Abstract

PT. Afra Insan Amanah is a form of business entity that brands products for the needs of Muslim children, PT. Afra Insan Amanah uses the name Afrakids in marketing the product. Afrakids in providing the best service to consumers cannot be separated from the help of agents who participate in seizing market potential and at the same time as business partners. The purpose of this study was to determine the external factors and internal factors in the marketing strategy of PT. Afra Insan Amanah with agents in Jabodetabek, to find out SWOT-based marketing strategies for Afrakids agents in Jabodetabek. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling type. The sample in this study were 12 Afrakids agents in Jabodetabek. Data collection techniques obtained by interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are the formulation of alternative marketing strategies obtained based on external and internal factors, namely maximizing strategic locations, expanding and increasing promotions, deepening relationships with partners, improving good relations with customers, maintaining product quality. Strategies that can be used by Afrakids agents in Jabodetabek based on the SWOT matrix are maintaining and improving product quality, increasing and deepening relationships with resellers. maintain product quality. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Intan Pusaka Pratama, aims: 1)To test and analyze whether there is influence between paternalistic leadership style on employee performance. 2) To test and analyze whether there is influence between organizational culture on employee performance. 3). To test and analyze whether there is influence of work discipline on employee performance. 4) To test and analyze whether there is influence of paternalistic leadership style, organizational culture and work discipline together on employee performance. The type of research used is a quantitative method with data analysis methods by testing two variables, namely the independent variable in the dependent variable, using a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The samples taken were employees of PT. Intan Pusaka Pratama with a total population of 105 people and a total sample of 51 people. To determine the number of samples with the Slovin formula with an allowance percentage of 10%. From the results of the analysis, paternalistic organizational culture has an effect on employee performance by 7.6%, organizational culture has an effect on employee performance by 22.2, work discipline has an effect on employee performance by 21.1%, while jointly paternalistic leadership style, organizational culture , and work discipline has an effect of s of 28.1%. Abstract

Indonesia is a religion, ethnicity, and culture, each of which has a very special tourism attraction. So many people love to travel. In addition to being able to relieve fatigue all day at work, you can also gather with family tours that provide good benefits and will be visited by many people. This research uses quantitative methods, this research was conducted in Bird Park (beautiful Indonesian mini park) ). In this study using a sample of 100 respondents from visitors, the data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study are (1) service quality has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. (2) price has no significant effect on visitor satisfaction (3) service quality has a significant effect on ticket prices for Taman Mini Indonesia Indah Bird Park. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work culture and discipline on the performance of health service implementers at Kramat Jati Hospital. This research uses quantitative methods, this research has been carried out at Kramat Jati Hospital using 72 samples of respondents from health service implementing employees as the main instrument in obtaining data. This analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study show that: Work Culture (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y) with the original sample value of 0.838. Second; Discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) with the original sample value of 0.528. Third; Work Culture (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Discipline (X2) with an original sample value of 0.378. Abstract

Roofing businesses or businesses in Indonesia have developed quite rapidly in recent years, with various formats and types. In the midst of Indonesia's economic conditions which are experiencing difficult times, the roofing business can still survive because everyone definitely needs housing, for example. The Rooftop retail business has even more potential to develop, as evidenced by the proliferation of this business from big cities to small towns. CV. Maestro Atap Bekasi is a company that sells roof tiles, pvc, tile accessories. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of sales promotion and product quality on consumer buying interest in CV. Maestro Roof Bekasi. There are several variables that are connected, namely Sales Promotion (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Purchase Interest (Y). This method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is Consumer CV. Maestro Roof Bekasi with a total sample of 79 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The results of data analysis show that Sales Promotion has a positive and significant direct effect on Buying Interest. Product quality has a positive and significant direct effect on Purchase Intention. And UK Sales Promotion has a positive and significant direct effect on product quality. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction in soft bone chicken Mas Salam Cikarang, West Java. The independent variables in this study are product quality and price. While the dependent variable is customer satisfaction variable. Research using quantitative methods. The sample in this study were customers at Mas Salam Soft Bone Chicken, Cikarang, West Java. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to 65 respondents. Statistical method using SmartPLS 3, with statistical test hypothesis testing t. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of product innovation and promotion on purchasing decisions at Mc Donald's Margonda Depok consumers. This research method is a quantitative research, this research was conducted at Mc Donald's Margonda Depok. The population in this study were all Mc Donald's customers who were or had eaten at Mc Donald's Margonda Depok. With a sample of 120 respondents. Data analysis was based on using the SPSS program version 26.0 for Windows. The results of this study are Product Innovation has an effect on Purchasing Decisions, Promotion has an effect on Purchase Decisions, Product Innovation and Promotions together have an effect on Purchasing Decisions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and motivation on employee performance at Kramat Jati Hospital. This research method is quantitative with the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all staff implementing health services at Kramat Jati Hospital as many as 221 employees. The sampling technique was using proportionate stratified random sampling technique or proportional random strata sampling with a total of 69 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data obtained from related agencies and journals to support this research. The instrument validity test uses Pearson correlation, while the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. The measuring instrument proved to be valid and reliable for the research instrument. Hypothesis testing in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. PLS is an analysis method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance. The results showed that: Training (X1) had a positive and significant effect on motivation with the original sample estimated value of 0.778 with a significance of 14.080. Second; Training (X1) has a positive but not significant effect on performance with the original sample estimate value of 0.080 with a significance of 0.831. Third; Motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on performance with the original sample estimated value of 0.840 with a significance of 11.124. So it can be concluded that in this study, training has a positive but not significant effect on performance and motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance Keywords: Training, Motivation, Employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and location on customer satisfaction at the Sumber Makmur store, Cilangkap, East Jakarta. The method used in research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study are customers who are making purchases at the Sumber Makmur Building Store, Cilangkap, East Jakarta. Up to 80 respondents in this study used the incidental sampling technique. The source of data in this research is primary data which is obtained directly through filling out the questionnaires given to the respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study is structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis and processed using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. Abstract

PT. Bahagia Audiotama, which owns the Venom audio brand, which was founded in 1998. Venom audio is a car audio brand that has been around for a long time among car audio lovers. Since its inception, it was launched which aims to improve the quality of car audio by presenting a variety of products designed to follow the needs of product users. The purpose of this study was to determine the loyalty of Venom audio product users to the Karawang Creative Audio Custom Team. The sample in this study is 30 people who are an affordable population that can be collected by researchers. Data collection techniques obtained by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The result of this study is that there is a relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable in this study which was produced by univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. Venom audio can increase product user loyalty by paying attention to aspects that get low scores based on analysis results that can affect product user loyalty Keywords :Product Quality, User Loyalty, Univariate and Bivariate
