Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to determine the effect of educational costs incurred by parents on the learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Negeri 2 Watansoppeng Methodology: The independent variable (independent variable) in this study is the cost of education as the X variable, while the dependent variable (the devenden variable) is the Learning Outcome as the Y variable. The population in this study is all students of class X.2 at SMA Negeri 2 Watansoppeng Academic Year 2015/2016, which totaled 177 students. The number of students who were sampled in this study were 28 students using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a list of questions. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis technique (descriptive statistics) used to describe the variable costs of education and learning outcomes variables, simple linear regression is used to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, the F test is used to test the research hypothesis, the coefficient of determination is used to determine the contribution of independent variables to dependent variables Main Findings: The cost of education has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Negeri 2 Watansoppeng Novelty/Originality of this research: As material for evaluating the effect of educational costs incurred by parents on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to find out how Islam views free trade, and to find out how Rabbani's strategy formulation is prepared in dealing with MEA by using SWOT analysis. Methodology:The strategy used by Rabbani in doing business is to establish a Muslim fashion business with a reshare system, because using this system the risks are much smaller than using other systems. Apart from that, in trying, an entrepreneur must always be passionate, tenacious, never give up and be able to read the opportunities that exist, that is what makes Rabbani successful. Main Findings: The success of Rabbani Muslim clothing in doing business in terms of customer service and the quality of the products offered has caused Rabbani Muslim clothing to continue to increase. However, to gain a larger market share, Rabbani Muslim fashion can increase the variety of Muslim clothing/veil products and open several outlets to other potential areas intensively. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study analyzes a trade process using swot analysis in dealing with the Asean economy so that a study is carried out on Muslim clothing, namely rabbani.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study was to find out how the description of the school environment and the description of students' learning motivation in Civics subjects and the influence of the school environment on students' learning motivation in Civics subjects at SMA Negeri 6 Pandeglang. Methodology:The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students majoring in social studies at SMA Negeri 6 Pandeglang, totaling 436 students. The sample used in this study was 82 students majoring in social studies at SMA Negeri 6 Pandeglang. The instruments used in this study were the school environment instrument and the student learning motivation questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study is the correlation method with product-moment correlation and regression. Main Findings: The research results obtained by product moment correlation analysis, which has a sig value. 0.408 > 0.05 and the relationship level is 40.8%, meaning that the effect is at a moderate level of relationship. Furthermore, in the regression analysis, namely Y' = 59.040 + 0.339X and obtained a tcount of 3.986 > ttable 1.663 stating that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Abstract

Purpose of the study: Methodology: This type of research is development research (R&D). The stages of R&D research include potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trials, product revisions, usage trials. The variables of this study: the level of use of media in schools, the level of student activity during learning and student learning outcomes. Collection techniques include questionnaires and documentation. Main Findings: The results of the research on the development of picture card media have a media feasibility level of 46 and material 45. From the total expert validation score the material with criteria is feasible for use in school learning. While the teacher's media validation has a score of 47 and a score of 48 with feasible criteria. At the level of media use based on research results, it has a score of 62.64 with sufficient criteria. While the results of student activity have a student activity level with a total average score of 2.27 and experience an increase in the second meeting with an average activity level of 2.57. Student activities using picture card media experienced an average increase of 0.3 and had an average total score between the first and second activities on the high criterion with a score of 2.42. In these results the level of effectiveness in the use of picture card media has high criteria which can be said to be effective. Novelty/Originality of this study: In developing visual media, picture media is an effective medium to develop. Because the level of use of picture media is in high criteria, the level of use of picture media is said to be effective. The suggestion in this study is to increase existing facilities. To meet the needs of visual media, picture media is media effectively developed.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to determine the effect of socio-economic status on student achievement in economics class XI IPS program at SMAN 1 Jogonalan, to determine the effect of tutoring on student achievement in Economics class XI social studies program at SMAN 1 Jogonalan, and to determine the effect socio-economic status and tutoring on student achievement in economics class XI social studies program at SMAN 1 Jogonalan. Methodology: This study was an ex-post facto study. The variables of this study were economic achievement, socioeconomic status, and tutoring. The population in this study were 109 students of class XI IPS at SMAN 1 Jogonalan in the academic year 2014/2015 as many as 109. Collection technique data using questionnaires and documentation. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. Main findings: (1) socio-economic status does not have a positive effect on economic achievement as indicated by a sig value of 0.063 more than 0.05. (2) tutoring has a positive effect on economics learning achievement as indicated by a sig value of 0.000 less than 0.05. (3) socio-economic status and tutoring have a positive effect on economics learning achievement as indicated by a sig value of 0.000 less than 0.05. The R2 value of 0.238 means that 23.8% of Economics learning achievement is explained by socioeconomic status and tutoring. While 76.2% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. Novelty/Originality of this research: This research can provide an explanation regarding the influence of socioeconomic status, and tutoring on student achievement in economics subjects.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between economic conditions and parents' motivation on the learning achievement of fourth grade students at SDN Banyubiru 04. Methodology: Researchers used a quantitative approach with a correlation research design, the research subjects were 30 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire instrument to obtain data on economic conditions and parents' motivation, learning achievement data was obtained through a document of first semester test report cards Main Findings: Based on the results of observations and discussion, it was found that: (1) The economic condition of the parents of grade IV students at SDN Banyubiru 04 was classified as high 46.66% by 7 respondents. (2) The motivation of parents of fourth grade students at SDN Banyubiru 04 is low, 40%, with 6 respondents. (3) The learning achievement of class IV students at SDN Banyubiru 04 is low at 53.33% for 8 respondents. There is a positive influence so that there is a correlation between economic conditions and parental motivation on student achievement in class IV SDN Banyubiru 04. Novelty/Originality of this study: the researcher recommends for further research in order to be able to conduct similar research with different and varied variables

