Abstract

The idea of ​​making TN High School was sparked by the Minister of Defense and Security General LB Moerdani on May 20, 1985 at the Great Pavilion of Taman Siswa Yogyakarta. He has a vision to build a school that educates the best people from all over Indonesia and produces graduates who can continue the aspirations of the Proclamator. This idea was continued by signing an MoU between the TNI and Taman Siswa, which was the first educational organization in Indonesia, the TNI through the Pang Perjuangan Foundation The purpose of this study is to determine the factors To determine the factors that influence the competitiveness of both external factors and internal factors and find out the right strategy to increase competitiveness based on the SWOT analysis approach and AHP data processing tools. Data collection techniques were obtained by interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study are based on those conducted by expert respondents on the factors that influence in increasing competitiveness in the Taruna Archipelago High School in Magelang. External Factors (Competitions from similar schools, students who fail selection at TN High School Gaining the trust of parents of students and the wider community for the next career path, the existence of student sanctions). The right strategy and is used based on Swot and AHP from the results of interviews with the expert team is to choose the strategy of Strength and Opportunity in terms of the application of quality and service in educational institutions (both in terms of Sarpras and HR). Abstract

Defense Industry Policy Committee (KKIP) is a Committee representing the Government to coordinate national policies in the planning, formulation, implementation, control, synchronization, and evaluation in the defense industry. The Government has made some policies related to human resources, pegembangan technology, collaboration, coaching, financing and marketing. In this study, researchers will focus on kebijakaan which has been made of the Government in the field of human resources, cooperation, Pembiayaaan and marketing. The purpose of this research is to know which policy is more dominant in the growing production tool national defence equipment. The researchers used a method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to find a policy which is more dominant, conducting interviews with relevant parties. The results of this research show that the boost in production of defense equipment is the policy in terms of human resources which encompasses training/education, expertise and komptensi for penguasaaan defense industry technology. Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology, the needs of the Indonesian people for technology-based entertainment are increasingly high. As with other countries, Indonesia has used one of the technology products in the television industry, namely Pay TV (pay TV) which offers a choice of programs (pay per view content), either via satellite or cable in its distribution to customers. The object of research is service quality and consumer confidence in purchasing decisions with buying interest, namely TransVision customers in East Jakarta. The study population was 7,150 customers. Samples were taken with the Slovin formula so that the results of rounding up 99 sample respondents were obtained. Valid respondent questionnaire 97 respondent questionnaire. he results of the study (H1) The quality of service has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (H2) Consumer confidence has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (H3) The quality of service has a significant positive effect on buying interest, H4) Consumer trust has a significant positive effect on buying interest, (H5) Purchasing interest has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (H6) Buying interest has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (H7) Consumer trust has no significant positive effect on purchasing decisions through buying interest Key words: service quality, consumer trust, buying interest

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. the influence of service quality on customer loyalty and the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The object of the research is that there are customers of the Center for Weather Modification Technology. The research sample was 104 respondents, but only 77 respondents responded. Analysis tool using Smart PLS. The results of the study are that service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a significant negative effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Also found that service quality will further enhance customer loyalty when supported by customer satisfaction. Keywords : Marketing, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of flight costs, seedlings and production factors on TMC productivity, as well as the effect of production factors simultaneously on TMC productivity, as well as the effect of TMC productivity on TMC benefits. The object of this research is the Central Bureau of Weather Modification Technology customers. Center for Weather Modification Technology with its address at Gedung Geostech 820, Kawasan Puspitek, Setu, South Tangeran. Analysis tools using SPSS. The results of the study are the cost of flights and seedling costs not significantly positive effect on TMC productivity, HR costs have no significant negative effect on TMC productivity, also the three independent variables simultaneously have a significant positive effect on TMC productivity, but TMC productivity is found to be significantly positive effect on benefits TMC. Abstract

