The research examines and analyzes the influence of E-commerce advertising promos and hedonic shopping value on impulse buying through customer satisfaction from an Islamic economics perspective. Analysis using statistics with the SmartPLS Version 3.0 tool. Research Results of E-commerce Advertising Promotion Variables, Hedonic Shopping Value directly influence Customer Satisfaction from an Islamic economics perspective. The Customer Satisfaction variable directly has a significant effect on Impulse Buying. E-commerce Advertising Promo Variables with Impulse Buying through Customer Satisfaction. The Hedonic Shopping Value variable indirectly has a significant effect on Impulse Buying through Customer Satisfaction. The Hedonic Shopping Value variable and Impulse Buying indirectly has a significant effect through Customer Satisfaction.

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of service quality in improving customer intimacy and brand image on customer loyalty through interest in saving among customers of BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia) KCP Wiyung Surabaya. The unit of analysis in this research is all customers (Bank Syariah Indonesia) BSIKCP Wiyung Surabaya. Sharia Banking Services, Service Quality, and interest in saving shows significant results on customer interest. The customer intimacy variable, brand image, does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Wiyung Surabaya.

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of inflation, exchange rate and BI rate on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). This type of research is an associative quantitative approach. Data analysis was carried out using statistics with the SmartPLS 3.0 tool. The results of data analysis using the Estimate for Path Coefficients significance test showed that partially inflation had a significant and positive effect on ISSI, the exchange rate had no significant and negative effect on ISSI and the BI Rate had no significant and negative effect on ISSI. Meanwhile, based on the results of the R Square test, simultaneously inflation, the exchange rate and the BI Rate have a significant and positive effect on (ISSI).

This research uses variables, namely Good Corporate Governance, Original Regional Income, General Allocation Funds, Capital Expenditures and Community Welfare. In terms of method, this research uses a quantitative approach, the sample taken was 100 respondents spread across officials in Gresik district. This research uses validity tests, classical assumption tests, normality tests. The research results show that the Good Corporate Governance variable has an influence on Economic Growth, then the Regional Original Income variable has a significant influence and the General Allocation Fund variable has a significant influence on economic growth, the capital expenditure variable has no influence on Economic Growth. The Community Welfare variable has no influence on Economic Growth in Gresik Regency.

This research aims to analyze the influence of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on the Profitability of Sharia Banking in Indonesia as proxied by Return On Assets (ROA). This research is quantitative research. The population used is the annual reports of all Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia during the 2014-2018 period. The sample selected used the purposive sampling method and the sample obtained was 6 Sharia Banks. In this research, the analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics version 21 software. Based on the results of multiple linear regression from this research, it shows that simultaneously the dependent variable (ROA) can be explained by independent variables consisting of FDR, NPF, and CAR. Partially, the NPF variable has a negative and significant effect on ROA. while the FDR and CAR variables have a positive and insignificant effect on ROA.

This research is entitled "The Influence of Income Level, Promotion, Service Quality, Location on Customers' Decisions to Save at Indonesian Sharia Bank KCP Pandaan". The aim of this research is to examine the influence of income level, promotion, service quality, location on customer decisions partially and simultaneously. The number of samples taken in this research was 50 customers as respondents. The data was tested using validity and reliability tests carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 22 software. The analysis test used in this research was the factor analysis test. The results of this research analysis show that the factors that influence customers' decisions to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pandaan are influenced by income level (X1), promotion (X2), service quality (X3), location (X4). These four factors individually and together have a significant influence on customers' decisions to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pandaan.

This study aims to determine the effect of cashless transactions and buying interest on consumptive behavior in the Millennial Generation in Denpasar City. quantitative approach is used in completing the research results. The research data was obtained through a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 78 respondents. The results show that: (1) Cashless transactions (X1) have a significant effect on consumptive behavior, as evidenced by the t-count value of 4.348 > 1.665 and the regression coefficient of 0.390. (2) Purchase Interest (X2) has a significant effect on consumptive behavior, as evidenced by the t-count value of 6.983 > 1.665 and the regression coefficient of 0.586. (3) Cashless Transactions (X1) and Purchase Interest (X2) have a simultaneous or joint effect on consumptive behavior, as evidenced by the F-count value of 224,976 > F-table which is 3.12 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. (4) The magnitude of the contribution of the influence of the independent variables (X1 and x2) on the dependent variable (Y) is evidenced by the Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination of 0.853. This value indicates that the contribution or effect of cashless transactions (X1) and Purchase Interest (X2) on consumptive behavior (Y) is 85.3%. The remaining 14.7% was caused by other factors not discussed in this study.

The small and medium industry sector is a sector that has various roles in improving the economy in Gianyar Regency, Bali Province. Gianyar Regency is famous for its handicraft/artist culture that has the potential and contributes to the development of large, medium or small scale industries. The development of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) continues to increase. One of the small and medium industries that are of concern is the stone sculpture industry. Therefore, a research was conducted with the title of the role entrepreneurship on the performance of IKM in Gianyar Regency (a case study on IKM stone sculpture crafts). The purpose of this study was to determine the role entrepreneurship on the performance of IKM Batu Padas based on three factors, namely innovation, creativity and the ability to take risks on the performance of SMEs in Gianyar Regency. The type of research used in this research is the type of quantitative research using descriptive methods. The process of collecting research data using a questionnaire distribution technique to 55 respondents and processed using SPSS. The measurement scale used in this study is the Likert scale. Measurements for the independent and dependent variables use a scoring to assign a value to each alternative answer so that the data can be calculated. The results of this study indicate that innovation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of IKM in Gianyar Regency. Creativity has a positive and significant effect on the performance of IKM in Gianyar Regency, Risk has a positive and significant impact on the performance of IKM in Gianyar Regency, Innovation. Creativity and risk have a significant influence on the performance of the Batu Padas SMI in Gianyar district.

The number of companies in Bali is around 358 companies, both large and medium, but the majority can be said to have implemented CSR programs, so on, but there are still some who do not implement CSR at all on the pretext that all activities are determined by the center. There are still companies that have not implemented CSR because there is still a lack of community participation in implementing CSR in Bali. This research was conducted in Bali Province, targeting the Balinese people. The population in the research is all Balinese people. The sample in this research was 65 Balinese people. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods to determine the factors that influence community participation in implementing the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in Bali. The results of this research are that the training variable shows that internal factors have a significant positive effect on the Implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program in Bali. External factors have a significant positive effect on the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility program in Bali. significant positive influence between Internal and External Factors and Corporate Social Responsibility in Bali.
