Abstract

Untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen dan untuk menjaga kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Restauran D’Cost, maka D’Cost perlu menjaga kualitas dari makanannya, dan makanan harus selalu segar. Maka dari itu penulis melakukan penelitian terhadap persediaan di restoran D’Cost dan melihat suatu masalah bahwa makanan yang dipesan terkadang tidak tersedia. Ikan Kakap Pedas salah satu makanan yang digemari di restoran tersebut, untuk itu penulis mencoba melakukan penelitian pada persediaan ikan tersebut agar selalu tersedia dalam jumlah yang cukup dan segar. Maka dengan demikian peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk memecahkan masalah yang terjadi di restoran D’Cost tersebut. Untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut peneliti menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP). MRP adalah sebuah metode persediaan dependen dimana untuk terbentuknya suatu produk tergantung pada komponen pembentuk produk lainnya. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian antara lain, jumlah peramalan permintaan rata-rata terhadap Ikan Kakap Pedas di Restoran D’Cost pada periode Januari 2023 s/d Desember 2023 adalah mengikuti trend eksponensial smoothing. Jumlah persediaan bahan baku per bulan yang harus disediakan untuk memenuhi permintaan Ikan Kakap Pedas selama periode Januari 2023 s/d Desember 2023 adalah : .66 porsi/bulan, Rencana produksi yang digunakan adalah rencana ke 2 dengan menggunakan jam kerja regular, tidak ada jam lembur, tidak ada subkontrak, safety stock 7 porsi/ bulan dengan biaya minimal Rp.113.415.000/thn. Jumlah persediaan bahan baku per bulan yang harus disediakan untuk memenuhi permintaan Ikan Kakap Pedas selama periode Jan 2023 s/d Des 2023 adalah: Ikan kakap 19875 gr/ bulan, Rendaman ikan 8413.3 gr /bulan, saus bakar 662.5 gr/ bulan, saus kecap 2485.5 gr/bulan, garnis 4263.8 gr/bulan.

Abstract

Anugerah Lumbung Energi melakukan Peledakan sebagai proses pemberaian batuan dalam volume yang besar agar massa batuan mudah digali dan diangkut. Salah satu faktor yang paling mempengaruhi keberhasilan peledakan adalah geometri peledakan, yang akan mempengaruhi ukuran fragmentasi. Untuk meminimalisir dan memudahkan waktu Digging Time PC 3000. Pemboran lubang ledak menggunakan alat bor sandvik tipe D 245 S dengan rata rata kedalam lubang 6,69 meter dengan diameter 7,875 inchi, spasi 5,2 meter, burden,4,7 meter, tinggi jenjang 6,69 meter, panjang kolom isian 2,47 meter, stemming 4,17 meter, adapun bahan peledak yang di gunakan ialah ANFO ( amonium nitrat + Pure Oil) dengan pola peledakan pola box cut, sedangkan pola penyalaan yang dipakai adalah hole by hole menggunakan surface delay detonator 42 ms, 67 ms, 3000 ms, dan inhole detonator 500 ms serta 6000 ms. sistem rangkaian menggunakan sistem non elektrik (nonel ) dengan pemicu awal peledakan berupa elektrik detonator yang disambungkan ke blasting machine menggunakan lead wire Dari hasil aktual di lapangan memberikan nilai rata-rata peledakan secara teoritis menggunakan perhitungan Kuz-Ram, hasil fragmentasi tidak memberikan hasil yang seperti diinginkan yaitu persentase lolos diperoleh untuk ukuran > 200 cm sebanyak 71,76%, sementara fragmentasi tertahan dengan ukuran > 200 cm sebanyak 23,93%. Dari hasil perhitungan digging time menurut geometri usulan R.L.Ash adalah sebesar 7.7 detik.

