research will add filler with a percentage of cement and lime filler ranging from 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15%, and there is also a soaking period of the samples that will be made with this percentage with a sample soaking period ranging from 0 to 3 days of soaking period to know the effect of the soaking period on the strength of the asphalt bricks sample with these percentage variations. Using the marshall quiotient method, the results obtained that asphalt with additional cement filler is still within specifications, while for asphalt soaking with lime filler experiences high stiffness and cracks easily

Abstract

Kudus Regency is a Regency located in Central Java Province, Indonesian. Jalan Sunan Kudus is a road that connects Kudus Regency and Jepara Regency. The road a fast lane because it is a local route. Not only cars and motorbike use this route, trucks and buses also use this route as yhe main route. This unsignalized intersection is an intersection that connects Jalan Sunan Kudus and Jalan Kyai Telingsing. Jalan Sunan Kudus as the Main Street and Jalan Kyai Telingsing as the minor road. The condition of the intersection is a fairly congested intersection because the main road is used as a link between districts, besides that it is also used as access to the tomb of Sunan Kudus and the Menara Kudus Mosque. So services for tourists and pilgrims who come from outside that city and within the city who pass through the intersection have the potential to experiences congestion. The survey was carried out using manual techniques in the data collection process in the field. This analysis uses the calculation technique MKJI 1997.

Abstract

In the implementation of a project there are problems that still need to be examined again in the world of construction related to effectiveness, efficiency and economy. One of the closest ways is the application of value engineering in construction projects. The Value Engineering Analysis method has advantages, namely the existence of a systematic, neat, and organized approach in analyzing the value (value) of the subject matter of the function but still consistent with the needs for the appearance, quality, and maintenance of the project. Stages of Value Engineering, namely: the information stage of the Value Engineering process includes formulating problems, collecting data, getting to know objects (products) by reviewing functions and recording costs. Based on the results of the analysis and evaluation that has been carried out for the calculation of the remaining material (waste) in the Construction Project for the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Building (Building A) which is the cause of the occurrence of material waste including: (a) the human factor indicator has a mean value of 2.98 and rank 1; (b) field factor indicators have a mean value of 3.06 and rank 1; (c) the material procurement indicator has a mean value of 2.90 and rank 1; (d) the work method indicator has a mean value of 3.08 and a ranking of 1; and (e) the Tool/Machine indicator has a mean value of 2.98 and a ranking of 1. From the results of value engineering calculations, the cost of the construction of the State 2 Madrasah Tsanawiyah Building Project (Building A) is saved in the amount of Rp. 70,788,369.43.

Abstract

Population growth has made transportation in Indonesia, especially in the city of Semarang, also growing, one of the public transportation currently being developed in the city of Semarang is the BRT. Of the 7 operating corridors, BRT corridor IV (four) encountered many obstacles and problems, including the small number of bus passengers so that the revenue from the fares that were collected did not cover operational costs. This study aims to find out about the existing service standards for BRT in Corridor IV Semarang; Analyzing the performance and service of BRT buses in Corridor IV Semarang based on the number of passengers, travel speed, load factor, headway, and number of fleets; and Know the things that need to be fixed on this transportation. The method we use is field observation and secondary data analysis. The results showed that BRT Trans Semarang Corridor IV has 20 fleets with details of 18 operating fleets and 2 fleets for backup. The load factor value is 53% which meets the existing standards, the BRT Trans Semarang Corridor IV headway value is 13.51 minutes which is not in accordance with the existing regulatory requirements. The average speed is 14.68 km/hour which is below the maximum regulation limit and the distance covered is 237.04 km which is not accordance with the standard travel distance.

Abstract

Water is a vital need for the survival of every creature on earth. Without water on earth, life would never exist. The level of water demand in each area is definitely different due to the level of use and the number of residents in the area. Likewise, the need for clean water in Bojonegoro Regency varies in each region, including in Tinawun Village, Malo District, Bojonegoro Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out the estimated population of Tinawun Village in 2030 associated with the need for clean water in Tinawun Village in 2030. The calculation method uses arithmetic, geometric and linear regression. The results of this study are that the population of Tinawun Village in 2030 is predicted to be 1,867 people, while the number of customers using WISLIC water in 2030 is estimated to be 124 SRs or an estimated 1,275 people. Prediction of water needs for Tinawun Village based on the number of predicted population in 2030 is 1.789 Liters/second. For predictions of water needs based on the number of customers in 2030 it is 0.955 liters/second. Meanwhile, the availability of water in Sendang Sejahtera, from the research results, is 0.919 liters/second, so that to meet water needs in 2030, there will be a water shortage of 0.036 liters/second.

Abstract

Construction management is the study and practice of the managerial and technological aspects of the construction industry. Construction management can also be interpreted as a business capital carried out by construction consultants in providing advice and assistance in a development project. crowded because this bridge is a connecting access and alternative route to tourist sites in the area. The purpose of this study is to determine the estimated time and cost required to complete this Kenet Bridge Project. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method which focuses on data in the form of numbers or thematics that can be processed and analyzed to produce the necessary data. And for data analysis in this study, including calculation of work volume, work duration, barchart, cost management analysis, cash flow, budget plan, critical path method, and s-curve The results of this study are: 1) Time required to complete This Kenet Bridge Project is estimated to be completed within 190 days (30 weeks), 2) and the estimated cost required for this Kenet Bridge Project is Rp. 9,282,000,000.00 (Nine Billion Two Hundred Eighty Two Million Rupiah).

Abstract

The Kalibaru Port of Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, is one of the ports that is used for shipping and loading and unloading activities. Bathymetry information is needed to support one of the activities in the port, namely in terms of shipping. The purpose of this research is to map the bathymetry in the harbor pool area and to find out the areas that need to be dredged in the Kalibaru Tanjong Priok harbor pond. This research was conducted on May 24, 2022 in the pond area of ​​Tanjung Priok Harbor, North Jakarta. This research was conducted using a single beam echosounder using a Garmin GPSmap 420s tool to determine the depth of the harbor pool. Data processing using Ms. excel, Auto CAD land desktop, surfer to generate depth contours and calculate dredge volume. The volume calculation uses the average end area method. The calculation result of dredging volume is the sum of the cross-sectional area multiplied by the section distance. The results showed that the depth of the Tangjung Priok harbor waters ranged from 3 to 17 meters and the dredged volume reached 165,319 m3.

Abstract

Abstrak Rumah tinggal pada umumnya dibangun menggunakan metode pengerjaan konvensional dengan bahan dasar struktur menggunakan beton, besi tulangan dan bekisting. Struktur bangunan pada rumah tinggal merupakan komponen utama yang menjadi kerangka terbentuknya sebuah bangunan, kokoh atau rapuhnya sebuah bangunan terlihat dari metode dan material yang digunakan untuk menyusun struktur bangunannya. Risba merupakan kepanjangan dari Rumah Instan Baja yang menjadi salah satu rumah tahan gempa yang dikenalkan oleh dosen UGM, Metode Risba telah diteliti mengenai material baja yang digunakan dengan melakukan pengujian balok, sloof dan kolom menggunakan CNP dobel dengan metode pembebanan monotonic. Perkiraan biaya dan waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam setiap pekerjaan konstruksi dengan komponen perencanaan biaya dan waktu terdiri dari tenaga kerja dan peralatan serta material yang digunakan. Pembangunan rumah tinggal 2 lantai tipe 72 dengan menggunakan metode konvensional dan metode risba didapatkan selisih biaya sebesar Rp 13.059.024,00 dengan kata lain bahwa struktur bangunan dengan metode risba lebih murah 17 %.
