Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perencanaan keuangan dan pengaruh faktor demografi terhadap perencanaan keuangan. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik angket/kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 88 responden yang merupakan pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kota Parepare. Teknik analisis data dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dan menggunakan alat bantu berupa software komputer SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan yaitu literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan keuangan dan faktor demografi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan keuangan. Hal ini sesuai dengan hasil data yang telah diolah menggunakan software komputer SPSS versi 25.

Abstract

There are three types of costs, including personnel expenditures, goods expenditures, and capital expenditures after all are known. In 2017 the total employee expenditure decreased to Rp.3,624,448,248. This year is known to be lower than in other years, then increased in 2018 The total employee expenditure increased to Rp.7,693,123,816, Then in 2019 the total employee expenditure decreased again to Rp.6,970,178,455 and in 2020 the total personnel expenditures decreased again to Rp.6,676,347,465 although the amount of the decrease was not too significant. This study aims to determine the total operational costs each year, how much the budget and realization at the land office. From the totaled amount for a year, which was Rp. 89.75 in 2018 Rp. 95.52 in 2019 Rp. 93.53 and in 2020 it is Rp. 94.08. The data collection technique used is Observation and Documentation (data). Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the financial performance of the land office was not significant because it could not manage personnel expenditures, goods expenditures, and capital expenditures.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence work pressure, workload, and work environment have on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Parepare City. This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Parepare City using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The method used is a quantitative method with a questionnaire method with a sample size of 36 employees at the Regional Secretariat of the City of Parepare. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that: 1) Work pressure has a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of the City of Parepare, showing the t value = 2.092 with a significant value of 0.044. By using t table = 1.665 then t count > t table 2.092 so that the hypothesis is accepted. 2) Workload has a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Parepare City, showing the calculated value of t = 2.162 with a significant value of 0.000. By using t table = 1.665 then the value of t count > t table 2.162 > 1.665 so that the hypothesis is accepted. 3) The work environment affects the level of employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of the City of Parepare, showing the t value = 4.430 with a significant value of 0.000. By using t table = 1.665 then t count > t table 4.430 > 1.665 so that the hypothesis is accepted

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work environment on employee performance in the Civil Service Police Unit, Enrekang Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The sample in this study amounted to 136 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear analysis techniques with the help of a computerized system (SPSS version 16 computer program). The results showed that work stress (X1) with the at-count value of 8.465 and at-table value of 1.65639 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.005. The results of the study partially work stress (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work Environment Variable (X2) with a t value of 4.622 > 1.65639 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005. partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect, namely: Does expertise affect the quality of auditors at the Inspectorate of Parepare City. Based on the problems mentioned above, the objectives to be achieved in this study are: To find out whether expertise affects the quality of auditors at the Parepare City Inspectorate. The data analysis method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The conclusions in this study are: The results of simple linear regression analysis show that the skill variable has a significance value of 0.001 so it can be declared significant because the significance value of the skill variable is smaller than the significance value of, which is 0.05. This shows that the independent variable expertise has a significant influence on audit quality at the Regional Inspectorate Office of Parepare City. The suggestions in this study are: In this research, there is input for the relevant agencies. And can increase the quality of auditors in handling supervision at the Parepare City Inspectorate. And it can be further improved performance or training to be certified in the quality of auditors. It is expected to add another independent variable so that it is likely to have a significant or measurable effect.

Abstract

(2) the influence of social needs variables on the work performance of employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Pinrang Regency. This research is categorized as survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Pinrang Regency. The population in this study was 116 employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pinrang Regency. The samples taken in this study were all employees with a total of 116 respondents. The instrument validity test uses the Pearson correlation approach, while the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study found that (1) the need for self-actualization has a significant effect on employee performance at the Pinrang Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. (2) social needs have a significant effect on employee performance at the Pinrang Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. (3) the effect of self-actualization needs and social needs together has a significant influence on employee work performance at the Pinrang Regency Population and Civil Registration Office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of the population administration information system applied to the Department of Population and Civil Registration on the performance of services to the community. The population in this study was 57 employees and used a total sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the population administration information system had a significant effect on service performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Parepare City. This is supported by the results of data processing which shows that the value of Sig = 0.000 < = 0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it is stated that there is a significant influence between the population administration information system on the performance of employee services at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Parepare City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of internal audits on the disclosure of weaknesses in the internal control system at the University of Muhammadiyah Parepare. The expected benefit from the results of this research is to add a reference to the influence of internal audits on the disclosure of internal control weaknesses within the university and as reference material for similar research conducted in the future. The sample in this study were staff or employees at the Muhammadiyah University of Parepare, namely the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, SPI, Bureau, Institutions, and Faculties. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used was SPSS 26. From the results of the questionnaires distributed as many as 31 with a total of 19 questions declared valid. The results of this study indicate that internal audit has a significant effect on the disclosure of internal control weaknesses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the government accounting system and internal control system on the timeliness of financial reporting at the Regional Finance Agency (BKUD) of Pinrang Regency. The data collection techniques used in this research are Observation, Questionnaire, and Measurement Scale. The sample in this study was 66 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that: 1) Government Accounting Standards have a positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting at the Regional Finance Agency (BKUD) of Pinrang Regency. 2) The Internal Control System has a positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting at the Regional Finance Agency (BKUD) of Pinrang Regency. 3) Government accounting standards and internal control systems have a positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting at the Regional Finance Agency (BKUD) of Pinrang Regency.

Abstract

Thesis of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business. Muhammadiyah University of Parepare. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of education and employee placement on the performance of PT Telkom Parepare employees. The object of this research is the employees of PT Telkom Parepare. To obtain data to support this research, the researcher used a questionnaire method with a sample size of 50 employees. The data analysis tool used in this research is a study with multiple linear regression models. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that: 1) Education has no significant effect on the performance of PT Telkom Parepare employees. 2) Employee placement affects the performance of PT Telkom Parepare employees.