Abstract

Bata ringan merupakan bahan bangunan yang berwarna putih dan berbentuk balok serta memiliki pori di dalamnya. Pecahan dari bata ringan menghasilkan limbah serbuk yang tidak bisa dijual dan sulit di daur ulang, material ini banyak terbuang di lingkungan sehingga sering kali dibiarkan menumpuk menjadi sampah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kuat tekan beton normal dan beton campuran limbah serbuk bata ringan dengan mutu beton rencana 15 MPa pada usia 28 hari sebagai substitusi agregat halus dengan variasi campuran 5%, 10%, dan 15%. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi eksperimental yang dilakukan secara langsung di Laboratorium Teknik Sipil Institut Teknologi Garut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa beton normal mendapatkan nilai kuat tekan sebesar 15,72 Mpa, penggunaan limbah serbuk bata ringan 5 % mendapatkan nilai kuat tekan sebesar 14,91 MPa, 10% mendapatkan nilai kuat tekan sebesar 13,17 MPa, dan 15% mendapatkan nilai kuat tekan sebesar 11,69 MPa.

Abstract

Clean water is still a problem in the city of Medan and Deli Serdang Regency according to the North Sumatra Provincial government in the Medan area and its surroundings, the total need for clean water is 11,000 liters/second and an additional water supply of 4,000 liters/second is needed with water availability of 200 liters/second. So that the water supply in the Medan city area and its surroundings still lacks a water supply of 3,800 liters/second article sumutprov.go.id (https://sumutprov.go.id/artikel/artikel/resmikan-programmaster-meter-di-medan--gubernur--edy-rahmayadi-targetkan-tuntaskan--kebutuhan-air-bersih-di-akhir-periode) Besides that, in Tuntungan II Village, Hamlet I, Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang Regency, there is no water channel from government institutions (PDAM) so that the community's water source in this area is obtained from water from wells/dug wells. this makes this research carried out. to interpret the presence of groundwater which can be used as a source of clean water in the research area conducted in Desa Tuntungan II , Dusun I, Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan, Kota Medan, North Sumatra Province. From the results of data processing, then interpretation of the data is carried out. Data interpretation is done by comparing the RMS table with the rules of the resistivity table of Suyono (1978), Astier (1971) and the geological map of the study area to determine the type of rock. The stratigraphy of the research location according to the resistivity value is thought to consist of 5 lithologies, namely Overburden (24.9-32.4Ω), andesite (1428-1473 Ω), clay (6.45-14.2Ω), andesite breccia (148-170 Ω), tuff (37.6 -74.6 Ω). The existence of a water-carrying layer (aquifer) at the point of measurement Point I is at a depth of around 14.8 – 76.1 meters. The predicted layer thickness is 61.2 m. The lithology of this layer is tuff as a water-carrying layer (aquifer). The existence of a water-carrying layer (aquifer) at Point II is at a depth of around 11.1 – 91.3 meters. The thickness of the layer is 80.2 meters. The lithology of this layer is a strong tuff as a water-carrying layer (aquifer).

Abstract

Deli Serdang Regency is a Regency in North Sumatra Province which has natural resource potential in the form of non-metallic minerals and rocks. Stone sand (sirtu) comes from two parts, the large sized volcanic rock material and the fine sized consisting of clay and sand. Based on PP 96 of 2021, stone sand is included in the rock class. This research was conducted to determine resource estimates using the cross section method and the characteristics of rock sand in the research area. Data collection was carried out following the SNI 4726:2011 exploration concept, exploration stages include: review survey, inspection and general exploration of the surface of the mapping area. Based on the mapping results, the distribution of rock sand is not square (random), so using the trapezoidal method to assist in calculating the volume of rock sand in the calculation, we get an estimate of rock sand resources with an indicated resource classification, namely 641,812.5 m3 and the characteristics of rock sand with rock fragments which are thought to come from the mentar unit ( QTvm) and sand originating from the Keutapang (Tuk) formation. The sand-to-stone ratio in the southwestern deposition area is dominated by ±70% sand and ±30% stone, while in the northeastern deposition area it is dominated by ±80% rock and ±20% sand. The suggestion that the author can convey is the need to carry out subsurface mapping to determine the distribution and thickness of rock sand below the surface.

