Abstract

The study is intended to gain evidence of the impact of reward and punishment on employee performance in the Secretariat Parepare Office. The data-collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires. The samples in this study number 88. Data analysis techniques in this study use computerized system analysis techniques. Partial research obtained value t count = 2.388 and its tabled t known = 1.98827 and its importance = 0.019 < 0.5. Reward (X1) affected positive and significant (Y). Simultaneously reward (X1), punishment (X2) has a positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y), which F count is 6,098 and the value of the table is 3,10, which 6,098 > 3,10.

Abstract

Kedisiplinan sebagai suatu kehendak dan kesedian karyawan untuk memenuhi dan mentaati segala peraturan dan ketentuan-ketentuan yang berlaku, baik yang tertulis maupun yang tidak tertulis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan universitas muhammadiyah Parepare. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 42 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu digunakan dua pendekatan yakni, kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa: motivasi dan disiplin kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Variabel motivasi dan disiplin kerja, memberikan sumbangan atau kontribusi sebesar 63,8% terhadap kinerja karyawan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare. Sedangkan sisanya 36,2% dipengeruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The Ministry of Religious Affairs in Pinrang has developed a work plan that corresponds with the Strategies Planning in which the workplace is expected to match the work and be on time in completion. The study aims to see if performance benefits are influential and the work environment influences the motivation for employees' work at the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Pinrang. The data-collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires with a sample size of 28 employees. The method of analysis in this study, by using linear, regression analysis which is the development of simple, linear regression. Research indicates that performance-support variables have a significant impact on job motivation at the office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Pinrang and the work environment has a significant impact on the work motivation for the office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Pinrang

Abstract

Some individuals who are assessed at the level of education are inadequate to the job and are also reviewed in the culture that is within the organization the typical thing is the dominant culture and the other culture disappears slowly, usually when one is dominant and the other has no power. The study aims to see how the organizational level of education and culture affects the performance of employees on Barru Central Bureau Statistics. The data-collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observations, and library studies. The sample in this study Numbers 21. Data analysis techniques in this study use computerized system analysis techniques (SPSS version 21). Partial research at the level of education (x1) affects positive and insignificant performance (Y). Partially the organizational culture (X2) has a positive and significant impact on an employee's performance (Y).

Abstract

The research aimed at figuring out whether the Principal’s managerial abilities had any significant impact on the performance of the Enrekang Vocational High School. The data-collection techniques used in this study are observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The sample in this study numbered 53 people. The data analysis techniques performed in the study are by using descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, validity testing, fallibility testing, and hypothetical testing. The results of the study found that the Principal’s managerial abilities had a significant impact on the teacher's performance in SMK 3 Enrekang. The results of the affirmative test of the Principal’s managerial ability on teacher performance in Vocational High School 3 Enrekang have a significant value < 0.05, which means that each of these statements is valid. The results of a variable reliability test with the value of Cronbach alpha range between 0.662-0.640 which means the value is > 0.6 which means each research variable is good, The results of this study show that the value of r square is 0, 723 which explains that the Principal’s managerial abilities have a significant impact on teachers' performance in SMK 3 Enrekang by 72.3%, and the other 27.7% explained by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the financial performance is based on the ratio of liquidity, solvency, and profitability at the SH Jaya Mandiri savings and loan cooperative, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive, explaining how financial performance is using the formula for liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. The results of this study are that the SH Jaya Mandiri Savings and Loans cooperative has been good in paying attention to managing liquidity and solvency has been good for the past 5 years but it needs to be emphasized to further maximize the level of ROI and ROE to gain profits for the welfare of the members of the SH Jaya Mandiri Savings and Loans Cooperative. By conducting periodic performance appraisals, of course, it will make it easier for management to make decisions in the future. The provision of financing to customers or members must be more closely observed, although based on trust. You can use the 5C assessment of members or customers who need financing. And also in reporting it must be by the initial contract/agreement, if necessary go directly to avoid fraud and in terms of capital use, more attention should be paid so that the use of investment capital is not excessive on borrowing, because it will result in a decrease in profitability (profit) and it is feared that there will be difficulties in borrowing. the return.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource management strategies in increasing employee loyalty at Hotel Satria Wisata Parepare. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The population in this study were employees of Hotel Satria Wisata Parepare, so the total population in this study was 26 people and used a census sample. The research method used is the descriptive quantitative method. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between human resource management strategies in increasing employee loyalty at Hotel Satria Wisata Parepare. Thus the hypothesis is proven. A human resource management strategy that provides added value is one of the main benchmarks for the success of a business. Thus, in terms of resources, the business strategy is to get the maximum added value that can optimize competitive advantage. This means that if the company wants to get employees with high loyalty, it should be mastered.Human Resource Management Strategy

Abstract

The new paradigm of health care requires hospitals to provide quality services according to the needs and desires of patients while still referring to the professional code of ethics. In the rapid development of technology and increasingly fierce competition, hospitals are required to continue to improve the quality of their services. The phenomenon behind this research by looking at the conditions of handling employee placements in hospitals is very different from handling employee placements in agencies/institutions in general, so the goal to be achieved in this study is to find out whether the pattern of placement and job satisfaction can improve performance. Employees at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Pinrang Regency. The results of this study are that the placement has no significant effect on the performance of the Pinrang Regency General Hospital (RSUD) and the results of other analyzes, namely job satisfaction, show a strong and significant influence and relationship.

Abstract

The Immigration Office class II TPI Parepare City is one of the technical implementation units of immigration within the ranks of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights which is directly responsible to the Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in Parepare. The phenomenon shows that the efforts to improve employee performance at the Parepare Immigration Office are less than optimal, one of which is that employees are usually not included in education and training related to their duties and functions. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the Parepare Immigration Office. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, observations, and literature studies. The sample in this study amounted to 46 respondents. Technical analysis of data in this study using multiple linear analysis techniques. The results of this study partially Work Environment (XI) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Partially, Work Discipline (X2) has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Simultaneously the Work Environment (XI), Work Discipline (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

This research aims that is. 1) To find out whether dividend policy has a significant positive effect on firm value. 2) To find out whether the capital structure has a significant positive effect on firm value. 3) To find out whether the size of the company has a significant positive effect on the value of the company. The method of analysis in this study, namely by using multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusions in this study are: 1) The results of regression testing for the dividend policy variable on firm value show that it has no effect. (hypothesis rejected). Thus, the dividend policy variable has no effect on the firm value on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 2) The results of the regression test for the capital structure variable on firm value show that capital structure has no significant effect on the Indonesian Stock Exchange firm value. 3) The results of the regression test for the Firm Size variable to Firm Value show a significant value. So the hypothesis is accepted. Thus the size of the company has a negative and significant effect on the value of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX).
