Abstract

E-commerce is the purchase, sale and marketing of goods or services through an electronic or internet system. For that the research aims to find out the influence of Price, Product Quality and Celebrity Endorser toward Online purchasing decision through social media Instagram. In this research taking samples intentionally using a quota sampling of 100 respondents from Surabaya college students. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling and the sampling method uses accidental sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. And the results of the research show that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variable price, product quality and celebrity endorser on purchasing decisions. To partially, the price has a not significant and negative value effect on purchasing decisions, while for product quality and celebrity endorser has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The village financial system (SISKEUDES) is an application used by villages in the administrative budgeting process and village financial reporting. The village financial system (SISKEUDES) automatically generates various necessary reports so as to save time and costs, reduce the potential for fraud and errors, and help data aggregation. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) on financial management in Pelematu Village, sub-district Menganti, Gresik Regency. This research uses qualitative data. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling. The result showed that: (1) The implementation of Village Financial System in Suwaan Village has running well (2) The procedure of SISKEUDES utilization done by 4 stages which are : Planning, Implementing, Administrating, and Reporting (3) Village Financial System has been giving the positive influence towards the performance of each employee.Keywords : Village Financial System, Village Finance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of internal and external factors on the performance of IKM Batik actors in Denpasar City. The sample in this study was the perpetrators of IKM Batik in Denpasar City as many as 57 people. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis using SPSS for Windows version 21. The data collection procedure in this study used observation techniques, documentation studies, and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis.The results obtained from statistical analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between internal factors on the performance of KM Batik in Denpasar City, seen from the t-test results, it is obtained that t1-count is 4.175 greater than t-table of 1.671 and sig value of 0.000. There is a positive and significant influence between external factors on the performance of IKM Batik in Denpasar City, seen from the results of the t-test, the t2-count is 6.099 which is greater than the t-table of 1.671 and the sig value is 0.000. There is a positive and significant influence between internal and external factors on the performance of IKM Batik in Denpasar City, the F-count is 91.336 which is greater than the F-table of 3.11

Abstract

Abstract Employees are the most important asset in the company. If a company does not have employees, all operational activities of the company will not run. Employees need compensation such as bonuses, benefits, work environment, and work that can demonstrate ability, so that employees' abilities can provide their best performance to the company. Compensation and employee performance are two things that are interconnected. Where the more compensation an employee receives, either directly or indirectly, the better the employee's performance at work. So you could say that compensation and performance have a directly proportional relationship. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of company employees. The method used in this study is Systematic Literature Review, where compensation and motivation are the x variable while the performance is the y variable. All articles used for reference in this journal are sourced from Emerald and Google Scholar, with publication times in the last 5 years. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that there is an influence between compensation and motivation on employee performance, because with compensation and motivation employees will feel more active and enthusiastic, which will have an impact on improving company performance Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect work discipline, work motivation, work ethic and work environment on employee work productivity. Work discipline is a workplace or management concept that demands regular behavior of employees. Work motivation is the encouragement or impetus for every employee to work carrying out his work. With good motivation, employees feet happy and enthusiastic about their work, which leads to significant development and growth in the organization. Work ethic is a value based on hard work and determination. Capitalists believe in the need for hard work and its ability to improve moral character. The work environment is everything that surrounds workers and can affect the performance of the tasks assigned to them, and labor productivity is the production capacity of workers compared to the inputs used. This type of research uses a literature review bye reviewing previous studies with analysis and drawing conclusions using references from national journals sources from Google Scholar. The results of this study indicate that work discipline, work motivation, work ethic, work environment affect employee work productivity.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in Indonesia's economic growth. However, behind the contribution of SMEs Indonesia's economic growth still faces many challenges SMEs face challenges in their internal or external development. Therefore, the MSME development strategy is important for the better development of UKM. So far, the problem that often occurs in SMEs is the low quality of human resources. SMEs experience this Flowering Series. The purpose of this study is to determine the development strategy of micro and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through improving the quality of human resources. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review. All articles used for reference in this journal are sourced from Google Scholar, with a publication time of the last 6 years (2018-2023). Based on the results of this study, it aims to carry out a systematic review of existing literature to identify effective strategies in developing MSMEs through improving the quality of human resources. By combining and analyzing findings from previous studies, this research will provide a deeper understanding of strategies that can be implemented to improve the quality of human resources in an effort to strengthen MSMEs.

Abstract

As one of the country's most important components, ASN must continue to actively understand a task and its role in strengthening its position as one of the transformation agents in management. Also must continue to be able to see far ahead to see the direction and manage a better attitude. The issue of the role of the state civil apparatus in improving public services is the focus and objective of this qualitative study. These findings explain that the implementation of public services is actually developed as a component of the welfare of society as a whole and each work unit in its environment is fully responsible for all aspects of this process. ASN's additional task is to become one of the facilitators in the implementation of these public services, ensuring that those who need assistance can be served properly. Where in this study used qualitative methods with a subjective examination approach. The type of examination used in this exploration was explanatory research. The results of this study indicate that the State Civil Apparatus at the Ngagel Village Office has carried out its role as ASN, namely serving the state or providing good enough service to citizens with a sense of justice without discriminating between race, religion or ethnicity, and providing friendly functions and duties. and polite. However, the State Civil Apparatus at the Ngagel Kelurahan Office was not disciplined at work, as seen from the delay.

Abstract

A tourism village is a form of integration between attractions, accommodation and supporting facilities that are presented in a structure of community life that is integrated with the prevailing procedures and traditions. Pujon Kidul is one of the villages that has successfully implemented a tourism village development program with the destination of Cafe Sawah. This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of the village budget and the development economy of Malang Regency on village income. The number of samples in this research were 70 people who were taken from visitors and business actors in the tourist destination area of ​​Cafe Sawah Pujon Kidul, using non-probability sampling techniques, with accidental sampling method. Collecting data using primary data sources through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using statistics with the SPSS version 21 application. The research method used was a quantitative approach. Based on the hypothesis test of village funds and economic development, partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on village income. So it can be concluded that the results of this research show that village funds and economic development that are managed and supervised by the village government and the Pujon Kidul community are proven to increase the income of Pujon Kidul village.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of price, trust and service quality on customer loyalty in car rental services in Gresik Regency. The data collection method used is questionnaire data with a quantitative approach. The research instrument uses a Likert scale and the technique used uses a Non-Probability Sampling technique with an Accidental Sampling approach. The population is all customers at car rental services in Gresik Regency by taking a sample of 110 customers. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS statistical test tool. The research results show that the Price Variable partially has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Car Rental Services in Gresik Regency. The trust variable partially has a significant effect on customer loyalty to car rental services in Gresik Regency. Partial service quality does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty to car rental services in Gresik Regency. The variables price, trust and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty to car rental services in Gresik Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT outsourcing employees. Rajawali Wira Waru. This causal associative research uses a quantitative approach with a research sample of all outsourcing employees who work at PT. RWW was 87 people (saturated sample). The data collection technique used was a questionnaire containing 4 questions relating to the respondent's personal data and 17 questions relating to the variables tested in this research. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis. The research results indicate that the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables by 26.5%; work discipline variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables by 32%; and work motivation variables and work discipline variables simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables of 38.2%.
