Abstract

Abstrak — Kebutuhan organisasi saat ini sangat bergantung pada infrastruktur teknologi informasi. Salah satunya adalah kebutuhan pengembangan server untuk kebutuhan peningkatan data center. Biaya yang paling besar tentunya pada pembelian komputer server-server baru. PT Fortuna Mediatama yang bergerak dalam pelayanan jasa IT mengalami masalah tersebut. Cloud computing adalah teknologi baru yang masih sangat baru berkembang pesat. Teknologi cloud computing hadir untuk menjawab tantangan akan kebutuhan teknologi komputasi yang semakin efisien. Teknologi ini menjadikan internet sebagai media utama untuk mengelola data dan aplikasi secara remote. Teknologi memungkinkan para pengguna untuk menjalankan suatu aplikasi tanpa harus memikirkan aspek infrastruktur dan platform-nya. Aspek teknis lain seperti memory, storage, backup dan restore dapat dilakukan dengan sangat mudah karena semuanya sudah tersediakan oleh penyedia jasa cloud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan memodelkan infrastruktur serta serta manajemen kebutuhan platform server di jaringan komputer PT Fortuna Mediatama. Sistem cloud computing layanan infrastructure as a service (private cloud) yang dibuat menggunakan proxmox sehingga system administrator dapat dengan mudah untuk melakukan maintenance dan troubleshooting pada jaringan komputer. Penggunaan memory yang didapat pada virtual machine“saktipay” meliputi 45% dan network 7,7Kbit/s.

Abstract

In this fast-paced era, the need for precise, fast, and accurate information is something that must be done. Effectiveness and efficiency should be carried out according to needs so that the information can be relevant to its users. Thus, the registration information system, which has been manual in agencies or organizations, can be changed to online with accurate and timely data. Likewise, the Tamansari Religious Affairs Office in Bogor Regency. The current marriage registration system at the Tamansari Bogor Regency Office of Religious Affairs is no longer in line with the current development. The current system does not use computers as data processing tools, the results are still not well structured. Especially for processing the data of the prospective bride and groom. In this system, what is processed is registration data, bridal data, guardian data, witness data, admin data, and other data. The problem that occurs at this time is that the processed data feels slow, the resulting report has to pass data collection several times. In the information system to fulfill this final project, we will explain how to design and build a web-based marriage registration information system. The tools used in designing this system are MySQL, Entity Relational Diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams, while for data collection using observation, interviews, and literature study. Meanwhile, database application development tools use MySQL and the programming language uses PHP. From this application, the benefits of data processing of brides, guardians, witnesses, etc. will be automatically obtained. Abstract

Marketers today view social media as a great potential to increase market share. Companies can use social media marketing to sell products, build brand equity, and grow greater customer loyalty. This study aims to determine: 1) Implementation of social media marketing at Kinasih Resort & Conference Bogor; 2) Obstacles in implementing social media marketing at Kinasih Resort & Conference Bogor; 3) How to overcome obstacles in implementing social media marketing at Kinasih Resort & Conference Bogor. The results of this study include: 1) Implementation of social media marketing including utilizing social media platform features, creating account identities, and communicating with prospects through broadcasts; 2) Obstacles that arise in implementing social media marketing including obstacles in increasing traffic and leads because targets often respond slowly to communication; 3) solutions that have been implemented by the company include diligently checking targets and rechecking in making offers. Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid internet users. This is due to the increasing needs of the community. One of the people's needs for internet users is the need for bank facilities that can facilitate people in transacting. With good quality bank facilities can affect customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of the Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI Baranangsiang Branch, Bogor City. (2) The influence of Mobile Banking on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI Baranangsiang Branch, Bogor City. (3) The effect of Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) and Mobile Banking services on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI Baranangsiang Branch, Bogor City. The purpose of this research is to examine the significant effect of Automatic Teller Machine and Mobile Banking on Customer Satisfaction at Bank BRI Baranangsiang Branch, Bogor City, partially (individually) or simultaneously (together). The result of this study shows that partially Mobile Banking had positive and significant effect on customer statisfaction. Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) have a positive and significant effect on customer statisfaction. And simultaneously Mobile Banking and Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) have a positive and significant effect on customer statisfaction.The number of respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data in this study were collected using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. This study used a quantitative approach. Sampling by simple random sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis method by fulfilling the classical assumption test. Abstract

