This biannual journal publishes two issues per year, which are released in the months of March and October. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the level of participation of KWT Mentari on family welfare covering urban agricultural businesses that utilize yard land and local food management with assistance from CSR BRI cares that support women's empowerment through KWT in Kalurahan Maguwoharjo, Sleman Regency. This research is a quantitative research that focuses on KWT Mentari in Kalurahan Maguwoharjo, Sleman Regency. The number of respondents to this study was 35 people who were determined by census method. The results of research in the field of participation of KWT Mentari members are high, starting from planning participation obtained a value of 85%, implementation 85%, utilization of results 83% and evaluation 86%. In the results of the study, the level of family welfare of KWT Mentari members was high at the level of Pre-Prosperous Families (PPP) known to 0 respondents, Prosperous Family I (KS I) known to 3 respondents, Prosperous Family II (KS II) known to 10 respondents, Prosperous Family III (KS III) known to 14 respondents and Prosperous Family III + known to 8 respondents. In the statistical test results, the results of the T test were obtained from the participation variable, the calculated T value was 5.856 > T table 2.035, meaning that the participation variable had a significant effect on family welfare. In the results of the Coefficient of Determination test, an R square value of 51.0% was obtained, which contains the understanding that participation affects family welfare by 51.0%, while the remaining 49.0% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the marketing of Arabica coffee in Sihite I Village, Dolok Sanggul District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. This research has a sample size of 40 coffee farmers, 2 collecting traders, 2 diluent traders, 1 wholesaler in Sihite Village, Dolok Sanggul District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. Considering the importance of the Arabica coffee commodity for farmers, a clear picture of the Arabica coffee marketing channel from farmer producers to final consumers is needed so that profits can be distributed evenly. This research was carried out starting from a survey, collecting data in the field and making a report. The research results show that there are two marketing channels, namely marketing channel 1 consisting of farmers and wholesalers and consumer channel 2 consisting of farmers, collecting traders, retailers, wholesalers and consumers. Marketing costs in Sihite I Village, Dolok Sanggul District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency with marketing costs of IDR 180.52/Kg and the highest marketing margin in level 2 marketing channels of IDR 25,000/Kg. Abstract

This research aims to describe the process of empowering women through KWT, knowing the results of planning, implementation and evaluation in empowering women in KWT Kemiri Edum. This research uses basic qualitative research methods using a case study qualitative research type (case study) which is an in-depth research method of individuals, groups, organizations, activity plans at the Kemiri Edum KWT. The informants in this research involved 23 members of KWT Kemiri Edum as key informants, 4 daily administrators of KWT Kemiri Edum as supporting informants and UPTD BP4 Region 5 Pakem as additional informants totaling 2 people. The research results show that the women's empowerment program process for KWT Kemiri Edum members is going well, starting from the planning process, implementation to evaluation. Through the women's empowerment program, the welfare level of KWT Kemiri Edum members is at the Prosperous Family (KS) II and KS III stages based on the 2021 BKKBN regulations. Abstract

The research was conducted to analyse the motivation of farmers in rice farming in rainfed paddy fields in Kapanewon Jetis, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method, the determination of the location is done by (purposive method). The sample was 57 farmer respondents using the census method. The types of research data are primary and secondary data. Data analysis using descriptive analytical method with hypothesis testing using t test. The results showed the factors that influence the motivation of farmers are internal factors consisting of the age of respondents 45-64 years (52.6%). The highest number of family dependents 3-4 people (17.50%). Farming experience >10 years (91.2%). Average land ownership status is freehold (63.2%). The average land size was 800-1299m² (38.6%). There were (19.2%) respondents who had an income of more than the Bantul Regency minimum wage of IDR 2,066,000. External factors consisted of family encouragement in the form of labour assistance (89.4%), and environmental factors related to rice-paddy-cropping patterns (89.4%). The Existence motivation level is in the medium category with an average score of 2.04, Relatedness in the high category with an average score of 2.37 and, Growth in the high category with an average score of 2.32. The level of motivation (ERG) is in the medium category with an average score of 2.24.  The results of hypothesis testing show that the motivation of farmers in rice farming in rainfed paddy fields in Kapanewon Jetis Bantul Yogyakarta is low. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the quality and price of BISI-18 hybrid corn seed products on farmer satisfaction in Banyusoco Village, Playen District, Gunungkidul Regency. This research is a quantitative research with sample determination using the Slovin formula, obtaining 85 respondents from a population of 489 taken from each farmer group in Banyusoco village. The data analysis method used is the quantitative descriptive method by calculating the score value for each variable and the multiple linear analysis method. The research results show that the quality variable score is 3,976, which is in the high category, the price variable score is 2,059, which is in the medium category, and the satisfaction variable score is 3,016, which is in the high category. The results of the t test show that the significant value of X1 is 0.000 < 0.05 and This is because farmers look more at quality than price. The calculated F test shows a value of 8,623 > 3.11 (Ftable), with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so the hypothesis is accepted or in other words the quality and price variables, together simultaneously influence farmer satisfaction. Based on the determination test, the Adjusted R Square value or coefficient of determination is 0.154, which means that the influence of the independent variables, namely quality and price, on the dependent variable, namely satisfaction, is 15.4%, while the remaining 84.6% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in the model this research, such as place factors, service quality, experience, strategy, etc. Keywords: BISI-18 Hybrid Corn Seeds, Quality, Price, Farmer Satisfaction
