Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh kebiasaan belajar dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi di kelas X IPS SMA PGRI 2 Kota Jambi. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian Ex-post facto dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, serta dengan teknik penarikan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kebiasaan belajar dan fasilitas belajar secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA PGRI 2 Kota Jambi. Hal ini menandakan, apabila siswa sudah mulai terbiasa dengan jam dan beban belajar, disamping pemberian materi yang dilakukan oleh guru maka dapat memberikan stimulasi secara tidak langsung dalam mendorong keinginan siswa untuk belajar. Tentunya hal tersebut setidaknya mampu pula ditunjang dengan adanya peningkatan terhadap fasilitas belajar siswa itu sendiri. Kata Kunci : Kebiasaan, Fasilitas, Hasil Belajar. Abstract This study aims to determine the description and influence of study habits and learning facilities on the results of economic learning in class X IPS SMA PGRI 2 Jambi City. The design of this study uses the Ex-post facto research method approach with the type of quantitative research, and with saturated sampling techniques. The results showed that there was a significant influence between learning habits and learning facilities simultaneously on the learning outcomes of class X students on economic subjects in SMA PGRI 2 Jambi City. This indicates, if students are getting used to the hours and learning burden, in addition to the material provided by the teacher it can provide indirect stimulation in encouraging students' desire to learn. Of course this is at least able to be supported by an increase in the learning facilities of the students themselves. Keyword : Habits, Facilities, Learning Outcomes.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbandingan hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran Pair Checks dengan siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran Make A Match. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (quasi experiment). Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 313 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, sehingga terpilih 39 orang siswa kelas XI IPS 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 39 orang siswa kelas XI IPS 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan soal kepada responden penelitian serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Pair Checks lebih tinggi dari pada hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make A Match.Kata Kunci : Pair Checks, Make A Match, Hasil Belajar. AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there are comparisons of economic learning outcomes in students whose learning uses the Pair Checks learning model with students whose learning uses the Make A Match learning model. This type of research is a quasi experiment. The population in this study was 313 people. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, so that 39 students of class XI IPS 3 were selected as the experimental class and 39 students of class XI IPS 4 as the control class. The data collection technique in this study is to disseminate the questions to the respondents of the research and documentation. The results showed that student learning outcomes on economic subjects taught using the Pair Checks type of cooperative learning model were higher than the learning outcomes of students who were taught using the Make A Match type cooperative learning model.Keyword : Pair Checks, Make A Match, Learning Outcomes.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari peluang dari sumbangan variabel independen budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja yang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk meningkatkan variabel dependen kinerja, melalui pengujian korelasi antara variabel budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja, baik secara mandiri maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah gabungan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan model metode campuran: sekuensial eksplanatori, yang berarti bahwa urutan penelitian dimulai dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan dilanjutkan dengan penguatan dengan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel terpilih sebanyak 54 pengawas sekolah. Penelitian ini secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif mengungkapkan bahwa: terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara variabel budaya organisasi dan kinerja pengawas sekolah (r=0,502, p<0,01), ini menunjukkan ada variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pengawas sekolah sebesar.Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pengawas Sekolah. AbstractThis research aims to find opportunities from the contribution of independent variables namely organizational culture and work motivation that can be used as an alternative to increase dependent variables namely performance, through testing the correlation between organizational culture variables and work motivation with performance, both independently and simultaneously. The method used is combined of quantitative and qualitative method with mixed methods model: explanatory sequential, that means the sequence of research begins by using quantitative methods continued with strengthening qualitative methods. The sampling technique in this research used simple random sampling with number of selected samples as many as 54 school supervisors. This research quantitatively and qualitatively revealed that: when its tested simultaneously, there was a significant positive relationship between organizational culture variables and work motivation with school supervisor performance, (r=0,545,p<0,01), this indicates there was existence of other variables that not included in the model that can affect the performance of school supervisors2.Keyword : Organizational Culture, Work Mtivation, School Supervisor’s Performance.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan metode survei dengan dua variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 316 orang. Tekhnik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah proportional random sampling, sehingga terpilih 176 orang sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian guru dan fasilitas belajar secara berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. Hal ini berdasarkan pada nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (23,923 > 3,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Kepribadian, Fasilitas, Hasil Belajar. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of teacher personality competencies and learning facilities on student learning outcomes in economic subjects in the XI IPS class of SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. This type of research is a survey method with two independent variables and one dependent variable. The population in this study was 316 people. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional random sampling, so that 176 people were selected as the study sample. The results of the study showed that the teacher's personality competencies and learning facilities had a significant influence on student learning outcomes in economic subjects in class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. This is based on the value of Fcount > Ftable (23,923> 3.05), so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected. Keyword : Personality Competence, Facilities, Learning Outcomes.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh gaya belajar dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IX di SMP Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Sementara, populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 244 siswa, dimana setelah penarikan sampel secara proportional random sampling maka diperoleh sampel yang akan menjadi objek penelitian berjumlah 144 siswa. Adapun teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya dan minat belajar secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IX mata pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai F hitung> F tabel, yaitu 7,348 > 0,000. Kata Kunci : Gaya, Minat, Hasil Belajar. Abstract This study aims to determine the description and influence of learning styles and learning interests on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class IX in Jambi City Public Middle School 9. The design of this study uses descriptive and quantitative research methods. Meanwhile, the population in this study amounted to 244 students, where after sampling by proportional random sampling the samples that would become the object of research were 144 students. The data processing technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence between the style and interest in learning simultaneously on the learning outcomes of class IX students of social studies subjects in SMP Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. This is indicated by the value of F count> F table, which is 7,348 > 0,000. Keyword : Style, Interest, Learning Outcomes.