Claysta Skincare Clinic is competing to provide the best for its customers by giving more value to the clinic that differentiates it from the same competitors in the business business of Skincare clinics. Effect of product quality on Calysta Consumer confidence. Effect of product quality on Calysta Consumer loyalty, influence of service on Calysta Consumer trust, Effect of service on Calysta Consumer loyalty, price effect on Calysta Consumer trust, price effect on Calysta Consumer loyalty, influence of distribution on Calysta Consumer trust, influence of distribution on Consumer loyalty Calysta, the influence of brand image on Calysta Consumer trust, influence of brand image on Calysta Consumer loyalty, influence of consumer confidence on Calysta Consumer loyalty. Population in 80 consumers living in the Tangerang area who visited the Calyta Skincare Clinic in BSD Branch. Data collection techniques were obtained by distributing questionnaires. The data is analyzed by validity and reliability tests. The data analysis tool used in this study is Generalized Structure Component Analysis (GSCA). The results of this study indicate that product quality is not significantly positive effect on consumer trust, product quality is not significantly positive effect on customer loyalty, service has a significant positive effect on consumer trust, service has no significant positive effect on customer loyalty, price does not have a significant positive effect on consumer trust , price does not have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, distribution does not have a significant positive effect on consumer trust, distribution has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, brand image has a negative significant effect on consumer trust, brand image has no significant negative effect on consumer loyalty, consumer trust no significant negative effect on consumer loyalty. Abstract

The study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision to purchase Telkomsel internet packages in Langsa. The study used a sample of 96 respondents who were Telkomsel internet package users in Langsa City. The data analysis method uses validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R2) and hypothesis test. The results obtained from three factors namely product quality, price and brand image have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Telkomsel internet packages. The coefficient of determination test results obtained by 0.531 or 53.1 product quality, price and brand image affect the purchase decision of Telkomsel internet packages and the remaining 46.9% is influenced by other variables not examined. Abstract

The vastness of the region, the large population, and the dynamic of economic activity is a challenge in upholding taxation in Indonesia. Incompatibility ratio between tens of thousands of tax employees with millions of taxpayers (WP) resulted in less optimal implementation of taxation in Indonesia. Since the launch of the electronic tax payment system, the Tax Office does not directly require the underpaying taxpayers to use the system. So the taxpayer still feel foreign to the system. In 2016, the underpayment taxpayer is required to make payments using e-Billing. Lack of knowledge about the use of e-Billing and its reliance on internet connections that must always be stable, these constraints have a significant impact on the use of the e-Billing system. Based on the policy implementation model of Daniel Mazmanian and Paul A.Sabatair, the model of analysis conducted on the implementation of the policy of Tax Payment Using E-Billing In Tax Office Pratama Cirebon, which : Characteristics of the problem, Policy characteristics and Policy environment In conducting the research, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods. The e-Billing policy is not yet optimal for the implementation in the community because not all people know the tax payment system using e-Billing. Abstract

This study aims to determine the existence of investor rationality in choosing optimal stocks and portfolios by using a single index model on company shares listed on the IDX in 2018. The type of research used is analytic research. This analytic study aims to draw general conclusions and prove hypotheses about the average difference of two independent samples. The data used are secondary data obtained from information released by the Indonesia Stock Exchange including the daily closing stock price and the daily closing stock price index of listed companies. The sample selection method used is purposive sampling, where the sample selection is done on the basis of the researchers' consideration. the number of samples used in this study were 30 samples. The results showed that there was investor rationality towards optimal ownership of shares and portfolios by using a single index model on stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the weakening period of the rupiah in 2018 (t count value of 2.16 or greater than t value of α of 2.13). This can be seen from the difference in the average stock trading volume where the average trading volume of the optimal portfolio candidate shares is greater than the average trading volume of shares not the optimal portfolio candidate. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, and Debt to Total Assets (DTA) on Cash Dividends in large consumer goods and production trade companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013 to 2018 financial reporting period. This research is an explanatory research explain the causality relationship using secondary data with the population is that all sectors of the wholesale trade of consumer goods and production listed on the IDX in 2018 are 35 companies. A sample of 7 companies was selected using the purposive sample method in accordance with predetermined criteria including being listed on the IDX and delivering in full accordance with the required information, namely Cash Dividends, Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, and Debt to Total Assets (DTA) during period 2013 - 2018. The method of analysis used is linear regression panel data. The results showed that at the 95% confidence level of the three dependent variables studied, namely: Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, and Debt to Total Assets (DTA), there is one variable that has a significant effect on Cash Dividend of companies in the wholesale trade sector of consumer goods and production, namely Cash ratio. Meanwhile, if tested simultaneously, the Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, and Debt to Total Assets (DTA) have a significant effect on Cash Dividends.
