Abstract

The Quranic stories contain lessons and admonitions that are worthy of reflection and contemplation, there is nothing more beneficial for a person than pondering over the Quran. One of the most remarkable examples of patience and steadfastness in the Quran is the story of the prophet (Ayyub), peace be upon him. Indeed, patience is often mentioned in conjunction with him. This research presents Quranic reflections on the story of the prophets (Ayyub), peace be upon him, as told in surahs Al-anbiya and saad. The researcher used an inductive, deductive, and descriptive approach to extract the meanings, benefits, guidance, and faith-related concepts derived from pondering over the story of the prophet (Ayyub), peace be upon him, and its impact on the Muslim community. The study consists of an introduction, three chapters, and conclusion, and indexes. The introduction covers the importance of the topic, reasons for choosing it, research objectives, previous studies, and research methodology. The first and second chapters include reflections on the story of the prophet (Ayyub), peace be upon him, in surahs Al-anbiya and saad, respectively. This is done by explaining the Quranic verses and presenting the benefits and guidance derived from pondering them. The third chapter highlights the most important faith-related concepts derived from the story of the prophet (Ayyub,) peace be upon him and their impact on the Muslim community. Through this research, the researcher found that the most important faith-related concepts derived from this story are belief in fate and destiny, supplication, and patience. The research concludes that: Pondering over and contemplating the Quranic stories is a source of comfort for those who are afflicted, The Prophet (Ayyub), peace be upon him, was afflicted with the loss of wealth, children, and health, but he remained patient and grateful to Allah until he was cured. He is a role model for those who remain patient and steadfast in adversity. Supplication is a great means of relieving worries and difficulties, bringing peace to the heart, and facilitating matters.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze how to work professionally to improve the economy of the ummah based on prophetic revelations namely the Qur'an and Hadith. The method used is Library Research. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. Data processing techniques by sorting relevant sources, classifying and compiling them systematically. The findings of this study are that work is part of worship and jihad if you follow Allah's rules consistently. The value that must be maintained at work is Itqon, which is professional which is interpreted as expert, smart, proficient, capable, accurate, careful, precise, mastery, strong, and firm. Professional indicators or itqon is always present on time and complete obligations to completion. The application of itqan values in a job includes accuracy, thoroughness, professionalism in utilizing science and technology, and consistently maintaining quality. Islam through Sharia Economics has provided concepts in work culture with several characteristics and characters including al-Shalah, al-Itqan, al-Ihsan, al-Mujahada, and Taawun.

Abstract

This research aims to correct misunderstandings and invalidate suspicions and theories relating to the creation of man and his origins, and to demonstrate a complete correspondence between what is stated in the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet and what is confirmed by scientific facts. This approach uses an inductive model where we will follow the Qur'anic approach in presenting this important issue in human life. The results of the study concluded that: first, the creation of man went through three main stages: starting creation from dust: (The creation of Adam), which went through various forms, as revealed by the Qur'an.  the creation of Eve from Adam's rib, and the creation of Adam's descendants. In the second stage, humans were created from sperm from Adam's offspring and did not evolve from other creations. Third stage: Invalidity of Darwin's theory with forensic evidence and scientific facts. تهدف الدراسة إلى تصحيح التصورات الخاطئة وإبطال الشبهات والنظريات المتعلقة بخلق الإنسان وأصله، وبيان التطابق التام بين ما جاء في القرآن الكريم وصحيح السنة النبوية المطهرة وبين ما أكدته الحقائق العلمية. منهج استقرائي حيث سنسير وفق المنهج القرآني في عرضه لهذه القضية المهمة في حياة الإنسان وذلك أجدى لبيان التطابق بينه وبين ما جاءت به أبحاث الإعجاز العلمي من خلال هذا البحث الموجز نخلص إلى النتائج التالية: أولاً: أن خلق الإنسان مرّ بثلاث مراحل رئيسية، هي: مرحلة بدء الخلق من تراب: (خلق آدم عليه السلام)؛ حيث مرّت بصور مختلفة؛ عبر عنها القرآن الكريم بعدة تعبيرات بحسب تغير صفة هذه المادة وأحوالها, مرحلة خلق حواء من ضلع آدم, مرحلة خلق ذرية آدم في صلبه أثناء خلقه