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi di kelas X IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Jambi yang diajar mengunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Structured Numbered Heads dan tipe bertukar pasangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian adalah 104 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, sehinga terpilih 36 orang siswa kelas X IPS 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan 32 orang siswa kelas X IPS 3 sebagai kelas ekperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe bertukar pasangan lebih tinggi dari pada hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Structured Numbered Heads, dengan Sig. 0,000 < 0,05.Kata Kunci : Structured Numbered Heads, Bertukar Pasangan. AbstractThis study aims to determine the differences in student learning outcomes in economic subjects in class X IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City which were taught using the Structured Numbered Heads type of cooperative learning model and the type of pair exchange. This type of research is an experiment. The population in the study was 104 people. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, so that 36 students of class X IPS 1 were selected as the control class and 32 students of class X IPS 3 as the experimental class. The results showed that student learning outcomes in economic subjects taught using cooperative learning models of the type of pairing were higher than the student learning outcomes in economic subjects taught using the cooperative learning model of the Structured Numbered Heads type, with Sig. 0,000 < 0,05.Keyword : Structured Numbered Heads, Exchange Pairs.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan model pembelajaran Insiden Outside Circle (IOC) dan model pembelajaran Course Review Horay (CRH) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Insiden Outside Circle (IOC) dan Course Review Horay (CRH), dimana menggunakan model pembelajaran Insiden Outside Circle (IOC) pada kelas kontrol dan menggunakan model pembelajaran Course Review Horay (CRH) pada kelas eksperimen dapat diketahui bahwa kelas eksperimen memperoleh nilai lulus lebih besar dari kelas kontrol, yakni pada kelas kontrol hanya 18 siswa yang lulus dan pada kelas eksperimen yang lulus sebanyak 29 siswa.Kata Kunci : Insiden Outside, Course Review Horay. AbstractThis study aims to determine the differences in the Insiden Outside Circle (IOC) learning model and the Course Review Horay (CRH) learning model on student learning outcomes on economic subjects in the XI IPS class in Jambi City Public High School 11. The results showed that there were differences in learning outcomes using the Insiden Outside Circle (IOC) and Course Review Horay (CRH) learning models, which used the Insiden Outside Circle (IOC) learning model in the control class and used the Course Review Horay (CRH) learning model on the experimental class can be seen that the experimental class obtained a greater graduation value than the control class, namely in the control class only 18 students graduated and 29 in the experimental class that passed.Keyword : Insiden Outside, Course Review Horay.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan koperasi sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Merlung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh adalah teknik pengambilan sampel dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel semua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya evaluasi kinerja pengurus koperasi dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam mengembangkan koperasi sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Merlung dimasa yang akan datang. Artinya, jika kemampuan pengurus meningkat maka akan berdampak pula pada peningkatan kinerja pengurus. Sementara, dapat diketahui pula bahwa apabila kualitas pelayanan baik maka pelanggan akan merasakan kepuasan tersendiri dan pelanggan akan senang dengan sistem pelayanan yang ada. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi Kinerja, Pelayanan, Koperasi Sekolah. Abstract This study aims to determine the evaluation of the performance and quality of cooperative school services in SMA 1 Merlung. This study uses a saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique where all members of the population are sampled all. The results of the study show that with the evaluation of the performance of the cooperative management, it can have a positive impact in developing cooperative schools in Merlung 1 Public High School in the future. That is, if the management capacity increases, it will also have an impact on improving the performance of the management. Meanwhile, it can also be seen that if the quality of service is good, customers will feel satisfaction and customers will be happy with the existing service system. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang terdiri dari dua variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 47 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh, sehingga terpilih 47 orang guru sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan (keseluruhan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. Berdasarkan hasil data diketahui bahwa nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (9,930 > 3,21). Adapun variabel kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan (keseluruhan)terhadap kinerja guru adalah 31,1%. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan, Disiplin, Kinerja Guru. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, which consists of two independent variables and one dependent variable. The population in this study was 47 people. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling, so that 47 teachers were selected as the research sample. The results of the study show that job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously (overall) have a significant effect on teacher performance in Jambi City Public High School 9. Based on the results of the data it is known that the value of Fcount> Ftable (9.930> 3.21). Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh kesulitan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Purnama 2 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan uji analisis regresi linier, dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 82 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan belajar secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMA Purnama 2 Kota Jambi. Artinya, dalam proses dan kegiatan belajar siswa akan selalu menemui kesulian, oleh karena itu peran guru untuk dapat memonitoring dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran tetap harus diperhatikan dan dibutuhkan guna meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa menjadi lebih baik. Kata Kunci : Kesulitan Belajar, Motivasi Belajar. Abstract This study aims to determine the description and effect of learning difficulties on students' learning motivation on economic subjects in Purnama 2 High School, Jambi City. This study uses a quantitative research design with a linear regression analysis test, with a total sample of 82 students. The results showed that learning difficulties were positive and significantly affected the learning motivation of students of Purnama 2 High School in Jambi City. That is, in the process and learning activities students will always meet difficulties, therefore the role of the teacher to be able to monitor and evaluate learning must still be considered and needed to improve students' learning motivation for the better.
