Abstract

The guided investigation is a varied process and includes observing activities, formulating relevant questions, performing experiments, or experiments on students. Research on guided exploratory learning models with zoo applications to improve the process and learning outcomes of physical dynamic electrical material. This study aims to determine the Inkuri guided learning model with the Zoom application to improve the process and learning outcomes of dynamic electrical materials physics. This research was carried out on SMA N 1 Remboken in Class XII IPA 1 and XII IPA 2. This research method is experimental research. Research data based on post-test results. The average learning outcomes of students treated with the guided query learning model using the Zoom application was 64.966667 with a maximum score of 87 and a minimum score of 46. While the average learning outcomes of students who were treated with the Zoom application Application guided learning without guided inquiry were 58.48387097 with a maximum score of 78 and a minimum score of 44. From the data, the data normality test was performed, which showed Lcount <Ltable, which means that the experimental and control class data were normally distributed, then a hypothesis test was carried out. Data on student learning outcomes from the post-test. The results of the research by calculating the one-way T-test formula show that in the learning model for guided queries with the zoom application, the value of tcount = 2.9920534101 > ttable = 2.00099538 and then H0 is rejected. It can therefore be concluded that the average learning outcomes of the students using the guided inquiry learning model with the Zoom application are higher than the average learning outcomes of the students using the guided inquiry learning.

Abstract

Misconception is a wrong way of looking at an event that occurs. Various types of research have also been conducted to uncover and resolve these misconceptions. This study aims to analyze the misconceptions of the Physics Teacher Candidate Student (MCGF) on the concept of kinematics. With the form of qualitative research, the data collection technique was carried out using a three-level diagnostic test while the validity of the data used reference material, namely a test recap in the form of a three-level diagnostic test result script. Data analysis was carried out by being described, categorized, synthesized, then sorted systematically using three steps, namely editing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. From the researc, the results show that the misconceptions that occur in MCGF are determined by the sub-concept of Regularly Changing Straight Motion (GLBB) and Parabolic Motion, especially in determining the projectile trajectory. Factors that cause misconceptions are associative thoughts, incomplete reasoning and even tend to be wrong, and wrong intuition. An alternative solution that can be done is exposing the respondent to recovery, anomalous events, and incomplete and erroneous rationality and reasoning so that it is immediately completed. It is hoped that any misconceptions that occur can be immediately contacted.

Abstract

This study aims to describe students 'difficulties in solving physical problems on static electricity and to describe the factors that cause students' difficulties. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were class IXB SMP Negeri 1 Tumpaan. The data collection techniques in this study used test questions, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used the Miles and Huberman models, including data reduction, data testing, and inference. The results showed that the average percentage of difficulty students had in solving physical problems with static electricity material according to Polya's Problem Solving Levels: (1) Problem phase understanding was 76.66%. The reason for this is that the students forget and do not understand the meaning of the questions. (2) The planning phase for problem solving is 78.66%. The reason is that students don't know which equation to use. (3) Phase of implementation of problem-solving planning of 84.66%. The reason for this is that students don't know which equation to use. This results in the students having difficulty in the implementation phase of the plan and less able to do calculations. (4) The review phase is 90%. The reason is that the students are not thorough and do not double-check their answers.

Abstract

In the physics learning process, one of the things to look out for is developing a change in the student's concept that extends the concept from incomplete concepts to complete and perfect. These concepts often deviate from the correct concept. Misconception are initial concepts that are inconsistent with the scientific concepts agreed by experts. This departure from the concept is known as a misunderstanding. This study aims to determine the extent of student misunderstandings in physics material at SMA Negeri 8 East Halmahera using the Certainty Of Response Index. The subjects used in this study were 30 students from Class XII MIA at SMA Negeri 8 East Halmahera. Retrieving data in this study in the form of a multiple choice diagnostic test (reasoned multiple choice test) 50 numbers, accompanied by the CRI (Certainty of Response Index) of the students on Effort and energy 15 items, Temperature and Heat 17 items and 18 static electricity. The data were analyzed qualitatively. From the results of the data analysis, the following conclusion emerged: The degree of misconception of material temperature and heat was 47%. This was the ultimate misconception of the three materials. This proves that most of the students do not understand the material temperature and heat compared to the material from Effort and energy with a misunderstanding rate was 13%, and the static electricity where a misunderstanding occurred was 20%. Overall, the misunderstanding among students is still low at 35%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Edmodo learning media on the physics learning outcomes of SMA N 2 Tondano class XI students on the material of temperature and heat. This study uses experimental methods and the design used is the Posttest Only Control Group Design. The experimental class applies Edmodo learning media and the control class without using Edmodo learning media. After the learning process was carried out, the research data was then taken based on the posttest and stated that the average posttest score for the experimental class was 80.5, while the posttest average for the control class was 67.5. So the student learning outcomes or posttest experimental class students are higher than the posttest results of control class students. From these data, normality test and data homogeneity test were carried out and the results of the normality test showed that the data was normally distributed, as well as the homogeneity test stated that the two classes were homogeneous, then t-test was carried out and the results obtained were tcount of 3.87828 and ttable of 1.68595 thus H0 rejected and HA accepted. So it can be concluded that the application of Edmodo learning media is more effective because the average learning outcomes of experimental class students who use Edmodo media are higher than the average control class students' learning outcomes without using Edmodo media.