Abstract

Discussing the issue of legal disputes in the defects in the qurban is an attempt to remove it from the barriers to acceptance because it is rituals that show the integrity of the purpose, and the cleansing of his intentions in terms of worship. These rituals have been going on for only one year, this is also evidence of the reality of sharia and its tolerance, this study aims to study the defects that affect sacrifice by explaining its laws. These defects prevent the acceptance of worship, so the purpose of this study is to be a guide for Muslims in sacrificial worship and to be accepted in the sight of Allah. This research is an inductive and qualitative model, with normative, theological, and fiqh approaches. The results of the study concluded that there are some basic and legal differences, and it is done to save the perpetrators of sacrificial worship, to be safer and more accepted worship. إن ذكر الخلاف الفقهي في عيوب الأضحية سعي لاستخلاصها من الموانع الحاجبة لقبولها، إذ هي شعيرة عظمية من الشعائر الدالة على سلامة مقصد، وخلوص نيته في قربانه، وإن كان هذه الشعيرة سنة فهو دليل على واقعية الشريعة وسماحتها، فيهدف البحث في دراسة العيوب المؤثرة في الأضحية ببيان حكمها، العيوب المانعة من قبولها، لتكون دليلًا للمسلم في توجيه نسكه، وصحة تعبده وتقربه إلى ربه، فسلكت فيها المنهج الاستقرائي، وخلصت أن الاختلاف في اختلاف تنوع، فهي تخرجها عن وصف السلامة لا القبول

Abstract

The MUI National Sharia Council has issued a fatwa allowing the sale and purchase of gold on credit. This fatwa at first glance contradicts the hadiths which contain the obligation to exchange gold for gold in cash. Until not a few Islamic economists in books or articles criticized the fatwa. One of them is Erwandi Tarmizi in his book entitled 'Harta Haram Muamalat Contemporary'. The author criticizes the fatwa and explains the weak sides of its argument. So this study aims to analyze the extent of the compatibility of the arguments of the MUI National Sharia Council with the rules of Ushul Fiqh related to Islamic economics. The method used is qualitative with a literature approach, and discriptive-qualitative, with a normative approach. The results showed that some of the arguments used by the MUI National Sharia Council that were considered strong were the propositions of the rules of Ushul Fiqh related to 'illat law and the rules of Fiqh related to 'urf. So the opinion of the MUI National Sharia Council in this matter has been in line with the rules of Ushul Fiqh in concluding a law from its propositions.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out the concept of sharia and its implementation in the city of Surakarta perspective of M. Muinudinillah's Thought at the Sharia Council of Surakarta City (DSKS). M. Muinudinillah Basri Expressing His Thoughts and Ideas about Sharia He founded the Tahfizul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School (PPTQ) Ibnu Abbas Klaten, Lecturer at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta and as chairman at the Sharia Council of Surakarta City. Even the works of M. Muinudinillah Basri's thoughts on Sharia are contained in many books, journals and articles. In addition to his works, he is known as Ustadz, Ulama, Intellectual, Lecturer, Activist and Unifier of ukhuwah. This research uses qualitative studies with library research methods. The approach used is historical and descriptive which aims to describe, describe clearly following what is happening in the actual reality of the object of study studied. The results of this study show that M. Muinudinillah Basri's thoughts on Sharia are very relevant to what was applied by M. Muinudinillah Basri.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the review of Islamic law on the profession and the administration of the wife's salary in Kalipucang Kulon Village, Welahan District, Jepara Regency in supporting family income as a factory worker. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach, namely research that has the characteristics that the data is expressed in a natural state or as it is (natural setting), by not changing the shape of symbols or numbers and is descriptive based on the question of how. And the data processing technique is to use qualitative descriptive techniques. Research families that in everyday life have needs that must be met, both primary, secondary and tertiary needs. There are times when a husband does not have enough ability to meet these needs. Therefore, in this time and conditions are different, women have had the same opportunities as men to excel in various areas of life, even economically no longer dependent on men.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practice of buying and selling fish with a tariff fishing rod system using an Islamic legal approach. This research was conducted in Sidowayah Village, Polanharjo District, Klaten Regency. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected using interview and observation methods at fishing grounds. Then the data obtained are analyzed descriptively to obtain conclusions in the study. The results of this study show that the practice of tariff fishing in Sidowayah Village, if viewed in terms of Islamic law, should not be carried out, because it contains elements prohibited in Islam, especially in the chapter of Fiqh Muamalah. After all, this practice contains elements of gharar (obscurity) in the object of contract and maisir (luck) which is unclear in terms of quality and quantity due to the absence of a checking process first. Therefore, it would be nice to avoid this kind of buying and selling so that the buying and selling that is done is valid under Islamic law.

