Abstract

The development of the industrial revolution has an impact on economic growth that is increasingly evenly distributed throughout Indonesia, not least in Jepara Regency, especially in industrial areas that have been provided by the government, but the limited land available has an impact on the increasing number of tall buildings being built to support housing needs in the surrounding area.In the construction of multi-storey buildings, careful planning is needed so that the building structure is able to stand strong, withstand earthquakes, be efficient and meet SNI. Careful planning will avoid the occurrence of building failures or unwanted construction failures.In this final project the building being reviewed is a 5-story building which is a 5-story mess building for factory workers of PT. Parkland World Indonesia in Mayong Jepara, The calculation of the structure of the building is reviewed against dead loads, live loads and earthquake loads using SAP 2000. The calculations include roofs, plates, beams, columns, and foundations. The planning location of the building is on Jl. Raya Jepara - Kudus, Pelang, Kec. Mayong, Jepara Regency, Central JavaFrom the planning obtained a concrete structure with a thickness of 120 mm 12 - 200 slab, beam 400 x 800 mm 9 D19, 300 x 600 mm 8 D12, 200 x 400 mm 7 D12. column 500 x 750 mm 12 D19, and 500 x 500 mm 8 D19, with concrete quality (f'c) = 30 MPa, deform reinforcement quality (fy) = 400 MPa and plain reinforcement quality (fy) = 240 MPa. the roof structure uses double angel steel truss 2L.40.40.3 and 2L.30.30.3, the lower structure uses 6 m long piles with a diameter of 40 cm.

Abstract

One type of public transportation designed to meet the mobility needs of the people of Semarang City is the Trans Semarang Bus. The level of service provided by the Trans Semarang Bus to customers and the level of service provided on weekends and weekdays will be the focus of this research. This research method employs a quantitative descriptive approach. The method of data collection is carried out by using a questionnaire. Stages of using quantitative analysis techniques to analyze data. Consumers who use the Trans Semarang Bus have a negative response (are not satisfied), according to the results of the Service Satisfaction Index (IKP). The majority of respondents gave a negative score (dissatisfied) to the difference in scores between performance and expectations, which shows this. The x2 count is obtained from the x2 table, from the chi-square analysis results. The value of 3.841 is the result of x2 d.b=1 when the x2 table used is α = 5%. Therefore, x2 count (2.007) table x2 (3.841), shows that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, indicating that the Trans Semarang Bus service on weekends and weekdays is the same.

Abstract

Irrigation channels are an important component or system in improving the quality of production in agriculture. Planning for the construction of irrigation canals is needed to serve as a reference or also provide an overview of the work situation, the items to be worked on, the method of implementation, the technical specifications as well, the budget plan according to the working drawings and the stages of the work implementation so that it is in accordance with the standards. The method of implementing the work carried out to achieve the success of the objectives of this activity is through mapping indicators and data elements, field surveys, dashboard designs, focus group discussions. The location for the discussion and trial of the irrigation development planning database was carried out in Ngringinrejo Village, Kalitidu District. The result of this plan is to show that the management of irrigation development planning in the regions has functioned well.

Abstract

Irrigation is an effort to drain water from the source to agricultural land to meet the water needs of the land. Irrigated Area (I.A.) East Glapan needs help in the form of channels that carry too much mud or sediment material, thus hindering water distribution to the farthest lands. The lack of optimal mud bag building in the primary channel causes this. Based on these problems, it is necessary to check the effectiveness of the East Glapan I.A. mud bag. The analysis stage involves sediment sample tests and sediment transport calculations using the Shield, Einstein, and Mayer-Patter & Muller (MPM) methods, checking the deposition effectiveness and calculating the draining time. Based on the results of sediment transportation calculations, the highest value of 37.15 tons/day was obtained based on the MPM method. A settling efficiency value of 86.10% was obtained for the effectiveness of sludge bags. Then to optimize the performance of the mud bag, according to the calculation results, it is necessary to drain the mud bag of I.A. East Glapan every four months.

Abstract

Jalan merupakan prasarana transportasi di darat yang penting untuk mempermudah manusia berpindah dari satu tempat ke tempat lain. Salah satu permasalahan di jalan adalah kemacetan yang meningkat, faktor kemacetan ada berbagai macam, salah satunya adalah parkir sembarangan di badan jalan khususnya di area Jalan Pemuda (depan Kantor Pos) Kota Semarang. VISSIM adalah metode yang digunakan untuk kebutuhan analisa ruas jalan di penelitian ini. Hasil analisa parkir di badan jalan menggunakan VISSIM menunjukan bahwa ruas jalan di lokasi penelitian mengalami penurunan kinerja sehingga masuk dalam kategori D (arus mulai tidak setabil) untuk level of service nya, sedangkan jalan tempat penelitian ini termasuk dalam tipe jalan arteri skunder yang seharusnya memiliki kategori B (arus stabil) Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini penting dilakukan sehingga dapat bermanfaat untuk mengurangi angka kemacetan di masa depan.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, penulis menganalisa tentang pemanfaatan limbah serat aren sebagai bahan tambah beton serat dengan prosentase serat dan variasi panjang serat yang diuji dengan pengujian kuat tekan dan kuat lentur. Perbandingan prosentase serat yang digunakan adalah 2,5%, 2,7% dan 3% dengan variasi panjang serat yaitu 2cm dan 4 cm. Adapun hasil kuat tekan beton serat pada umur 28 hari, variasi panjang serat 2 cm dengan prosentase serat 2,5%, 2,7% dan 3% secara berturut-turut adalah 19,35 MPa, 21,5 MPa dan 21,43 MPa. Hasil kuat tekan beton fiber pada umur 28 hari, variasi Panjang serat 4 cm dengan prosentase serat 2,5%, 2,7% dan 3% secara berturut-turut adalah 21,33 MPa, 17,02 MPa dan 18,38 MPa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, di peroleh panjang serat efektif yang baik untuk digunakan sebagai bahan tambah beton serat yaitu serat dengan panjang 2cm. Adapun hasil kuat lentur beton serat variasi panjang 2cm dengan prosentase serat 2,5%, 2,7% dan 3% secara berturut-turut adalah 4,78 MPa, 5 MPa dan 5,13 MPa. Sehingga, berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa campuran pada beton serat aren yang baik digunakan sebagai bahan tambah adalah beton serat dengan kadar serat 2,7% dan 3% dengan variasi Panjang 2cm.

Abstract

To build a new lecture building with adequate and optimal facilities, it is necessary to plan well. It is expected to withstand the impact of earthquake shocks through the formation of ductile inelastic responses in certain selected structural components. The structural planning of this 7-storey lecture and hall building refers to several guidelines, including: Planning Procedures for Structural Concrete Requirements for Building Structures SNI 2847: 2019. And Earthquake Resistance Planning Standards for Building and Non-Building Structures SNI 1726-2019. And Minimum Design Loads and Related Criteria for Buildings and Other Structures SNI 1727: 2020. As well as the Guidelines for Loading Planning for Houses and Buildings (PPPURG 1987). And Specifications for Structural Steel Buildings SNI 1729: 2020. As well as the Indonesian Steel Building Planning Guidelines (PPBBI) SNI 1729: 2020. The structural planning of the 7-storey lecture building and hall in Semarang includes the planning of the upper structure and the lower structure. The upper structure includes planning the roof, beams, columns, and floor plates of the building. While the lower structure includes pile foundation planning. The loadings reviewed for structural element planning are dead loads, live loads, and earthquake loads.

Abstract

PO. Haryanto is an Otobus company from Kudus, Central Java, which is engaged in Inter-City Inter-Provincial (AKAP) bus transportation services, one of which operates from Jepara to Jakarta with the type of service Executive Class. This study aims to determine the performance and tariffs based on vehicle operating costs. In this study, data was collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires directed to service users. The method for analyzing operational performance, calculating tariffs and operating costs for vehicles refers to the method of the Ministry of Transportation SK.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002, and analysis of service performance using the method of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Results of operational performance in terms of load factor obtained by 70,79%, the value of travel speed is 53,70 km/hour, the frequency of service is obtained 4 vehicles/hour, the service time is obtained 2 hours (morning and evening), the travel time is 1,14 minutes/km, the number of fleets operating 100%, and circulation time of 34,05 hours. The actual fare for the PO. Haryanto bus for the Jepara – Jakarta route is IDR 240.000. The results of the tariff analysis based on the BOK with the furthest distance traveled obtained a BOK value of IDR 4.803.356,79 with a tariff value of IDR 251.604,40. PO. Haryanto bus service performance results with the method IPA shows some performance indicatorsa that should be maintained and some that should be improved.

Abstract

The increasing growth of the factory industry has created new attention to waste which needs to be managed more seriously so that it can provide benefits, especially in the construction sector. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct research on this problem. In this study, researchers conducted research using geodipa waste. The percentage of geodipa waste used in this research is 3%, 5%, 8%, 10% and 12% of the cement weight requirement using a mixture of 1PC:6Ps and 100 ml of water for 1 paving block with a mold thickness of 6 cm, width 10 cm, 20 cm long using manual tools. The test results using geodipa waste for a mixture of an average of 8% compressive strength test produced were 16.13 MPa for Rp. 1,066,-/seed according to SNI-03-0691-1996 including class C quality (can be used for pedestrians) while for the normal mixture the resulting compressive strength test was 11.33 MPa for Rp. 1,100,-/seed including class D quality (can be used for parks and other uses) From the results of the compressive strength test of the paving blocks, it can be concluded that the addition of geodipa waste produces better results.

Abstract

omestic wastewater in Pendem villages, especially Randusari and Belik hamlets, is still not treated properly. Waste water, especially greywater, is immediately disposed of in ditches that lead to rivers. This activity can damage the river environment and pollute residents' clean water sources. The purpose of this planning is to plan the SPAL and IPAL for the residents of Dukuh Belik and Randusari so that good and proper environmental sanitation conditions are created. The results of this planning for the waste water distribution system (SPAL) are that the length of the waste water distribution pipe in Randusari Hamlet reaches 2,861.40 m while in Belik Hamlet it is 3,028.70 m, equipped with a manhole building with a diameter of 60 cm and a control tank of 50 x 50 cm. In the wastewater treatment installation, 3 units of manufactured Biofilter IPAL are used, in Hamlet Randusari, 3 RCO-100 type IPALs with a capacity of 100 m3 are used, and 2 RCO-60 type IPALs with a capacity of 60 m3 are used in Dukuh Belik. From this plan, a budget for the construction of the SPAL and IPAL Dukuh Randusari is required in the amount of Rp. 4,141,427,000.00. And for hamlet buying Rp. 2,586,384,000.00.