An information system is a collection of information contained in a database using information technology models and media used in decision making within a company. In a company, information is something that is important to support the decision-making process by management. Every company or shop must be familiar with inventory or stock of goods. Inventory is the stock of goods which is usually related to the sales and purchasing departments. PT. Bayu Ardi Triyana is a company operating in the IT Solution sector which still uses manual methods to collect data on outgoing and incoming stock so that many errors can occur and result in stock differences between the written data and the goods in the warehouse. Therefore, a system for recording stock availability, incoming and outgoing goods is needed at PT Bayu Ardi Triyana to assist in its business processes. With the system built, it is hoped that it will be able to improve company performance. Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) is an analysis method that examines requirements from the perspective of classes and objects encountered within the scope of the problem that directs software architecture based on the manipulation of system or subsystem objects. OOAD is a new way of thinking about a problem by using models created according to concepts around the real world. Abstract

Megmilk Snow Brand Indonesia is a company that produces milk-based foods (cheese processing) with the well-known brand MEG Cheese. PT Anugerah Raja Terkini is one of the outsourcing companies that collaborates with PT. Megmilk Snow Brand Indonesia. PT Anugerah Raja Terkini itself is responsible for sales activities at the Sales Promotion Girl level. Currently, PT. Anugerah Raja Terkini monitors its SPG only using WhatsApp media. PT. Anugerah Raja Terkini cannot confirm whether the sales are genuine or fictitious, and the admin takes a relatively long time to create a sales report. To be able to overcome this problem, an information system is needed that can support sales data collection activities at PT. Recent King's Awards. The aim of this data collection system is that sales personnel can work better and the sales reporting process can run more quickly and accurately. Abstract

Keamanan informasi merupakan hal penting dari teknologi informasi, keduanya saling terkait sehingga apabila tidak dijaga maka hasilnya adalah kebocoran data atau informasi penting. Data adalah “tambang emas” yang sangat penting, karena data yang tidak dijaga merupakan sasaran empuk bagi pencuri data. Disisi lain penggunaan teknologi informasi semakin tinggi terutama dengan semakin banyaknya platform media sosial, layanan publik dari pemerintah maupun negara, hal tersebut tentunya orang semakin intens untuk bersosialisasi dan berkumpul secara digital. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui kadar kewaspadaan generasi Z terkait keamanan dan kebiasaan menjaga data diri di media sosial.  Metode survei kuantitas dilakukan di media sosial yang sering digunakan oleh generasi Z, hal ini berdasarkan penelitian Nicolle Merril tentang penggunaan media sosial untuk riset sosial, “Using an exploratory online survey distributed through online social networks as an example. Gen z sebagai generasi yang dikenal sebagai generasi digital harus lebih memperhatikan keamanan digital personal maupun lingkungan, bersikap lebih waspada serta tidak mudah tergiur akan tawaran kurang masuk akal yang dilakukan di media sosial maupun media komunikasi seperti email maupun aplikasi chat. Dengan demikian, disimpulkan bahwa generasi z sebagai generasi digital sudah memiliki kepedulian terhadap keamanan pribadi yang mencakup keamanan akun media sosial dan ancaman-ancaman yang mungkin dapat menyerang.

Abstract

One data Indonesia is a platform created by the Ministry of National Development Planning or the National Development Planning Agency (PPN/BAPPENAS) to facilitate access to information for all levels of society regarding development in Indonesia. The One Data Indonesia Portal contains data and information from various government agencies, non-governmental organizations and other sources. Through the One Data Indonesia Portal, users can search for data and information related to topics such as the economy, education, health, social and environment. User satisfaction is a person's emotional feelings of pleasure or disappointment that occur when the performance (outcome) of a product is compared to the expected result (or results). The number of website users, the researcher wants to know the level of user satisfaction of One Data Indonesia Portal from the user's point of view by paying attention to user satisfaction indicators. The quantitative analysis used in the research is presented on the Satu Data Indonesia website ( www.data.go.id ), the research findings are presented as accurate numerical data. the results of the research are in the form of satisfaction level values and validity and reliability tests. The conclusion from the analysis of user satisfaction on the Indonesian one-data website using the PIECES method was carried out on 100 Indonesian one-data website user respondents whose characteristics were obtained based on the age, gender and occupation of the respondents using the PIECES domain.
