Abstract

Maju Bersama is a business sector that is engaged in distributing high quality wood. Currently the business activities carried out are still conventional or still waiting for customers to come to the place of business to buy wood or when making sales reports along with end of month reports they still use a book, apart from that customers find it difficult to know what type of wood is being sold at CV Maju Together. So it requires an information system as a tool to help record sales transactions, quantity of goods, availability of goods as input materials. The development method used to design the system uses the RAD approach. The result of this research is a website-based CV Maju Bersama sales information system..

Abstract

The amount of students in a school can affect several aspects of the current educational system, such as teacher availability, classroom management, and school amenities. SMA Negeri 1 Tual is is one of the Favorite High Schools in Tual City, Maluku. to forecast the enrollment at SMA Negeri 1 Tual in order to prevent a backlog of students that would impair the quality of the learning environment. The author uses the Single Exponential Smoothing and Double Exponential Smoothing methods in predicting new students. This study compares forecasting techniques in an effort to assist in projecting how many new students SMA Negeri 1 Tual will accept. This research uses a quantitative forecasting approach method. The information utilized comes from the number of students that registered for three different registration categories Zoning, Achievement, and Affirmation at SMA Negeri 1 Tual between 2017-2023 and Microsoft Excel dan Minitab was used to process and analyze the data. The best forecasting values are found in the zoning category using α=0.9, which has a MAPE value of 4%, the achievement category using the constant α=0.6, which has a MAPE value of 2%, and the category affirmation using α=0.6, which has a MAPE value of 3%.

Abstract

The East Sumba Regency Maritime and Fisheries Service (DKP) is responsible for developing the fisheries sector. However, the process of submitting aid proposals still uses less efficient methods. To overcome this problem, researchers developed an Android-based application for submitting aid proposals online. This application allows aid applicants to upload proposal files electronically quickly and accurately. The use of this application is expected to reduce the costs and risks of physical travel and save time in the proposal collection process. This application development method uses the waterfall method, through the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation and testing. Testing shows that this application functions well and has high feasibility based on the System Usability Scale (SUS). In this way, this application can speed up and simplify the process of submitting aid proposals at the East Sumba DKP.

Abstract

Biometric features that can be used for identification include iris, voice, DNA and fingerprints. Fingerprints are the most widely used biometric feature because of their uniqueness, universality and stability. Fingerprint recognition can be grouped into two different forms of problems, namely verification and identification. Verification is comparing one fingerprint with another fingerprint. Meanwhile, identification is matching an input fingerprint with fingerprint data in the database. Thus, identification can be interpreted as an extension of verification carried out by comparing one fingerprint to many fingerprints. Identification is inherently more complex than verification. The problem increases as the number of fingerprint datasets increases, resulting in an increase in the time required for the identification process. However, there is a way to overcome this complexity, namely classification. Apart from that, evolutionary algorithm optimization can also be carried out. The Chromosome Algorithm is an improvement on the evolutionary algorithm with a separate local search process. The memetic or chromosomal algorithm is a simple algorithm with reliable performance that can provide accurate solutions to problems in the real world. The current challenge is with the increasing growth of datasets (more than 106) which include the process of clustering text analysis, molecular DNA simulation, feature selection, and forecasting, handling large-scale optimization such as complex simulations, data mining, quantum chemistry, spectroscopic analysis, geophysical analysis, drug discovery, and fingerprint recognition studies. Chromosome algorithms have proven to be very competitive in large-scale optimization because they are based on stochastic algorithms that do not require gradient information.

Abstract

The development of technology as a medium for delivering information has provided great benefits for business owners, including in the field of wedding equipment rental. However, Nellysalon Waingapu in Waingapu faces several problems, such as a lack of complete information in promotional media and manual rental records. To overcome this problem, the development of a web-based Wedding Equipment Rental Information System is proposed. This system allows customers to get detailed information about rental packages, prices and status of rented items. Apart from that, this system also helps business owners in storing and processing rental data quickly and accurately. The development method used is the waterfall model from SDLC. Test results show that this system is well received by users, with an average score of 70.6 in the SUS test. Thus, the Wedding Equipment Rental System at Nellysalon Waingapu is suitable for use by system users..