Abstract

The Glorious Qur’an, as the central religious text of Islam addresses various aspects of human life and provides guidance for personal and societal development. It also outlines the moral excellence of individuals and communities, focusing on spiritual, moral, and social dimensions. The Glorious Qur’an recognizes the challenges faced by humanity and encourages efforts towards global human development. It, however, harps on the cultivation of moral virtues and ethical behaviour thereby promoting justice, honesty, compassion, humility, patience, and generosity. Principles of social justice and equality and the calls for the eradication of discrimination based on race, gender, as well as social status, have aptly been captured in a plethora of Qur’anic verses. It is thus in line with this backdrop that this article intends to assess the impact of Qur’anic moral excellence on the lives of Muslim society towards human moral development. However, to achieve the objectives of the research, the article attempts to answer some basic questions. How did the Qur’an emphasize the need for social cohesion and working together to address societal challenges? What efforts are necessary for enhancing human moral development? What are the contributing factors toward promoting justice, peace, and well-being of human society? What are the principles the Qur’an provides for effective navigation toward a better future for all? The article adopts an analytical methodology.

Abstract

This research aims to show the dealing with digital money from the perspective of the Islamic. The researcher in this section has mentioned the talk about dealing in digital electronic money from the perspective of the Islamic. He mentioned the definition and the concept of money, and its history and types. He singled out the talk about digital electronic money in terms of its concept and history, and between the rule of dealing with it from the sayings of contemporary scientists that clarify the meaning of what is intended, and the position of the researcher in it, and the problem is currently that many people do not know digital electronic money as well as the rule of dealing with it, it has become necessary to find scientific research that shows and shows the legal ruling in dealing with it. This study is based on combining approaches based on the nature and style of research, and highlighted The methods used and required by the study are the inductive method, the texts, and the analytical method, which analyzes these texts, and explains some strange words and terms if necessary. Then the researcher used the field study to collect data from books and studies, and then analyze these texts and studies from the sayings of contemporary scholars in electronic and digital money, such as the fatwas of the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments in Dubai, the fatwas of the Palestinian Dar Al-Iftah, the fatwas of the Egyptian Dar Al-Iftah, and others and others. Then the position of the researcher and weighting. This section contained an introduction and four sections, and in conclusion, the researcher shed light on the most prominent section of the most important results reached by suggestions and recommendations, then references sources and indexes. يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان التعامل بالنقود الرقمية في منظور الإسلامي .وقد أورد الباحث في هذا المبحث الكلام حول التعامل في النقود الإلكترونية الرقمية في منظور الإسلامي. أورد التعريف ومفهوم النقود، وتاريخه وأنواعه وخص الكلام حول نقود الإلكترونية الرقمية من حيث مفهومه وتاريخه ، وبين حكم التعامل بها من وأقوال العلماء المعاصرين التي توضح معنى المراد، وموقف الباحث فيها، والمشكلة حاليا أن كثيرا من الناس لا يعرفون نقود الإلكترونية الرقمية فضلا عن حكم التعامل بها، أصبح من الضروري أن يوجد بحثا علميا يظهر ويبين حكم الشرعي في التعامل بها، وتقوم هذه الدراسة على الجمع بين مناهج بناء على طبيعة البحث وأسلوبه، وأبرز المناهج المستعملة والتي تقتضيها الدراسة هما المنهج الاستقرائي النصوص، والمنهج التحليل ، التي تقوم بتحليل هذه النصوص، وشرح بعض الكلمات الغريبة والمصطلحات،إذا دعت إلى ذلك حاجة. ثم أن الباحث استعمل الدراسة الميدانية، لجمع البيانات من الكتب والدراسات،ثم تحليل هذه النصوص والدراسات من أقوال العلماء المعاصرين في النقود الإلكترونية والرقمية، مثل فتاوى الهيئة العامة للشؤون الإسلامية والأوقاف في دبي، وفتاوى دار الإفتاح الفلسطينية، وفتاوى دار الإفتاح المصرية ، وغيرهم وغيرهم. ثم موقف الباحث والترجيح. فقد احتوى هذا المبحث على مقدمة وأربعة مباحث، وفي الختام، فقد القى الباحث ضوءا على أبرز ما في المبحث من أهم النتائج التي توصل اليها من اقتراحات وتوصيات، ثم المراجع والمصادر والفهارس.
