"Jurnal Ilmiah Agritas" is a scholarly journal that is published by the Agribusiness Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The journal has been in publication since 2017 and is dedicated to the dissemination of research findings and advancements in the field of agribusiness. the Journal aims to foster the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and innovative approaches among researchers and professionals in the agribusiness field. It serves as a valuable resource for academics, policymakers, and industry experts who seek to stay updated with the latest research and advancements in agribusiness and related disciplines. This biannual journal publishes two issues per year, which are released in the months of March and October. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the total production costs and production cost efficiency, analyze the comparison of the results of the calculation of production cost efficiency using the standard costing method and the target costing method and also analyze the effect of target costing on expected profits in UMKM Jenang Ayu Niten. The quantitative analysis method used is comparative descriptive which includes the standard costing method and target costing method and also uses simple linear regression analysis. Comparative descriptive analysis is carried out to compare the two methods so that it is known which method has a better efficiency level. Analysis using the target costing method was able to produce a higher net profit before PPH for MSMEs compared to the standard costing method with a difference of Rp 46,093,700 or equivalent to 11.86%. The level of cost efficiency after value engineering in UMKM Jenang Ayu Niten amounted to 61.79% and was better than before value engineering with a percentage difference of 1.02%. The value engineering is done by providing value added to product packaging in the form of standing pouch packaging with paper metal material so that it can increase the selling price and expected profit. After that, this study used a simple linear regression test with the results of the target costing variable (X) having a significant positive effect on expected profit (Y). The regression test results show that target costing has an influence of 94.6%. This proves that the effect of the target costing variable (X) on the expected profit variable (Y) is in the strong category and the remaining 5.4% is influenced by other variables not included in the research that has been done.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the role of credit union savings and loans cooperatives on the welfare of members in Simpang Dua District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan. The basic method in this study is the quantitative descriptive research method. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Data retrieval technique using questionnaires. Determination of the number of samples using the slovin formula and the size of the sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with partial significance test (t test), and test determination test (R2). The results showed that: 1. There is no effect of providing capital on the welfare of members (influence with sig = 0.348<0.05), 2. There is a significant effect of service quality on member welfare (with sig= 0.013<0.05), 3. There is an effect of the loan interest rate on the welfare of members (with sig=0.000<0.05), 4. The provision of capital, quality of service, and interest rate on loans simultaneously affect the welfare of members (influence with sig=0,000<0,05).]]>

<![CDATA[The research aims to analyze the influence of market segmentation on purchasing decisions at CV Merapi Farma Herbal in Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta Special Region. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is consumers. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. Determining the number of samples used the lemeshow formula and the sample size was 100 respondents who had made purchases. Statistical tests use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, R test, F test, and T test. The results of the study show that the variables geographic segmentation, demographic segmentation, psychographic segmentation, and behavioral segmentation have a significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions at CV Merapi Farma Herbal. The coefficient of determination value is 53% and the remainder is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The geographic segmentation variable has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions for CV Merapi Farma Herbal with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05. The demographic segmentation variable has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions for CV Merapi Farma Herbal with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Psychographic segmentation variables have a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions for CV Merapi Farma Herbal with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The behavioral segmentation variable has a partially significant effect on the purchasing decision of CV Merapi Farma Herbal with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, wages and work discipline on employee performance at PT X. The basic research method is to use quantitative research with the sampling technique using purposive proportional random sampling. The total population of 202 employees with a sample size of 135 employees consisting of permanent, apprentice and contract employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show a significant effect partially on the variables of wages and work discipline on employee performance at PT X, while leadership style has no partial effect on employee performance at PT X. Based on the results of the simultaneous hypothesis test (F test), it shows that simultaneously or jointly the independent variables (leadership style, wages and work discipline) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance). <![CDATA[This study analyzes to find out the amount of income earned by farmers and to find out the magnitude of the production and income risks faced by smallholder oil palm farmers from 2019-2021 in Sei Lama Village, Simpang Empat District, Asahan Regency. This research was conducted in Sei Lama Village, Simpang Empat District, Asahan Regency. This research was carried out starting from surveys, collecting data in the field and preparing reports. The results showed that the average income earned by farmers who had a land area of >1 Ha was IDR 556,529,160/Rp/Ha/semester, while farmers with the lowest income were farmers who had a land area of 0.6-1 Ha of IDR 91,884,000 /Rp/Ha/semester.
