Abstract

Abstract This research was purposed to analyze the relation between workload and nurse performance at Muslimat Hospital Ponorogo with work engagement and job satisfaction as intermediary variables. The method used in the research is quantitative with two-stage multiple linear regression as a measuring tool. The number of samples used in the research was 50 nurses at the Muslimat Hospital Ponorogo with various criteria of gender, age, length of work and different educational backgrounds. The research results show that workload directly has a positive and significant effect on performance, workload directly has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, while workload directly has no significant effect on nurse satisfaction. The relationship between work engagement and performance directly and job satisfaction has a significant effect. Meanwhile, work engagement and job satisfaction are considered not to be able to significantly mediate workload on nurse performance.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the empowerment strategy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the cooperative and SME department of Tabanan Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data analysis using SWOT matrix analysis. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The technique for determining informants used was the snowball and purposive techniques. The results of this research show that there are still indicators that are not optimal. The SWOT analysis shows that the Tabanan Regency cooperative and SME department has large and abundant potential but also faces challenges such as market expansion, changes in regulations and increasingly fierce competition. The empowerment strategy involves improving facilities, services and promotions as well as training through digital media. Sustainability is integrated into management to involve local communities and improve human resources. The implementation of this strategy is expected to increase people's interest in loving local products and using local products so that local products can compete with foreign products, as well as creating economic opportunities for local communities. Collaboration with related parties is needed to support this empowerment. With a holistic approach, the Tabanan Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Service is expected to be an agent of change capable of integrating economic, social and environmental aspects in efforts to empower MSMEs. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami strategi pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro,kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di dinas koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Tabanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan meggunakan metode deskriptif Kualitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis matriks SWOT. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara,observasi,dan dokumentasi. Teknik penentuan informan yang digunakan adalah Teknik snowball dan purposive. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan masih adanya indikator yang belum maksimal. Analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa dinas koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Tabanan memiliki poteni yang besar serta melimpah namun juga menghadapi tantangan seperti peluasan pasar, perubahan regulasi dan persaingan yang semakin ketat. Strategi pemberdayaan melibatkan peningkatan fasilitas,pelayanan dan promosi serta pelatihan melalui media digital. Keberlanjutan diintegrasikan dalam manajemen untuk melibatkan komunitas lokal dan peningkatan SDM. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk mencintai produk lokal dan menggunakan produk lokal sehingga produk lokal dapat bersaing dengan produk luar, serta menciptakan peluang ekonomi bagi masyarakat setempat. Kolaborasi dengan pihak terkait diperlukan untuk mendukung pemberdayaan ini. Dengan pendekatan holistic, Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Tabanan diharapkan dapat menjadi agen perubahan yang mampu mengintegrasikan aspek – aspek ekonomi,sosial,dan lingkungan dalam upaya pemberdayaan UMKM. Abstract

Employee engagement and its impact on organizational performance have received significant attention over the past two decades. This research delves into the factors that influence the impact of employee engagement on IBISMA's performance as a non-profit organization. It explores the various organizational factors that influence and shape employee engagement. The researchers adopted a qualitative research methodology. An inductive approach was employed to conduct interviews, allowing for a deeper understanding of the factors that affect employee engagement. The resulting data was then subjected to thematic analysis for further examination. The main findings of the study reveal a clear understanding of the factors that influence the impact of employee engagement that lead to performance of IBISMA. It has been identified in this research that diminished levels of engagement significantly impact employee commitment and motivation. Several factors contribute to the observed decline in employee engagement, including job design, ineffective communication practices, workplace culture, insufficient recognition-based rewards, and career growth and development. Based on the findings above, suggested recommendations are made in order to increase engagement at IBISMA through weekly strategic discussions, establish a robust and consistent communication system, establish a reward and recognition system to motivate and encourage work engagement, and establish a performance evaluation system for better engagement. A holistic approach merges quantitative analyses of annual accounts with qualitative insights from corporate finance, focusing on unraveling the nuanced relationship between financing techniques and financial performance indicators, considering diverse variables such as industry characteristics and company sizes. Employing robust methodologies including regression analysis, correlation analysis, and panel data analysis, the study uncovers significant trends. Noteworthy findings include a burgeoning reliance on debt financing, the emergence of hybrid financing structures, and industry-specific variations in financing preferences. The positive correlation between equity financing and profitability aligns seamlessly with agency theory, underlining its potential for aligning management interests with long-term value creation. Meanwhile, the nuanced impact of debt financing emphasizes the imperative for companies to delicately balance the benefits and risks associated with financial leverage. Implications derived from the research extend practical advice to industry practitioners, emphasizing the need for tailored financing strategies, strengthened corporate governance, and industry-specific considerations. Abstract

MSMEs in the food business, especially in Indonesia, encounter major obstacles in adhering to food safety requirements because of their restricted resources and technical knowledge. This study investigates the effects of applying Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) methodology on enhancing food safety standards at a particular MSME, Desi Kue, situated in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia. The study uses surveys, interviews, and hazard analysis assessments to identify potential dangers and suggest effective management techniques to improve food safety processes at Desi Kue. Customized education and training programs are crucial for enhancing awareness and comprehension of food safety among MSME stakeholders. The report emphasizes the importance of adjusting food safety policies and resources to tackle the specific difficulties encountered by MSMEs. MSMEs can effectively adopt HACCP principles by working with regulatory organizations and industry associations. This will help improve consumer trust, ensure public health, and promote sustainable growth in the food sector. This study offers significant insights for Desi Kue and MSMEs in Indonesia and other developing countries, enabling them to capitalize on prospects for competitiveness and growth in the global market by implementing strong food safety management systems.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of TikTok influencers on consumer purchase intentions, focusing on Scarlet Whitening products. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data was collected via survey methods from TikTok users familiar with Scarlet Whitening products. Analysis revealed a significant correlation between TikTok influencers' endorsements and customer purchase intentions, highlighting the influencers' substantial role in shaping consumer behavior. The findings underscore the importance of considering social media influencers in contemporary marketing strategies, particularly for businesses in sectors like cosmetics and beauty. Academically, this study contributes to understanding digital-age consumer behavior, while practically, it offers insights for enhancing marketing plans through strategic influencer collaborations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe, explain about consumer behavior assolo’ the wedding event in Suku Kajang in perspective maslahah. This research is qualitative research, the type of research is field research and using an ethnographic approach method. The data collection methods used were observation and interviews. The research results show that consumer behavior assolo' the wedding event in the Kajang Tribe in perspective maslahah namely: 1) pregnant maslahah in the form of maintaining honor and self-respect/say',2) pregnant Maslahah in the form of taawwun values ​​and the embodiment of friendship, and 3) containsThe Value of Maslahah as a Means of Transaction, Distribution of Wealth and Welfare of Property Ownership.So starting from the description above, it can be understood that consumer behavior assolo' the wedding event in the Kajang Tribe in perspective maslahah directly maintain the objectives of Sharia'. Because considering the benefit dimension, besides that assolo' People hold wedding ceremonies to make it easier for them to live their lives, and to keep them away from the negative stigma of society's views.

Abstract

Field research is research that has direct contact with sources. conflict of interest of researchers involved in a study. The purpose of this research is to determine the importance of ethics in research. The method used in this research uses PRISMA where the steps in searching for data consist of identification, screening, eligibility and inclusion. , with data sources Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and the Diva portal. Researchers need procedures and ethics that can monitor and ensure they remain in the correct and safe areas. What is no less important is critical and reflexive thinking and actions during research. policymakers should revisit guidance on research ethical vulnerabilities, and we suggest that a stakeholder engagement process would greatly aid that work
