This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the Guided Inquiry learning model on the physics learning outcomes of straight motion material in class VIII SMP Kristen Tomohon. The samples used in this study were students of class VIII-A, Tomohon Christian Middle School. This study uses an experimental method using the same subject design (treatment by subject design). The data collection instrument used test questions which were analyzed using the t-test. The results showed that the guided inquiry learning model obtained t_count > t_table, namely 4,930 > 1,684. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an effect of using the Guided Inquiry learning model on the process and learning outcomes of students of class VIII physics in straight motion material at Tomohon Christian Middle School.

Learning physics is often seen as an abstract science presented in a theory that is less interesting and seems difficult, and assumes that physics is difficult to master and understand. With the PBL (problem based learning) learning model, it is expected to make a major contribution to students where students are able to master and understand a physics concept. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the PBL learning model using demonstration and experimental methods on learning outcomes of physics about Newton's law at SMK Anugrah Tondano in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year. This study used a posttest-only control group design. The treatment used in this experiment is a PBL learning model using demonstration and experimental methods. Analysis of the data used is normality test and statistical test with the help of SPSS 25 application. The results of this study indicate that the problem based learning (PBL) model has an effect on student learning outcomes.

This research has been carried out to develop performance evaluation instruments on the subject of dynamic fluid physics subjects in class XI MIA III SMA Negeri 1 Bolaang which were developed. The method used in this research is research and development (research and development). The subjects in this study were students of class XI MIA III in the academic year 2019/2020, amounting to 35 people. The instrument used in collecting research data was divided into two, namely the validation format of the performance appraisal instrument to obtain valid data and the teacher's questionnaire response format to obtain effective data. Based on the validation data of the revised performance appraisal instrument 2 times, the performance appraisal instrument fulfills a valid category with an average score of 0.79, and the teacher response questionnaire fulfills a valid category with an average score of 0.80. This indicates that the performance appraisal instruments developed are perfect and feasible to use.

This research was motivated by the problem of accuracy measuring the Atwood machine practicum time caused by the time lag when activating and pausing the stopwatch. The purpose of this research is to produce a practical tool for measuring time, namely an Arduino-based automatic timer that is suitable for use in practical activities in the UNIMA physics laboratory. This research is a research and development model of the ADDIE model which consists of several stages of research, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, finishing of media products. Data collection was carried out by experiment, expert/expert validation. The results of testing the Arduino-based automatic stopwatch tool have a gravity value of 10.095 m/s2 and an error percentage of 2.7% to 3.4% while the validation of material experts and media experts for Atwood aircraft practicum tools and guides using an Arduino-based automatic timer is at criteria 90.4% - 95.2% and the assessment given by a small group is 98.8%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that tools and guides have been produced for time with valid or appropriate qualifications.s.

Research was carried out on physics learning models using light refraction material with graph line. The purpose of this study is to determine student learning outcomes using the PIMCA (Presentation, Idea Mapping, Conceptualization and Formative Assessment) model introduced and developed by Cosmas Poluakan. This study was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Passi with a number of participants of up to 20 students. The design of this study is based on the One Group Pretest-Posttest-Design. The instruments used in this study were pretest and posttest. The process of this research starts with the pretest, implementing physics learning by following the 4 steps of the PIMCA model, and ends with the posttest. The results of the descriptive statistics showed an average pretest score of 30.00 and a posttest score of 77.77 with a difference of 47.77. From the results of the analysis with the N-Gain test, there were 10 students who experienced an increase in learning outcomes in the high category, 9 students who experienced an increase in learning outcomes in the middle category, and 1 student who experienced an increase in the Learning outcomes in the lower category. With a percentage of 50% of students experiencing an increase in learning outcomes in the high category. Thus, the results of this study show that the PIMCA learning model is very effective in learning physics.

This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of students who use the Leaning Cycle 7e model assisted by LKS and also see student learning outcomes using conventional models on the physics subjects of Newton's legal material about motion in SMA Negeri 1 Sambuara. This research is a semi experimental study (quasi experiment) with Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The results showed that students who learned using the Leaning Cycle 7e model assisted by LKS, the average value of learning outcomes was 83.5, while students who learned using the conventional learning model the average value was 77. From these results it can be concluded that the use of the Learning Cycle model 7E assisted LKS is more influential on student learning outcomes than using conventional learning.

Research is motivated by the lack of a virtual lab-based deviation and refractive index practicum module, so students are less experienced in using these tools while experimenting. This purpose of this research is to create a virtual lab-based module for prismatic deviation and refractive index. This research is developmental (Research and Development) using a 4D research model adopted from Thiagarajan model i.e. define, design, develop, and disseminate. The result of the group research receive an average value of 83.19%, so that the module is classified in the feasible/valid category. And in the student responses 58.35% said it was very useful (SB), 39.6% said it was useful(B), and 2.05% said it was less useful(KB), no one chose not useful(TB). Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that a product in the form of a basic physics practicum module for the virtual laboratory-based prism deviation and refractive index tool was manufactured with good and appropriate qualifications.

Experimental activities are inseparable in learning physics at school. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the experimental method on physics learning outcomes for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Tondano. The method used in this study is an experimental method by presenting treatment to two classes with the same level of ability through the form of learning methods. From the results of the analysis of the data normality test using test statistics on the SPSS program "One Sample Kolmogorov Smirnov Test" version 26, it shows that the samples drawn from the two groups, both from the experimental class and the control class, both come from a normally distributed population. Likewise with the homogeneity test, where both groups showed homogeneous or the same variation. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant effect of the experimental method on learning outcomes of light propagation material in class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Tondano.

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing changes in temperature in the urban forest green open space (RTH) area and in non-green open space areas in the Megamas Manado complex. This study uses a descriptive analytical design. In this study, there are microclimate variables and the determination of the sample using purposive sampling method. This study aims to test the hypothesis whether it is true that the temperature in the green open space area is lower than the temperature in the non green open space area. There are three data collection points, namely in the urban forest area, the Mega Mall area, and the Marina-2 Manado area. Based on the average temperature value, it shows that the temperature in the green open space is lower than the temperature in the non green open area. The statistical test results also state that there is a significant (significant) difference between the temperature in the green open space and the temperature in the non green open space. Therefore, this research concludes that the Green Open Space Area (RTH) can reduce solar energy, so that the temperature in the green open space area is lower than the temperature in the non-RTH area.
