Balaroa Pewunu Village has home-based businesses, namely banana chips, brown sugar chips, biapong cakes and pop ice. Home business is one of the efforts to meet household economic needs. A home-based business in running its business certainly requires good management, so that the business can continue to run. However, home businesses have not managed home businesses well. Community Service activities carried out are focused on managing home-based businesses. The purpose of this article is to serve so that it helps in managing home businesses, especially financial management, innovating products and expanding market share. The implementation method is carried out through observation, training and mentoring. The results achieved from this implementation are that home-based businesses have implemented simple bookkeeping records such as making cash flow books, inventory books, product sales books and production cost books.

This study focuses on the factors that influence the poverty rate in 15 regencies/cities in Central Kalimantan from 2010 to 2019. The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative using secondary data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The regression analysis of numerical data poverty rate in South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan found that the economic growth variable did not significantly influence the poverty rate in Central Kalimantan. However, the variables Human Development Index and unemployment significantly influence the poverty rate of the two states. The poverty variable has a significant adverse effect on the poverty level. Human resource development strategies and policies focusing on education, health, and people's incomes are vital to reducing poverty.

This study aims to analyze the influence of price and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions for Avoskin products. The research method employed was a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaires. The research sample consisted of 100 consumers of Avoskin products selected using the accidental sampling method. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical techniques, data instrument testing,, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results showed that partially, price did not affect consumer purchasing decisions on Avoskin products, while product quality did affect consumer purchasing decisions on Avoskin products. Simultaneously, both price and product quality have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions on Avoskin products.

This research focuses on knowing the effect of compensation and the work environment on employee performance at PT Sodexo Synergy Indonesia. research used associative with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses saturated samples or non-probability sampling with a total sample of 54 respondents using a questionnaire. In processing data for analysis using SPSS 26.0 software tools which include data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. Based on the partial results of the study it was found that compensation has no significant effect on employee performance. However, work environment variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Sodexo Sinergi Indonesia. The compensation provided by the company is good so it does not have a detrimental impact on employee performance. Then, PT Sodexo Sinergi Indonesia has created a work environment that is good enough to support the work activities of its employees.

The role of competence and training is very important in improving employee performance. Employees who have adequate competence will be able to carry out their work tasks better. The training provided by the company will improve employee competence so that they are able to improve their performance. This study aims to examine the effect of competence and training on employee performance at PT Dwipindo Karyo Mandiri. Methods of data collection using questionnaires distributed to 35 employee respondents with techniquesNon Probability Sampling or non-random sampling with saturated sampling (Census) and the entire population is used as a sample. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS application. The results of the study show that competence and training have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a beta coefficient of 0.781 and a t-value of 6.820. Meanwhile, training also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a beta coefficient of 0.087 and a t-value of 5.071. From the results of this study it can be concluded that companies should pay attention to competency development and employee training as an effort to improve employee performance. In the long term, competency development and employee training can provide benefits to companies in increasing competitiveness and business growth.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of consumer perceptions and lifestyle on consumer behavior in purchasing second-hand products (a case study of consumers at a used clothing store, Cowboy Collection, Padang). This type of research is quantitative research with multiple linear regression data analysis. The sample of this research is consumers at the cowboy collection used clothing store Padang. Samples were taken by non-probability sampling technique. The number of respondents 98 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The variables in this study are the independent variables, namely consumer perceptions (X₁) and lifestyle (X₂) and the dependent variable (Y), namely consumer behavior. From the calculation of the t test, it can be seen that for consumer perception (X₁) the large t-count value of t-table is 4.590 > 0.677 and a significant value is 0.012 <0.05, so the conclusion is that the hypothesis can be accepted or proven true for the consumer perception variable (X₁). So it can be stated that there is a positive and significant influence between consumer perceptions and consumer behavior. While the t test for lifestyle (X₂) the value of t count is large from t table 6.498 > 0.677 and a significant value is 0.000 <0.05 , so the conclusion is that the hypothesis is also accepted for the product quality variable (X₂). So it can be stated that there is a positive and significant influence between lifestyle and consumer behavior. Companies can pay more attention to things that can influence consumer behavior in purchasing products.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing financial knowledge, financial attitudes and personality towards financial management behavior for business, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in tilapia cultivation in Tantan Village, Sekernan District, Muaro Jambi Regency. and using the method of analysis with the coefficient of determination, the researchers used 27 people as resource persons to find out the results of the study. In partial research, the results show that financial knowledge, financial attitudes and personality have a positive effect on financial management behavior. Simultaneously, it shows that the variables of financial knowledge, financial attitude and personality have a positive influence on financial management behavior towards business actors. In the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it shows that the variables have an influence of 68.4% and 31.6% are influenced by variables outside this study.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work environment variables on employee performance at PT. Padang Rubber Valley. to test the effect of work facility variables on employee performance at PT. Lembah Karet Padang, to test the effect of workload variables on employee performance at PT. Padang Rubber Valley. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 75 respondents, by using test instrument test (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) multiple linear regression and t test, with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lembah Karet Padang, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance employee performance at PT. Lembah Karet Padang, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance employee performance at PT. Lembah Karet Padang, which means that the first hypothesis is accepted and the second hypothesis is accepted and the third hypothesis is accepted.

This study aims to examine the effect of product design on purchasing decisions for samyang noodles in the Bidar Alam Solok Selatan community. to test the effect of price on purchasing decisions for samyang noodles, the people of Bidar Alam Solok Selatan. And to test the effect of halal labeling on purchasing decisions for samyang noodles, the people of Bidar Alam Solok Selatan. This type of research is quantitative, where this research uses numerical data and the research process emphasizes objective measurement of results using statistical analysis. The population in this study are people who buy samyang noodles. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The number of samples is 70 people obtained by using the hair formula. The types of data used in this study are quantitative and qualitative data. The data sources are primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 21.00 program. The hypothesis was tested using the t test at α = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that product design, price and halal labeling have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for samyang noodles for the people of Bidar Alam Solok Selatan.

So in this study, it will be discussed in detail about the implementation of strategic management in F&B producers. Through this research, it is hoped that readers will be able to understand the basic concepts and principles of strategic management and how they apply to the F&B industry. This study will also discuss the factors that influence success in implementing strategic management. In this study using a qualitative approach method. A qualitative approach can be used in research on the implementation of strategic management conducted by food and beverage producers to understand the perspectives of organizational leaders on how they manage management strategies to maintain the existence of a product. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the implementation of strategic management in food and beverage producers is very important to ensure business success and sustainable growth..
