Abstract

The need for information and communication technology is also accompanied by an increase in internet users in Indonesia. Many companies are dedicated to technology, information and communication to take advantage of this potential business opportunity. As a result, many companies are offering consumers in the form of digital products and Internet services. One of the companies that will benefit from the development of information and communication technology is PT. Indonesian Telecommunications. The increase in IndiHome Internet users, there are problems with product quality and consumer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is closely related to service quality. In addition to the problem of service quality to consumers, product quality is also a problem that allows you to provide customer satisfaction. In this study, the research method used by the author is a quantitative research method. In the title of this research, there are three related variables, namely product quality, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Product quality, service quality (X1), (X2), while customer satisfaction is defined as the dependent variable (Y). Variable X1 (Product Quality) has a positive and significant effect on variable Y (Consumer Satisfaction). Variable X2 (Service Quality) has a positive and significant effect on variable Y (Consumer Satisfaction). Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) To explain and analyze the ease of transactions which have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of E-Commerce consumers during the Covid-19 pandemic, 2) To explain and analyze consumer trust which has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of E-Commerce consumers during a pandemic. Covid-19, 3) To explain and analyze risk perceptions that have a significant effect on E-Commerce consumer purchasing decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic, 4) To explain and analyze the ease of transactions, consumer confidence, and risk perceptions together have a significant effect on decisions E-Commerce consumer purchases during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses independent variables (ease of transactions, consumer confidence, and risk perception) and the dependent variable (purchase decisions). The data analysis technique used in this research is a quantitative approach. The object of this research is 100 respondents who have made a purchase transaction at E-Commerce Tokopedia during the covid-19 pandemic (starting from March 2020). To analyze and process the data, this study uses SPSS version 26. The results of hypothesis testing: 1) Ease of Transactions has no significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y), 2) Consumer Trust (X2) has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y), 3) Risk Perception (X3) has a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y), 4) Ease of Transaction (X1), Consumer Trust (X2), and Risk Perception (X3) together have a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) (by looking at F-count result is greater than F-table). Abstract

This study aims to identify and resolve complaints of IBIK LMS users who are used as a means of teaching and learning activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey was conducted on 42.2% of respondents from Information Technology students and IBIK lecturers. Using the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), the author developed a test plan by dividing the IBIK LMS into modules based on the main functions and roles. Functional testing using the black box method was conducted to assess software performance. Test results were automated using automation testing to facilitate future testing and assist LMS developers. Errors in functionality and performance were found, although the fulfillment of user requirements was quite good (0.81). The bottleneck in automation testing was caused by the session login feature which thwarted the testing process. This research provides insight into improvements to the IBIK LMS and more effective testing strategies. Keyword: Information Technology, Software Testing Life Cycle, Automation Testing

Abstract

Information Systems file sharing is an important aspect of organizational workflow. CV. Conslink Teknikindo, a company engaged in environmental consulting services. This study aims to design and build a web-based file sharing information system that can help CV. Conslink Teknikindo to improve the process of sharing files and managing documents within the organization. The method used in this study is system requirements analysis, system design, and web-based application development. Analysis of system requirements involves identifying the needs and requirements needed in managing file sharing. Based on the results of the needs analysis, a system design was carried out which included database design, user interface, and system workflow. After that, web-based application development was carried out using the Agile method. It is hoped that this designed and built file sharing information system will provide significant benefits for CV. Conslink Teknikindo in improving efficiency, accuracy and control over the management of their file sharing. In addition, this system can also be a reference for other companies that have similar needs in managing petty cash funds.

