This research uses a descriptive analytic research method which is a method that functions to describe or give an overview of the object under study through collected data or samples, with a Cross Sectional approach. The results of this study are grouped into two, namely Univariate Analysis and Bivariate Analysis which will be presented in tabular form to see the relationship between the dependent and independent variables, using the Chi-square statistical test with a significance level of α = 0.05 it is said to be significant if it is said to be significant if ρ < 0.05 means that there is a relationship between the two variables, and is said to be insignificant if ρ ≥ 0.05 means that there is no relationship between the variables.

School-age children, especially children of primary school age (6-12 years) are a group that is vulnerable to dental and oral diseases because it is during this period that milk teeth begin to fall out one by one and are replaced by permanent teeth, with variations in milk teeth and permanent teeth together. in the mouth, marking the period of mixed dentition in children. Elementary school-age children are the mixed dentition period, that is, the transitional period when milk teeth fall out and permanent teeth grow and are an age that is considered vulnerable to dental and oral diseases. The purpose of this research is to explain the knowledge of parents in elementary school children with persistence cases. The type of research used is a literature study. The literature study method is a series of activities related to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and managing research materials. Results and conclusions that 1. Parents' knowledge of elementary school children with persistent cases is included in the less category where the better the knowledge the lower the child will experience tooth persistence. 2. Parents' knowledge will influence children's attitudes and behavior to maintain healthy teeth and mouth. Lack of parental knowledge due to lack of education. 3. Tooth persistence in children who are not treated immediately will cause other dental problems such as malocclusion, ectopic eruption and impaction. Tooth persistence in children can be prevented if parents have more knowledge about tooth persistence.

Hypertension is the third leading cause of death in Indonesia for all ages (6.8%) after stroke (15.4%) and tuberculosis (7.5%). (Ministry of Health, 2016). The number of people with hypertension is estimated at 15 million Indonesians, but only 4% are controlled, meaning they suffer from hypertension. It is more stated that 50% of sufferers are not aware of themselves as hypertensive sufferers because they do not change and avoid risk factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between overweight, healthy weight and underweight (BMI) with the incidence of hypertension at the Pampang Makassar Health Center. The research design uses quantitative descriptive research with the Simple Random Sampling research method using the Solfin Formula. Based on the research results from the table, it shows that from the results of statistical tests (hypotheses) carried out by the Chi-sqere test, it was obtained that p value = 0.255 Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected because p value = 0.255 > 0.05 so it was proven that there was no relationship between Underweight (BMI) with the incidence of hypertension in the PKM Pampang Makassar Outpatient Room. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between Overwight (BMI) and the incidence of hypertension in the outpatient room of the Pampang Makassar Health Center as many as 19 people (63%). There is a relationship between healtyweight (BMI) and the incidence of hypertension in the Pampang Makassar Health Center Outpatient Room by 14 (46%). There is no relationship between Underweight (BMI) and the incidence of Hypertension in the Pampsng Makassar Health Center Outpatient Room by 12 (40%)

Chronic kidney disease is a progressive chronic disease of the kidney nephrons that can affect the body's fluid and electrolyte balance. In this condition, permanent kidney replacement is needed, namely kidney transplantation and hemodialysis. Hemodialysis is a therapy that is mostly done by patients. This study aims to determine the differences in creatinine pre and post hemodialysis in chronic kidney disease patients at Arcamanik General Hospital, Bandung City. The data obtained by the 34 patients will be recorded and displayed in the form of data tabulations and analyzed by the Normality Test using the Shapiro-Wilk with normally distributed data obtained, where the pre hemodialysis p value is 0.970 (p> 0.05) and the post hemodialysis p value is 0.530 (p>0.05). The pre hemodialysis creatinine level averaged 12.83 mg/dL, while the post hemodialysis creatinine level averaged 5.17 mg/dL. From the results it can be seen that the creatinine level before hemodialysis is higher than the creatinine level after hemodialysis. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the comparison of pre and post hemodialysis creatinine in chronic kidney disease patients after the data is processed statistically using the Paired T-Test, with a p value of 0.001 (p <0.05).

Smoking is one of the factors that easily attaches debris to the teeth. This can increase the occurrence of bad mouth success, moreover the frequency of smoking in Indonesia is still high. From the results, it was found that smoking habits in men aged 14 years and over amounted to 45.8% and in women of the same age 2.9%. Bearing in mind that if debris is left unchecked it will develop into tartar and cause periodontitis which is a continuation of Gigivitis or gum pain. These disorders can be in the form of excessive plaque, caries on the crown and roots of the teeth, halitosis, tooth discoloration and others. Research objectives to determine and explain the influence of smoking habits and the condition of the periodontal tissue in the community. This research uses a descriptive type of research through an observational approach by researching and directly examining the state of dental and oral health in the community. The results of the study can be concluded that smoking habits with the incidence of periodontitis in adult males aged 36-45 years in Makassar with a total sample of 42 people are as follows: The incidence of periodontitis in adult male smokers aged 36-45 years in Makassar was found in the mild category of 59.5%. The incidence of periodontitis was based on smoking duration, where most of the study subjects experienced mild periodontitis with a smoking duration of 1-10 years by 26.2%.

The WHO recommends the kangaroo method for babies whose weight is <2000 grams. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of body temperature and body weight before and after the application of the kangaroo methode using jarik to two respondents. This research is a case study research using descriptive methode, nemely by observing and interviewing two respondents who experienced LBW before and after applying to two respondents there was an increase in body temperature and weight on the first day By.Ny.A 35,9◦C to 36,6◦C and 1600 grams to 1715 grams while By.Ny.K 35,6◦C becomes 36,6◦C and 1613 grams becomes 1724 grams. The conclusion of the thuis study is that after applying the kangaroo methode using jarik to By.Ny.A and By.Ny.K there is an increase in body temperature and body weight in the LBW category. The results of the study were 38 respondents, before being given hand washing health promotion by the peer group, most of the respondents had less hand washing habits, 16 students (42.1%), after being given hand washing health promotion by the peer group, most of the respondents had a hand washing habit. well, 26 students (68.4%). The Wilcoxon statistical test shows p-value = 0.000 < α (0.05). There is the effectiveness of hand washing health promotion by peer groups on the implementation of clean and healthy living behaviors at the Imam Syafi'iy Islamic Boarding School, Bima City.
