Abstract

The utilization of Indonesia's electricity consumption every year continues to increase in line with national economic growth. This situation is a general description of every developing country, where the supply of electricity is not the fulfillment of the real needs of the whole but rather the ability to generate and distribute electricity to the community. Indonesia has a target to provide lighting or electricity to all citizens by 2020 or an electrification ratio of 100%, and by 2019, the government said the realization of the electrification ratio had reached 98.89%. This means that we have almost reached our target. To achieve this ambitious target, efforts have been made, including developing electricity infrastructure, such as solar power plants, to the 3T (underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost) areas using the Special Allocation Fund (SAF). The existence of a smart home (smart home) allows users to remotely control parts of the house and set a schedule for activated smart home devices to help control costs and save more energy while providing added convenience and save time. So that it can save household electricity consumption and save energy. Mobile-based smart home efficiency modeling, based on temperature sensors, human movement, and light intensity sensors using a mobile-based microcontroller to help save electricity use and reduce global warming. By carrying out this research, it can facilitate community activities in controlling automation in smart homes to save electrical energy and reduce global warming. The Hardware Programming method is an approach method for designing the tools used. Kata Kunci: Mobile programming, Hardware Programming, Smart home.

Abstract

Economic growth in this modern age makes business competition tighter. Banking becomes one of the services industry that supports economic growth in Indonesia. The banking industry is also one of the donations of national donations and serves as an institution to accommodate the funds of the public funds, it can also be relulated in productive economic activities. Thus, the benchmark of success of a bank, one of which depends on the number of customers. The more customers are interested, the more funds are immediately and reconclab by achievement maximum profitability. The purpose of this study is (1) to know and analyze the influence of information technology on customer satisfaction, (2) to know and analyze the effect of service quality to customer satisfaction, (3) to know and analyze the influence of information technology and service quality together with customer satisfaction of the number of respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents taken from the community of Bogor City. Research data is processed using SPSS. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri with the value of regression coefficient by 0.453 and has a significant value of 0.000. (2) The quality of service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri with the value of regression coefficient by 0.443 and has a significant value of 0.000. (3) Information technology and service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri with a value of F Count of 47,650 and larger than the F table of 2.70 and has a significance value of 0.000. Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises have increased, but few MSMEs have implemented accounting systems. Accounting Information System is increasingly increasing in the field of accounting certainly makes it easier for companies to produce financial reports in addition to facilitate the recording and can find out the company's financial condition. Financial statements that contain financial statements, company performance, and changes in financial position, inventory, and profits obtained which can help the company's internal parties in making decisions. Almuhajir Tugujaya Convection is a manufacturing company where the company produces clothing and shoes. The recording applied by the Almuhajir Tugujaya Convection is still done manually with the excel program, and only records cash receipts and disbursements, so that the owner does not know for sure the inventory, profits and losses obtained. Manual recording results in recording errors and the risk of data loss. The method used by the author in this study is qualitative with the type of case study. The data obtained is processed and then implemented into Accurate 4.0 Software. From this study, it can be concluded that the application of Accurate Software in the Almuhajir Tugujaya Convection can produce Financial Statements in accordance with current standards, and company profits or losses. Research results, after using Accurate at Almuhajir Tugujaya Convection, computerized sales and purchases transactions make it easy to input transactions. Making different formulas for each production can make it easier to find out the inventory stock, and know the production costs of each product. The resulting financial statements are precise and accurate in accordance with current standards, and can help internal parties know the company's condition in making decisions. Abstract

Latar belakang Sistem Informasi Akuntansi adalah organisasi formulr, catatan, dan laporan yang dikoordinasi sedemikian rupa untuk menyediakan informasi keuangan yang dibutuhkan oleh manajemen guna memudahlan pengelolaan perusahaan. Tujuan dari pembahasan ini yaitu: (1) mengetahui sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian pada kantor badan pertanahan nasional Kota Bogor (2) mengetahui dokumen – dokumen yang digunakan dalam sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian pada kantor badan pertanahan nasional Kota Bogor (3) mengetahui efektifitas sistem penggajian pada kantor badan pertanahan nasional Kota Bogor. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Sistem informasi akuntansi sudah berkembang dalam tahapan sistematis manual dan terpusat di bagian keuangan Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Bogor tetapi sudah bisa disebut kesempurnaan atau keseluruhan. (2) adapun dokumen yang terkait diantaranya: dokumen pendukung perubahan gaji, daftar gaji, surat permintaan pembayaran(SPP), surat perintah membayar (SPM), surat perintah pencairan dana (SP2D), rekapitulasi daftar gaji dan upah, bukti kas keluar, dan slip gaji. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini penggajian yang ada pada kantor badan pertanahan nasional kota bogor dengan menggunakan aplikasi Gaji PNS Pusat (GPP) sudah relevan dengan peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah dan juga memiliki data mengenai gaji pokok, tunjangan-tunjangan serta potongan-potongan yang dikeluarkan oleh kantor badan pertanahan nasional kota bogor Keyword: Tinjauan, Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Penggajian