Abstract

In the context of the growing blend of Windows and Linux operating systems through Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL), this study explores forensic memory analysis on Hyper-V-based Windows Subsystem for Linux 2 (WSL2) in a Windows 11 environment using the NIST SP 800-86 method. WSL2, as the latest development of WSL, provides new opportunities in security and digital forensics, but also raises challenges related to security incidents. The study builds on the findings of previous research, focusing on forensic memory applications that have never been applied to WSL2 in Windows 11 before. By choosing Ubuntu 20.04 as the object of research and implementing the NIST SP 800-86 standard. The experimental results were obtained in scenario 1 where without deleting WSL2 all experimental artifacts were obtained or it can be said that artifacts were found by 100%, while in scenario 2 by deleting WSL2 only 2 experimental artifacts were found or by 16.7%. This research aims to provide in-depth insights into forensic analysis on WSL2, provide practical guidance for digital forensics experts in addressing security challenges that continue to evolve as technology evolves, and complement our understanding of security incidents involving a mix of Windows and Linux operating systems in the WSL2 era.

Abstract

This research aims to design a Decision Support System for Blood Donation Eligibility Using the SAW Method at UTD PMI Bengkulu City. Based on the research, UTD PMI Bengkulu City still uses manual calculations in its data processing and does not use a special application. The calculation system still uses Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel applications which are still less effective and fast. In this research, the method used is SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). This method requires the decision maker to determine the weight of each attribute. The total score for creating an alternative is obtained by adding up all the results of the multiplication between ratings (which can be compared across attributes). The rating for each attribute must be dimension-free in the sense that it has gone through a previous normalization process. In this method, an analysis of the data requirements needed to build the system is carried out, a design plan for the system to be created, compiling and implementing the data that has been obtained into the system. In the new system designed on this occasion several designs were created consisting of designing the File Menu, Data Menu, Process Menu and Report Menu. The programming language used is PHP with a MySQL database.

Abstract

The use of deep learning models has become a major focus in optimizing the efficiency of machine learning applications. This research discusses various deep learning models that can be applied to improve efficiency in the context of machine learning applications. These models are designed to handle the complexity of machine learning tasks with a high level of accuracy while still considering aspects of computational efficiency. This article involves an in-depth look at several deep learning models that have proven effective in various application domains. Discussion includes the use of convolutional neural network (CNNs) models for image processing, recurrent neural networks (RNNs) for sequential data, and transformer-based models for natural language processing tasks. In addition, deep learning model tuning and optimization strategies, such as pruning and quantization, are also discussed to improve the efficient use of computing resources. This research identifies challenges and opportunities in integrating these deep learning models into machine learning applications with maximum efficiency. By considering the need for accuracy and limited computational resources, this research provides a holistic view of the approaches that can be applied to deal with complexity in diverse machine learning scenarios. The results are expected to provide a significant contribution to the development of efficient and effective machine learning applications.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang prototipe aplikasi mobile dengan sistem poin sebagai insentif untuk mengurangi dampak food waste. Latar belakang penelitian menggarisbawahi tingginya pemborosan makanan dan mengidentifikasi potensi solusi berkelanjutan melalui teknologi informasi. Metode perancangan menggunakan pendekatan Design Thinking dengan langkah-langkah pemahaman, penentuan masalah, ideasi, perancangan, dan pengujian. Prototipe aplikasi melibatkan sistem poin dengan mekanisme pelevelan, antarmuka donasi berbasis tipe makanan, transparansi histori donasi, dan laman penukaran poin yang informatif. Hasil uji blackbox menunjukkan kesuksesan prototipe tanpa masalah signifikan. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah potensi aplikasi sebagai alat efektif dalam memotivasi partisipasi masyarakat, dengan fokus pada insentif, transparansi, dan pengalaman pengguna yang menarik. Aplikasi diharapkan dapat membangun kesadaran dan tanggung jawab sosial terhadap isu global food waste.

Abstract

The SIKONTRAS application is a web-based application that has previously been used to socialize contraceptives to support government programs in broadcasting family planning programs, however, with technological developments and the large number of user demands who want comfort and ease in accessing information with attractive visuals, especially in terms of system appearance. used, the author took the initiative to carry out an evaluation of the SIKONTRAS application by going through the initial stages, namely distributing questionnaires to SIKONTRAS users and experts in the field of information system development, then from the results of the assessment, they will then be analyzed using the heuristic evaluation method. The research method is heuristic evaluation, method to identify design problems in user interfaces. The evaluator assesses the design based on a set of guidelines (called heuristics) that make the system easy to use. This Heuristic Evaluation is used to obtain usability testing results from SIKONTRAS. Testing was carried out on 5 respondents in the IT sector and the process included the following stages in carrying out the test. Based on the results of data analysis using heuristic evaluation, it can be concluded that the evaluation results of the SIKONTRAS system contained the greatest value in the flexibility and efficiency of use variable indicators, which means SIKONTRAS is flexible in using the system and easy for new users to understand, but development recommendations are still given based on comments and input by respondents, where respondents have professions in the field of information systems.
