Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has driven digital transformation across various business sectors, including the culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) industry. However, the majority of sweet food culinary businesses, such as Mirai Coffee and Snack, still rely on social media and manual instant messaging for transactions. Surveys indicate that 60% of customers encounter issues with slow response times and incorrect custom order recordings, resulting in 3 to 5 order errors per month due to human error. This study aims to design and implement a web-based sweet food sales system using the Laravel framework, featuring dynamic menu customization (such as adjustments for size, sweetness level, and topping variants). The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes requirements analysis, database design, code Implementation (PHP, MySQL), and Testing. The expected outcome is an integrated E-Commerce platform capable of automating custom price calculations in real-time, minimizing data entry errors, and systematically improving operational service efficiency from 10–15 minutes to instantaneous.

Abstract

PT Matra Digital Group is a company operating in the digital and information technology sector, managing four business units: Dezainla (printing and apparel manufacturing), Mits (device repair services), Sewain (device rental), and Marco Digital Partner (digital marketing). This research was conducted to formulate a strategic information systems and information technology (IS/IT) plan capable of supporting data integration, real-time operational monitoring, and more effective management decision-making. The methodology implemented is the Ward and Peppard framework. This approach involved a profound evaluation of the external business environment (PEST and Porter's Five Forces), alongside an in-depth assessment of the organization's internal business environment (Value Chain) as well as its internal and macro IS/IT ecosystems. The study's findings indicate that the company's current information systems operate in isolation (siloed) across departments, thereby triggering data multi-interpretation and hindering operational alignment. Based on this evaluation, the outputs of this research formulate strategic recommendations for IS, IT, and IS/IT governance, as well as an application portfolio mapped via the McFarlan Strategic Grid. The primary implementation focus is directed toward an ERP-like Integrated Information System, a Business Intelligence Dashboard, and an Integrated Financial System, which are projected to accelerate the company's long-term digital governance.

Abstract

 Information technology development drives the need for a more effective and integrated service management system, particularly for community-based internet services such as RT/RW Net. This research aims to develop a web-based RT/RW Net service information system capable of managing customer data, bill payments, disruption reports, and automatic notifications. The development method employed is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model, covering the planning, analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. The system was built using Laravel 13 and SQLite, and is equipped with digital payment, customer management, disruption reporting, WhatsApp notification, and invoice printing features. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method on all main features. The testing results show that all system functions operate according to the specified requirements with a success rate of 100%. The developed system is able to improve the efficiency of customer data management, simplify the payment process, accelerate information delivery to customers, and assist administrators in monitoring services more effectively. This research is expected to become a solution supporting the digitalization of RT/RW Net service management and a reference for developing similar information systems in the future.

Abstract

Web system security has become a top priority amid the current surge in digital security threats. This study aims to identify vulnerabilities on the Sidodadi Subdistrict website in Bandar Lampung City using OWASP ZAP and to analyze the risk levels of these vulnerabilities using the OWASP Risk Rating method in order to map system weaknesses and formulate solutions. The methodology applied consisted of system scanning, analysis of findings, and implementation of fixes. The initial assessment identified 15 security vulnerabilities, classified into the categories of Broken Access Control, Security Misconfiguration, Cryptographic Failures, Vulnerable and Outdated Components, and Software and Data Integrity Failures. After the remediation and re-verification phases were completed, the number of vulnerabilities decreased to 12. Various remediation solutions including tightening the Content Security Policy (CSP), implementing advanced encryption, and reconfiguring cookies and HTTP headers were found to be effective in reducing the system’s vulnerability level. The retest results showed that the number of vulnerabilities decreased to 12 findings, representing a 20% reduction. Thus, the use of OWASP ZAP and the OWASP Risk Rating method proved effective in identifying, evaluating, and helping to prioritize vulnerability mitigation to improve the security of the Sidodadi Subdistrict website in Bandar Lampung City.