Abstract

An information system is a collection of information contained in a database using information technology models and media used in decision making within a company. In a company, information is something that is important to support the decision-making process by management. Every company or shop must be familiar with inventory or stock of goods. Inventory is the stock of goods which is usually related to the sales and purchasing departments. PT. Bayu Ardi Triyana is a company operating in the IT Solution sector which still uses manual methods to collect data on outgoing and incoming stock so that many errors can occur and result in stock differences between the written data and the goods in the warehouse. Therefore, a system for recording stock availability, incoming and outgoing goods is needed at PT Bayu Ardi Triyana to assist in its business processes. With the system built, it is hoped that it will be able to improve company performance. Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) is an analysis method that examines requirements from the perspective of classes and objects encountered within the scope of the problem that directs software architecture based on the manipulation of system or subsystem objects. OOAD is a new way of thinking about a problem by using models created according to concepts around the real world. Abstract

Megmilk Snow Brand Indonesia is a company that produces milk-based foods (cheese processing) with the well-known brand MEG Cheese. PT Anugerah Raja Terkini is one of the outsourcing companies that collaborates with PT. Megmilk Snow Brand Indonesia. PT Anugerah Raja Terkini itself is responsible for sales activities at the Sales Promotion Girl level. Currently, PT. Anugerah Raja Terkini monitors its SPG only using WhatsApp media. PT. Anugerah Raja Terkini cannot confirm whether the sales are genuine or fictitious, and the admin takes a relatively long time to create a sales report. To be able to overcome this problem, an information system is needed that can support sales data collection activities at PT. Recent King's Awards. The aim of this data collection system is that sales personnel can work better and the sales reporting process can run more quickly and accurately. Abstract

Salah satu upaya partisipatif yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dan petani untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi usahatani melalui perbaikan sistem pengelolaan pertanian, yaitu melalui metode pengelolaan tanaman terpadu (PTT). Program Sekolah Lapangan Pengelolaan Tanaman Terpadu (SL-PTT), telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap petani, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani. Dari SL-PTT ini, penyebaran informasi mengenai PTT dirasakan kurang, sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan suatu sistem manajemen pengetahuan dalam sistem PTT, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai media berbagi pengetahuan dari pakar, tenaga penyuluh pertanian dan petani itu sendiri. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, mengadopsi metode Knowledge Managemet System Life Cycle (KMSLC) dari Awad dan Ghazir (2010). Data pengetahuan diperoleh dari menangkap pengetahuan dari para ahli, praktisi, tenaga penyuluh pertanian dan petani serta dokumen berupa buku dan jurnal serta divalidasi oleh pakar. Aplikasi dikembangkan berbasis Web dengan bahasa script PHP dan database MySQL, sehingga implementasi penggunaan aplikasi ini berbasis client dan server. Sistem ini memiliki menu yaitu data pengetahuan hama atau penyakit, tanya dan jawab dengan para ahli, interaksi antara anggota dalam bentuk forum dan peta informasi sebaran opt. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memudahkan user dalam mendapatkan, mengetahui, membuat, berbagi, menyimpan dan menyebarkan pengetahuan tentang pengendalian hama secara terpadu.   Kata kunci : KMSLC, Pengelolaan Tanaman Terpadu, Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan, Padi Sawah.

This study aims to evaluate the impact of using the Auk Solution accounting information system on the efficiency and effectiveness of injection machine operations at PT XYZ. Abstract

With the rapid development of mobile applications, user experience has become crucial in ensuring success and user satisfaction. This research paper presents an evaluation of the user experience of the Hiip Indonesia application, with a focus on usability assessment and user satisfaction. The research methodology employs two main methods: the USE Questionnaire and Usability Testing. The USE Questionnaire is a validated and widely used tool for assessing user satisfaction, while Usability Testing involves observing user interactions with the application and collecting qualitative and quantitative data. The research findings indicate that the usability level of the Hiip Indonesia application falls into the "acceptable" category, with a total feasibility percentage of 73.91%. The hypothesis testing shows a significant influence on satisfaction between the variables of usefulness, ease of use, and ease of learning. However, on a partial level, only the variables of usefulness and ease of use significantly influence satisfaction. In contrast, the ease of learning variable does not have a considerable impact. Furthermore, the user experience evaluation data through task scenario testing indicates that the Hiip Indonesia application is highly effective to use, with a task completion success rate of 100% and an average task completion time of approximately 46.77 seconds. After reviewing the identified issues, recommendations for improvements to the Hiip Indonesia application have been formulated. Some of these recommendations include adding features to the "campaign" menu, adding a menu to the home screen, adding features to the "social media" menu, and adding features for chatting with administrators.