Abstract

The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with purposive sampling of data sources. While the data collection techniques used include observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman method which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that (1) the history teacher's readiness in implementing character education was good by preparing the syllabus and lesson plans, (2) the implementation of character education was not optimal because the teacher had not included character education assessment instruments, but it was done well because it was in accordance with the syllabus and lesson plans that were inserted with an explanation of the values of the nation's character, (3) the obstacles experienced by teachers, namely: time is so short, the community environment is not conducive, electronic media, learning models, and costs to support character education activities, (4) perception and appreciation / student responses to the implementation of character education have been good as evidenced by good character and supported by the strictness of the rules from the school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) differences in student learning outcomes of Geography after using the Two Stay Two Stray, Think Pair Share and Discussion learning methods. 2) differences in Geography learning outcomes for students after using the Two Stay Two Stray and Discussion learning methods. 3) differences in student learning outcomes of Geography after using the Think Pair Share learning method with Discussion. 4) differences in student learning outcomes of Geography after using the Two Stay Two Stray and Think Pair Share learning methods in (material Distribution of Natural Disaster Prone Areas in Indonesia) class X IPS SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo Academic Year 2015/2016. This study uses a Quasi-Experimental research method with the design "Postest-Only Control Group Design". The population in this study were all class X social studies students at SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo in the 2015/2016 academic year. Samples were taken using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. The selected sample is class X IPS 2, X IPS 3 and X IPS 4. The technique of collecting data on learning outcomes uses a test technique in the form of essay questions. The data analysis technique used was One Way Anava and post Anava test (Scheffe' method) with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study show that: (1) there are differences in the learning outcomes of Geography students who use the Two Stay Two Stray, Think Pair Share, and Discussion learning methods with the acquisition of Fobs > Fα scores; (2) the learning outcomes of Geography using the Two Stay Two Stray learning method are better than the Discussion learning method; (3) the learning outcomes of Geography using the Think Pair Share learning method are better than the Discussion learning method; (4) the learning outcomes of Geography using the Two Stay Two Stray learning method are better than the Think Pair Share learning method. Based on these data, it can be seen that the learning method that has the greatest influence is the Two Stay Two Stray method, followed by the Think Pair Share method, and the Discussion method.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of applying a portfolio-based learning model on student learning outcomes in history class XISMAN Negeri 1 Kembang in the 2012-2013 academic year. Methodology: This type of research is experimental research. The experimental design used is the Pre test-Post test. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS at SMA N 1 Kembang in the academic year 2012/2013, totaling 177 students. Sampling was carried out using random sampling so that researchers got XIIPS2 class as the experimental class and XIPS1 class as the control class. Main Findings: From the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the contribution of the application of portfolio-based learning models to history learning outcomes is 26.11%, so the effect of applying portfolio-based learning models to history learning outcomes can be said to be significant. Novelty/Originality of this study: This research has an update by measuring the effect of implementing a portfolio-based learning model on student learning outcomes in history subjects. With limited research samples, namely students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Kembang in the 2012-2013 academic year.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the spatial abilities of students using the Flipped Classroom model with the Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics learning approach using the expository model in class X IPS SMA N 1 Kartasura in the 2020/2021 academic year. Methodology: The method used is quasi-experimental with the Post Test Only Control Group Design research design. The population in this study were all class X IPS students at SMA N 1 Kartasura. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, testing and documentation. The analysis test technique uses one-way Anava with a test with a level of 5%. Main Findings: Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that there was a significant influence on the spatial abilities of students who used the Flipped Classroom model with the Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics learning approach with the expository model in class X IPS SMA N 1 Kartasura in the 2020 academic year. Novelty/Originality of this study: The novelty of this study can be seen from its aim to determine the effect of the spatial abilities of students who use the Flipped Classroom model with the Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics learning approach with the expository model in class X IPS SMA N 1 Kartasura in the 2020/2021 academic year. The limitation of this study is that it only measures the effect of the flipped classroom model using the STEAM approach.
