Abstract

This study aims to determine the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) for health services at the Kamal Health Center.The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive approach. This study involved 98 samples and was taken by accidental sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, which is then carried out a simple linear regression test using 9 elements as listed in the Minister of Agriculture RB Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for the Preparation of Community Satisfaction Surveys. The results of the study concluded that the Community Satisfaction Index at the Kamal Health Center had run very well, with an IKM conversion value of 84.28. However, there are still shortcomings in indicators of resolution time, handling of complaints, suggestions and inputs. Meanwhile, based on the test results, the correlation coefficient between variable X and variable Y gets a value of 0.635, which means it has a positive influence. So it can be concluded that, the services provided by officers have a positive effect on the community satisfaction index at the Kamal Health Center.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi selalu mengalami peningkatan dapat berdampak pada persaingan di dunia bisnis. Perusahaan harus mampu menunjukkan performa terbaiknya, baik dari segi kinerja operasional maupun sistem keuangan. Metode EVA adalah salah satu alat yang dapat membantu dalam melakukan analisis laporan keuangan yang lebih komprehensif. Dengan penerapan EVA, perusahaan dapat menilai sejauh mana mereka telah berhasil menciptakan nilai tambah ekonomis perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan dengan Pendekatan Economic Value Added (EVA) pada PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry Tbk tahun 2020-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan objek penelitian merupakan PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry Tbk yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan memiliki perkembangan yang signifikan pada tahun 2020 bernilai positif atau EVA > 0 yang artinya perusahaan mampu memberikan nilai tambah ekonomis dapat dikatakan kinerja keuangan perusahaan baik. Sedangkan pada tahun 2021-2022 bernilai negatif atau EVA < 0 yang artinya perusahaan belum dapat memberikan nilai tambah ekonomis karena besarnya biaya bunga yang dikeluarkan setiap tahunnya. Dapat dikatakan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahan tidak baik.

Abstract

EVA is one of the methods used to measure a company's financial performance in evaluating added value, where added value is used as a benchmark by capital owners when deciding how much investment to spend on the company. The application of the EVA model is very useful to be used as a measurement of company performance where the focus of performance appraisal is the creation of added value. This research uses a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach whose data is expressed in the form of numbers and analysis in the form of basic data accumulation in descriptive form from the data that has been collected. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of financial performance of companies using the EVA method at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2020-2022. The results of this study show positive developments in 2020-2021, namely EVA > 0, where there has been economic added value and financial performance can be said to be good, while in 2022, EVA < 0, which means that it has not been able to provide economic added value, indicating that the company's financial performance is not good.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, economic growth, population on welfare in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period with zakat, infak, alms (ZIS) as moderation variables. This study used quantitative research using multiple regression analysis with moderated regression analysis (MRA) test. This study used secondary data in the form of monthly time series data. The data analysis technique is SEM using Partical Least Square (PLS). The result of this study is that inflation variables have a positive and significant effect on welfare in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period. Inflation variables have a positive and significant effect on Zakat, Infaq, Alms (ZIS). Economic growth variables have a positive and significant effect on welfare in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period. Economic growth variables have a positive and insignificant effect on Zakat, Infaq, Alms. The population variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the welfare in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period. The population variable has a positive and insignificant effect on Zakat, Infaq, Alms (ZIS). Welfare variables in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period on Zakat, Infaq, Alms (ZIS) are positive and significant.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of product quality, service quality and location on customer satisfaction of Bakso Pak Nasir Cita Hati Surabaya. The data collection method used is questionnaire data. With population and samples are consumers of Bakso Pak Nasir Cita Hati Surabaya, totaling 75 respondents. The instrument in this study used a Likert scale and the technique used was Non-Probability Sampling technique with an Accidental Sampling approach. By using the formula Hair et al. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23.0 statistical test tool. The results showed that the tcount of the Product Quality variable was 3.366 with a ttable value of 0.2272 and Sig obtained a sig of 0.000 <0.05, the tcount of the Service Quality variable was 3.112 with a ttable value of 0.667 and Sig obtained a result of 0.000 <0.05, the Location tcount was 3.36 with a ttable value of 0.667 and Sig obtained a result of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be said that the Poduk Quality, Service Quality, Location Variables simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at Bakso Pak Nasir Cita Hati Surabaya. While the R Square test is obtained at 0.656 or 65.6% of the independent variables, namely Product Quality, Service Quality and Location, affect the dependent variable, namely Customer Satisfaction. And the remaining 34.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of promotion and consumer buying interest on purchasing decisions at Lotte Mart Marvell City Surabaya. The population and sample of this research are HRD and Consumers of Lotte Mart Marvell City. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis technique. In quantitative descriptive analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis were carried out. The results of this study are, the f test has a significance value of 0.000. This value is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05. The f test results are declared feasible because they are less than 0.05 (5%). The results of the t-test value on the promotion variable (X1) are 0.000. This value is smaller than 0.05 (partially influential) and the t-count value proved positive at 3.610. It can be concluded from the two hypotheses, namely H1: "Promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions." While the consumer buying interest variable (X2) can be seen the significance value of 0.072 which means more than 0.05 (.0.05), H2 "Consumer buying interest has no significant effect on purchasing decisions".

Abstract

This study was aimed to identify the effect of price and service quality of customer satisfaction Lion Parcel Agen PT Swabina Gatra Travel. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. In which the sample of study consisted of 110 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed via google form. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and product has a positive influence on customer satisfaction. This is reinforced by the value of the T-test of service and product quality variables whose significance value is below 0.05. The f test value also shows a sig value below 0.05, the coefficient of determination gets a value of 0.517, which means that the service quality and product quality variables affect the consumer satisfaction variable by 51.7 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, debt policy, and profitability on firm value. The independent variables in this study are dividend policy as measured by the dividend payout ratio, debt policy as measured by the debt to equity ratio, and profitability as measured by return on assets. The dependent variable in this study is firm value as measured by Tobins'q. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method, namely the selection of samples using certain criteria. The form of this research is quantitative. The data analysis technique was carried out by multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of this study are dividend policy and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. While the debt policy has no significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how marketing strategies affect customer satisfaction, how marketing strategies affect customer loyalty. Companies must have effective methods to improve optimal marketing strategies. The method that the researcher uses in this research is the qualitative method, the data analysis method uses descriptive data analysis, which is carried out through interviews in accordance with the provisions. Based on the results of this study, it is stated that the marketing strategy is very influential on customer satisfaction, which is evidenced by the perceived quality of customers when shopping at Indomaret. Forming trust and consumers tend to believe when they already know and know the optimal service at Indomaret in the East Java area. Marketing strategy is also very influential on customer loyalty, this is evidenced by repurchasing (repeat orders) and positive responses that support and agree if the goods sold at Indomaret are safe and reliable so that consumer confidence in the goods or products becomes high and weak so that it can affect interest buy.

Abstract

This study discusses Islamic banking in increasing community empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pasuruan Regency, to find out the role of Islamic banking in increasing MSMEs in Pasuruan Regency and to find out MSMEs actors in utilizing Islamic banking to increase their business. The authors used a qualitative descriptive research type, namely field research conducted at the Indonesian Sharia Bank KCP Pandaan. There are two sources of data used in this study, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources are data obtained directly from customers Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pandaan. This data source comes from data obtained through interviews with informants and secondary data in research in the form of documentation. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the existence of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pandaan provides results and impacts on MSMEs actors in Pasuruan Regency. This can be concluded because MSME actors are getting better and developing after financing at KCP Pandaan Sharia Bank. So the efforts made by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pandaan in increasing MSMEs are increasing products and marketing strategies through the Community Empowerment program.
