Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know the influence of product quality, service quality and perceived price on customer satisfaction (case study of smartphone Samsung in Bogor). this research used eksogen variable (product quality, service quality and perceived price) and endogen variable (customer satisfaction). This research used non probability sampling sample method and the total of respondents is 200, the respondents chosen were respondents who had used or were wearing smartphone Samsung. Research data was processed using SPSS AMOS 21. The result of this research is product quality has a positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction with CR (3,312 > 1,96) or P value (*** < 0,05), therefore hypothesis 1 was accepted. Service quality has a positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction with CR (2,750 > 1,96) or P value (0,006 < 0,05), therefore hypothesis 2 was accepted. Perceived price has a positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction with CR (2,076 > 1,96) or P value (0,004 < 0,05), therefore hypothesis 3 was accepted. Product quality, service quality and perceived price has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction with R Square value in the amount 0.841 or 84.1%, therefore hypothesis 4 was accepted. Abstract

Digital wallet is an application that resides on a smartphone that can be used for transactions without using money cash. Referring to a survey conducted by Global Consumer insight (PwC, 2019), “Along with the growing number of active mobile internet users in Indonesia, the number of mobile payment users has also experienced growth.” One of the factors that influence user interest in continuing to use an application is the user's perception or experience. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of user experience aspects in the current X digital wallet, as well as determine aspects of the user experience that need to be improved using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). “The population of this research is X digital wallet users using simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using the UEQ Data Analysis Tool. The results of this study were found that the perspicuity aspect got a value of 1.25 or above average. The attractiveness, efficiency, dependability, and stimulation and novelty aspects respectively scored 0.90, 1.01 and 0.80, 0.89 and 0.52 or below average.” The recommendations in this study are expected to become one of the considerations for X digital wallet stakeholders to improve the X user experience. Abstract

Megmilk Snow Brand Indonesia is a company that produces milk-based foods (cheese processing) with the well-known brand MEG Cheese. PT Anugerah Raja Terkini is one of the outsourcing companies that collaborates with PT. Megmilk Snow Brand Indonesia. PT Anugerah Raja Terkini itself is responsible for sales activities at the Sales Promotion Girl level. Currently, PT. Anugerah Raja Terkini monitors its SPG only using WhatsApp media. PT. Anugerah Raja Terkini cannot confirm whether the sales are genuine or fictitious, and the admin takes a relatively long time to create a sales report. To be able to overcome this problem, an information system is needed that can support sales data collection activities at PT. Recent King's Awards. The aim of this data collection system is that sales personnel can work better and the sales reporting process can run more quickly and accurately. Abstract

Uji Kompetensi Keahlian (UKK) merupakan bagian dari intervensi Pemerintah dalam menjamin mutu pendidikan pada satuan pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Pelaksanaan UKK bertujuan untuk mengukur pencapaian kompetensi siswa pada level tertentu sesuai Kompetensi Keahlian yang ditempuh selama masa pembelajaran di SMK. UKK dilaksanakan oleh satuan pendidikan dalam bentuk ujian praktik yang menguji aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap pada 1 event. UKK dapat dilaksanakan menggunakan standar yang ditetapkan oleh industri, Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi, dan/atau perangkat uji yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan di tempat-tempat uji kompetensi. Satuan pendidikan yang menyelenggarakan UKK harus dinyatakan layak sebagai tempat uji kompetensi oleh koordinator Ujian Nasional Tingkat Provinsi atau Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi. Sebagaimana tahun sebelumnya, nilai UKK akan diperhitungkan sebagai Nilai Ujian Sekolah untuk mata pelajaran kompetensi kejuruan. Perangkat UKK yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan bersifat terbuka dan peserta uji dapat berlatih menggunakan perangkat ujian tersebut sebelum pelaksanaan ujian. Secara umum perangkat Uji Kompetensi Keahlian terdiri atas : (1) Soal Praktik Kejuruan (SPK) adalah berupa penugasanbagi peserta uji untuk membuat atau proses dan mengerjakan suatu produk/jasa; (2) Pedoman Penilaian Soal Praktik (PPSP) adalah instrumen yang digunakan untuk pemberian skor setiap komponen penilaian. Lembar penilaian memuat komponen penilaian, sub-komponen penilaian, pencapaian kompetensi, dan kriteria/rubrik penilaian; dan (3) Instrumen Verifikasi Penyelenggara Ujian Praktik Kejuruan (InV) adalah instrumen yang digunakan untuk menilai kelayakan satuan pendidikan atau institusi lain sebagai tempat penyelenggaraan ujian Praktik Kejuruan. Instrumen verifikasi memuat standar persyaratan peralatan utama, standar persyaratan peralatan pendukung,standar persyaratan tempat/ruang serta memuat persyaratan penguji yang terdiri atas penguji internal dan eksternal. Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah penggerak perekonomian terbesar di Indonesia. Namun banyak pelaku UMKM dalam melakukan pemasaran masih secara konvensional sehingga omset dan keuntungan tidak maksimal. Kota Bogor memiliki potensi pengembangan usaha UMKM bisa lebih baik, tapi masih terkendalah dengan permasalahan pada usaha UMKM lain, pelaku usaha UMKM di Kota Bogor seabgian besar masih melakukan pemasaran konvensional. Dengan demikian, perlu dilakukan pendampingan dan pelatihan mengenai pentingnya penggunaan dan pemanfaatan media digital dan kemasan / packaging menarik sebagai uapaya peningkatan penjualan mereka. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya packaging sebagai salah satu strategi penjualan dan pentingnya pemanfaatan media digital sebagai media promosi dan transaksi jual-beli untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Kota Bogor 3 Oktober 2022 yang diikuti oleh 20 pelaku UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Assets Bassed Community Development (ABCD). Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya perbaikan packaging dan digital marketing sebagai media pemasaran. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini adalah akun digital sebagai media pemasaran produk dan kemasan produk yang menarik. Kata Kunci: digital marketing, packaging, UMKM