Abstract

The era of modernization is now increasingly demanding people to adapt to all forms of technology, one of which is a businessman. Many business people are competing to use the internet to promote their business. This study discusses the use of the TIX ID application which also presents the digital world in ordering cinema tickets online. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the effect of the completeness of the application features on the purchase decision of cinema tickets on the TIX ID application in the city of Bogor, 2) the effect of ease of transaction on the decision to purchase a cinema ticket on the TIX ID application in the city of Bogor, 3) the effect of price discounts on the purchase decision of cinema tickets on the TIX ID application in the city of Bogor, 4) the effect of the completeness of the application features, ease of transactions, and price discounts affect the purchase decision. This study uses independent variables (completeness of application features, ease of transaction, and discounted prices) and the dependent variable (purchase decision). The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. With a total of 215 respondents selected were TIX ID application users in the city of Bogor. To analyze and process data, this study uses LISREL version 8.80 and SPSS version 23. Based on the research, it can be concluded that; 1) completeness of the application features has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions by 31% with the acquisition of t-count 4.42, 2) ease of transaction has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions by 32% with the acquisition of t-count 4.75, 3) the price discount has a positive effect and significant to the purchase decision of 45% with the acquisition of t-count 2.82, 4) the completeness of the application features, ease of transaction, and discounted prices simultaneously influence the purchase decision of 89%. Abstract

Pegadaian is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in Indonesia, which officially has a license to carry out financial institution activities in the form of financing in the form of channeling credit funds to the public on the basis of a pawning law. Pegadaian is a form of non-bank financial institution that has activities to finance the needs of the community, both productive and consumptive. PT. Pegadaian is now beginning to move towards the stage of transformation into a financial company. Changes made by this company by making an application to facilitate customers in the transaction. For example, PT. Pegadaian has launched an application called "Pegadaian Digital Service" to expand its target market. Pegadaian Digital Service application is a digital service in the form of web and mobile-based applications launched by PT. Pegadaian in order to facilitate customers and prospective customers in dealing with Pegadaian without having to come to the Pegadaian outlet. Digital service pawnshop applications can provide services to customers to get clearer information from the products that are in the application. The purpose of this paper is to find out how the system of the Pegadaian Digital Service application, as well as what are the obstacles that occur when this application is used and what are the solutions made to overcome these obstacles at PT Pegadaian UPC Pagelaran. Based on the results of the discussion, it is known that PT Pegadaian (Persero) UPC Performance held various transactions and services with the online system. Keywords : PT. Abstract

In this era of increasingly transparent and open globalization, it has brought all the activities of human life into tight competition in the field of technology.The impact of technological developments on work activities is that many people from all walks of life use computers.Incorrect use of computerized technology is in accounting information system in a company. The role of accounting information systems helps enterprise leaders make management decisions by organizing documents and notes, resulting in precise and accurate financial report information to facilitate the management of corporate activities. This research aims to determine the application of accurate systems can assist in the preparation of financial statements and analyze whether there is weakness of the system that is running.The author conducts research at Afifa Laundry, Jl. Raya Laladon Indah No.7 Bogor. This research uses qualitative methods of descriptive. The Data used in this research was obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation conducted at Afifa Laundry. Based on the results of the implementation of a new computer-based accounting information system at Afifa Laundry has made a very positive impact for the company, starting with a neat customer number, the existence of a sales invoice, and the absence of a feedstock in the registration of invoices and companies can control the finances of costs and revenues, and can easily generate financial statements. Abstract

This study aims to find out the advertising factors and quality of Samsung Smartphone Products can influence purchasing decisions. This study used independent variables (Advertisingand Product Quality) and dependent variables (Purchase Decisions). This study was conducted in Jabodetabek, with data collection method using questionnaires distributed to 160 respondents. Research data is processed using SPSS program. The result of this study is that (1) Advertising has no positive and insignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions on Samsung Smartphones with a regression coefficient value of 0.019 and has a signification value of 0.150. (2) The quality of Samsung Smartphone Products positively and significantly affects the Purchase Decision with a regression coefficient value of 0.617 and has a significant value of 0.000. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Brand trust and Sales Promotion On Online Buying Interests In E-Commerce Shopee Shopee Case Study in Bogor City. The purpose of this study is (1) To find out the influence of brand trust on buying interests, (2) To know the influence of sales promotions on buying interests, (3) To know the influence of brand trust and sales promotions together affect buying interests. The number of respondents was 120 respondents taken who used Shopee. Processed with SPSS version 25, the results of the study are (1) Brand trust has a partially significant positive influence of 5,187 and greater than t-table ( df=n-k-1 or df=120-3-1=116; α=5%) = 1.65, thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between Brand trust (X1) on Buying Interest (Y), (2) Sales Promotion has a positive and significant influence in total of 5 ... Abstract

To determine the effect of e-banking and service quality on satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri Bogor City Branch. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression with customer loyalty being the dependent variable and two independent variables, namely e-banking and service quality. Results Processing data obtained by the LN = Y model: 0.166 + 0.453X1 + 0.527X2 In the regression coefficient, KP produces every e-banking increase of 0.453, one unit is predicted, will get a profit, amounting to 0.166 units and can also be changed. The coefficient of determination (R1) is 0.888, this shows e-banking variables and service quality contribute or contribute as much as 88% to the variable satisfaction satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri Bogor City Branch. Partially, the test results showed each e-banking variable and service quality were significant to investment loyalty at PT. Bank Mandiri Bogor City Branch so the hypothesis is accepted. Simultaneously, the results of the F test indicate that together e-banking variables and related service quality are significant to investment loyalty at PT.
