The data collection techniques in this study are interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The sample in the study was 32 respondents in the category of teenagers. The data analysis technique in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the influence of the social environment on entrepreneurial interest as a whole has a very positive effect.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee performance at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration, Pinrang Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaire techniques and documentation techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 43 respondents who are employees at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Pinrang Regency. The data analysis technique in this study used qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis using simple linear regression analysis. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that 1) Intrinsic motivation affects the performance of employees at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration PinrangRegency with regression equation Y = 17,162 + 1,144X1. The magnitude of the influence of intrinsic motivation on employee performance at the Office of Manpower and TransmigrationPinrangRegency is 45.6% and the remaining 54.4% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study, and 2) Extrinsic motivation affects the performance of employees in the Office of Manpower and Transmigration PinrangRegencywith regression equation Y = 16,266 + 1,208X2. The magnitude of the influence of extrinsic motivation on employee performance at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration PinrangRegency amounted to 57.1% and the remaining 42.9% was influenced by other variables that were not included in this study.]]>

Pelni (Persero) Parepare Branch by using financial analysis techniques and simple linear regression analysis. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The object of this research is the income statement and balance sheet. The data analysis carried out in this study was using quantitative methods. The results of this study using financial analysis techniques, namely ROA profitability, showed that the results of financial statements fluctuated from year to year and simple linear regression analysis techniques explained that operational costs had a significant effect on financial performance at PT.Pelni (Persero) Parepare Branch.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe and analyze the Effect of Material Incentives and Non-Material Incentives on the Work Effectiveness of Employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Parepare City. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation and questionnaires. The sample in this study was 112 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that: 1) Material incentives have a significant positive effect on the work effectiveness of the employees of the PDAM Parepare. 2) Non-Material Incentives have a significant positive effect on the work effectiveness of the employees of the PDAM Parepare.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of financial statements on the financial performance of regional financial management agencies in Pinrang Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation and questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 66 ASN employees. The data analysis technique used in this research is using simple regression analysis. The results of this study found that financial statements have a significant effect on financial performance. The results of this study also show that the R Square value is 0.760 which explains that in this regression model the ability of financial statements to explain financial performance is 76.0% and the remaining 24% is explained by other variables. The results of the regression equation in this study were 0.810. The results of the regression coefficient of 81.4%. And for hypothesis testing (β 0) then the partial test results in this study are (β = 0.981) for the financial statement variable with a significant 0.00, this result states that the financial statements have a significant effect on financial performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Pinrang Regency Inspectorate in improving the quality of the financial reports of the Pinrang Regency Government. This research uses descriptive qualitative research using a qualitative approach. Data were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the Pinrang Regency Inspectorate has played an important role in improving the quality of the financial reports of the Pinrang Regency Government which for seven consecutive years received an Unqualified Opinion by increasing its work in terms of implementing performance audit supervision, auditing certain objectives, reviewing regional financial reports, monitoring, and evaluation of supervision as well as improvements in terms of coaching or consulting to audits and the Work Units of Service Equipment within the Pinrang Regency Government.]]>

The samples used in this study were 53 BPJS Health employees. The method in this study was quantitative and the data collection techniques used in this study were observation and questionnaires. analyzed by SPSS. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis.