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to identify an innovative and sustainable MSME mentoring model through community service by IBI Kesatuan lecturers. A case study at UPPKS Matahari, Bitungsari Village shows that the combination of face-to-face mentoring and the use of information technology has succeeded in increasing the capacity of MSMEs in managing their businesses independently. The mentoring program that includes training, consultation, and market access facilitation has encouraged MSMEs to develop new products and services, and improve product quality. The results of this study provide important implications for universities in designing community service programs that are relevant to the needs of MSMEs and support sustainable local economic development.Keywords: MSMEs, Universities, Sustainability.

Abstract

Public health center is facility service organizing health​ effort health society and efforts health individual level First with more prioritize effort promotive and preventive , for reach degrees health community in the work area . One of The health centers in Bogor City are: Public health center Pulo Armyn Bogor City, where Public health center the using the website as a media provider information related service Public health center . For know level satisfaction user end to a website, then need did it study about analysis level satisfaction user end from that website. Researcher do analysis related level satisfaction user at the end of the website using the End User Computing Satisfaction Method with 6 indicators in the his that is regarding Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, Timeliness. Data collection is carried out with spread questionnaire to employees and residents who live there place live in the Bogor City area, distribution questionnaire done for 2 weeks with total respondent data namely 107 users . Data obtained tabulated with compile to in table and calculated magnitude percentage its , validity test and reliability test his with using Rstudio tools. Result of research that has been done showing that 57 users feel satisfied with amount percentage 53.3%. Followed with 34 users feel No satisfied with percentage 31.8 %, 14 users feel very satisfied with amount percentage 13.1% and 2 users feel very not satisfied with amount percentage 1.9%. Abstract

Designing a Web-Based Printing Service Ordering Information System for CV Multigraph is a project aimed at developing an efficient and practical information system for online printing service orders. CV Multigraph is a printing company that offers a variety of printing services to its customers. In this research, the author designed and implemented an information system that enables customers to easily place orders through the web platform. Utilizing modern web technology, the system harnesses the power of the internet to expedite and streamline the ordering process. The system allows customers to choose their desired printing services, upload design files, select print quantities and sizes, and provide specific instructions. Upon completion of the order, customers receive real-time order status updates and confirmations. Additionally, the system facilitates CV Multigraph in managing incoming orders. Printing staff can view the list of ongoing orders, schedule production, and send confirmation messages to customers, enhancing service effectiveness and responsiveness to customer needs. The methodology used is Extreme Programming, which encompasses analysis, planning, design, coding, and testing. The system development utilizes web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. The result is an efficient, practical, and user-friendly printing service ordering information system for CV Multigraph customers. The system is expected to enhance customer experience, expedite the ordering process, and improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction for CV Multigraph.   Keywords: information system, ordering, printing service, CV Multigraph, web- based.

Abstract

The Petty Cash Information System plays an important role in managing the daily operational funds of the company. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the banking sector. Given the importance of efficiency and accuracy in managing Petty Cash for the company, this research aims to design and build a web-based Petty Cash information system that can assist PT. XYZ in managing and monitoring their small cash funds. The methodology used in this research is Agile Extreme Programming method, which includes system requirements analysis, system design, and web-based application development. The system requirements analysis involves identifying the needs and requirements necessary for managing Petty Cash. Based on the results of the requirements analysis, a system design is created that includes database design, user interface, and system workflow. It is expected that by implementing this system, a prototype for the Petty Cash information system will be generated, which can potentially be implemented by PT. XYZ to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control over Petty Cash management in the company.   Keywords: Design and Development, Petty Cash, Web -Based, Agile, Extreme Programming