Abstract

Schools in Indonesia are conventional schools where students and teachers do activities which are commonly referred to as teaching and learning activities even though the school is not a place to lure students with stacks of information but also to train in terms of maturity of thinking and maturity of attitude.Along with the development of times, public awareness about the importance of education continues to increase. This also goes together with parents awareness to provide the best education for their children.Education for children certainly starts from informal education in family and then continues to formal education in school. Early childhood education is the main basis of education to the next levels. In Indonesia, the level of education participation in Kindergarten increases every year. But the number of kindergartens that have adequate facilities / infrastructure for learning / play tends to decrease every year. Abstract

The house is a building, where humans live and carry out their lives. Besides that, the house is also the place where the socialization process takes place when an individual is introduced to the norms and customs that apply in a society. Development in big cities is growing rapidly, one of them is Medan City. The development of the city of Medan to date and the increasing population has caused the need for housing and settlements to increase. Vertical housing development in the form of flats is an alternative that must be developed to overcome the population explosion, low-income communities and limited land which makes land prices expensive.

Abstract

Clean water is a very serious problem in Blang Kolak I Village. As the population increases every year, the need for clean water continues to increase, while water availability is still limited. The current source of clean water in Blang Kolak I Village is PDAM water and community well water. In this research, two research methods were used, namely descriptive research methods and quantitative research methods. The analysis used is a descriptive analysis of clean water problems, population projections, availability and need for clean water and solutions to meet clean water needs. From the results of the analysis carried out, it can be seen that the total need for clean water according to the minimum service standards of the Directorate General of Human Settlements and Public Works in 1996, in the initial year was 5.45 liters/second and in 2028 (10 year projection) it was 6.58 liters/second. The clean water needed is 70 liters/person/day while the current water availability is 28 liters/person/day. Solutions to fulfill clean water needs that can be applied at the research location to fulfill clean water needs are by utilizing community well water (shallow wells), improving the management of Regional Drinking Water Companies (PDAM) and deep well pumps.

Abstract

The increasing number of residents urbanizing to Medan City has an impact on limited land and physical resources in Medan City. The limited land area in Medan City has caused Medan City to experience development into suburban areas, this is what is happening in Binjai Village, Medan Denai District. This triggers an impact on social, economic and environmental conditions with housing development. This situation is interesting to study, with the research question: what are the social, economic and environmental impacts of housing development in Binjai Village? It is important to know the impacts before and after housing development. This research aims to examine the impacts that arise after housing construction on social, economic and environmental conditions in Binjai Village. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique was carried out using questionnaires assisted by interviews and field observations. The final results of the impact research following housing construction consist of 3 impacts, namely social, economic and environmental. The social impact is in the form of changes in people's lifestyles which are more consumerist, decreasing crime rates. The impact on the economy is in the form of increasing people's income, increasing land prices. The impact on the environment is in the form of changes in land use, improvements to the drainage network and road network.

Abstract

Variogram is a measure of variance, Variogram is used to determine the distance where the observed data values become independent or have no correlation. The symbol of the variogram is 2γ. The variogram is a tool in geostatistics that is useful for showing spatial correlations between measured data. Regionalized variables are variables that have different values (vary) with changing locations/places.Exploration or feasibility studies, mine-engineer/geologist are required to be able to understand the characteristics of the value distribution at an affordable and simple cost, especially since the minerals are of low value. According to David (1977), modeling the variogram a distribution of reported values is typical for each type of deposit. The use of surfer software in the application of elevation variograms using GPS and Google Earth elevation data makes comparisons of data between elevation variograms in the study area. The results of the elevation variogram data show a gradual and consistent increase in the upward curve that can be interpreted as a sediment type research field. Field data validation to determine the characteristics of the sediment at the study site. Field conditions have different variations in grain size and lithology but the results of the elevation variogram still show a consistent increase. In the initial exploration stage the variogram method can help determine the type of deposit and changes in the direction of the deposit.
