Abstract

In today's development, many companies in any business industry compete so tightly because companies are more careful and creative in developing ideas that are poured into competitive strategies through technology and information. Many companies that have started implementing an online transaction system have responded positively to customers who prioritize efficiency and effectiveness in shopping. One of the developing marketplaces in Indonesia is Shopee. Shopee became the top online shopping platform in Indonesia in the first half of 2021, from January to mid-year, in terms of the total number of app downloads and total monthly active users based on research by mobile app market researcher Annie. This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality on customer satisfaction and Word Of Mouth online Shopee in Morowali Regency by using the Amos Software analysis tool. 21.0. The results of this study indicate that the e-service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Shopee online customer satisfaction, the e-service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on the word of mouth of Shopee online customers and the customer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on the word of mouth variable. online shopee customers in Morowali Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze merger and its implications for employee motivation and productivity at Bank Syariah Indonesia. The type of research used is explanatory research. The research is conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia in Palu City Area, the respondents in this study are employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Palu City. The sampling technique used by the author is non-probability sampling. The type of non-probability sampling used in this study is saturated sampling or often called census. So, the sample in this study is the entire population taken, namely all employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Palu Area, totaling 126 employees. Data analysis in this study uses structural equation modeling through path analysis. The results show that merger has a significant effect on employee motivation at Bank Syariah Indonesia. Merger has a significant effect on productivity at Bank Syariah Indonesia. Motivation has a significant effect on productivity at Bank Syariah Indonesia.

Abstract

The potential of marine tourism attraction owned by Towale Village is one of the tourist villages in the Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi, which has now begun to attract a lot of tourists, especially marine tourism lovers. Problems in general are related to tourism, one of which is related to the quality of human resources, in this case the awareness of tourism by the community in tourist villages. Towale Village is one of the villages in Donggala Regency which will be designated as a Tourism Village. The low understanding of tourism awareness by the community is the reason why community service activities are carried out to increase human resources through tourism awareness in Towale Village, Central Banawa District. Donggala Regency. The method used in this service activity is the extension method by providing education and implementation examples aimed at tourism awareness. This activity was held in Towale Village in August by presenting 30 community leaders, village officials and tourism awareness groups. The results of this service provide an understanding to the community about how to grow tourism awareness in Towale Village, Banawa Tengah District, Donggala Regency.

Permasalahan secara umum berkaitan dengan kompetensi pemuda karanga taruna cipta karya yang terkait dengan kualitas sumber daya manusia, Kurangnya kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh karang taruna cipta karya desa Mantasal menjadi alasan dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pengembangan sumber daya manusia karang taruna cipta karya di Desa mantasala Kabupaten Morowali. metode pelaksanaan program pengandian kepada masyarakat tahap Pemilihan Lokasi Pengabdian, tahap Pengusulan, tahap Pengumpulan data, Tahap Persiapan Pelaksanaan, tahap Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, tahap Pelaporan Hasil Pengabdian. Hasil pengabdian ini memberikan pemahaman konsep dan motivasi peserta khususnya pemuda karang taruna cipta karya desa mantasala perlunya pengembangan diri dan memiliki kompetensi dan akan mulai untuk mengimplementasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehari-hari.

Abstract

Desa Balaroa Pewunu memiliki potensi dan Produk UMKM yang bersumber dari sektor pertanian dan perkebunan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mengidentifikasi masalah yang dihadapi serta menyusun strategi dalam pengembangan pemasaran Produk keripik pisang tanduk sebagai upaya peningkatan UMKM yang ada didesa Balaroa Pewunu,Kecamatan Dolo Barat, Kabupaten Sigi. Metode yang dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif observasional, Metode deskriptif ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mendekripsikan secara sistematis, factual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta yang menggambarkan fenomena secara detail agar mendapatkan analisis permasalahan yang lebih dalam dan menyajikan solusi penyelesaian yang tepat. kemudian analisa pengembangan dengan metode STP (segmentation, targeting, dan positioning) agar mendapatkan strategi pengembangan secara valid dan ilmiah dengan sistem pemasaran dan promosi menggunakan konsep reseller dan direct selling atau secara lansung. Selain itu kegiatan pengabdian ini pula dilakukan dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha keripik pisang tanduk. Berdasarkan seluruh penerapan strategi dalam pengembangan pemasaran pada keripik pisang tanduk menghasilkan dampak yang cukup positif, dibeberapa bulan terakhir dimulai dari pendampingan pada bulan September hingga desember 2022 tercatat produk keripik pisang telah tersebar di 100 outlet pedagang kecil yang berada di wilayah kecamtan marawola, kecamatan dolo barat, kecamatan dolo selatan dan sekitaran kecamatan terdekat di kabupaten Sigi

Abstract

Balaroa Pewunu Village is one of the villages located in West Dolo Sub-district, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The new village separated itself from the main village of Pewunu in 2012, the establishment of the village was stipulated on November 20, 2012 through Sigi Regency Regional Regulation Number 41 of 2012 concerning the Expansion of Balaroa Pewunu Village. As a village that has not been established for too long, it certainly needs to implement good service quality. The quality of service in Balaroa Pewunu Village is the focus of community service activities. However, the Balaroa Pewunu Village government in terms of administrative services still needs to be improved. This article was prepared to find out about the implementation of improving the quality of service of the Balaroa Pewunu Village Government. The implementation method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results achieved from the implementation of community service activities are that the Balaroa Pewunu Village Government has begun to implement related to Improving Service Quality, and since the transition to the new government period. Improvement after improvement, development after development and services that have been implemented have begun to appear, even now Balaroa Pewunu Village has become a model village for neighboring villages.

Abstract

Innovation is a system of recognition, development and renewal process that enhances economic success for entrepreneurs or producing companies and their consumers as well as the wider organization. BUMDes is one of the institutions that can be mobilized to support the improvement of the community's economy in the village. BumDes Balaroa Pewunu itself is engaged in the business of buying and selling agricultural products and savings and loans. Community economic empowerment is an effort to develop self-sufficiency and community welfare by increasing knowledge, attitudes, skills, behavior, abilities, and awareness, by utilizing existing resources. The stages of implementing the community service program are observation, interviews, proposals, data collection, training and reporting of the results of community service. In implementing the MBKM activities to Build Villages by conducting Socialization and Training inviting Resource Persons from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tadulako University, Agriculture Lecturers. The activity was carried out in two days, the material on the first day was that the lecturer from the Faculty of Economics and Business presented a business plan, financial management. On the second day the lecturer from Agriculture presented material on the procedures for making organic fertilizer by utilizing existing materials around the village, participants who were present were the Village Government, Head of Bumdes, farmers. Through the training which was carried out by inviting expert Lecturers from FEB UNTAD and Faculty of Agriculture opening the insights of the Village Government, especially BUMDes to continue to improve BUMDes innovation as an effort to improve the village economy of Balaroa Pewunu

Abstract

This community service is carried out with the aim of being able to assist program planning in the village. one of which is the management of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes). This research focuses on the role of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in supporting the economic independence of the residents of Balaroa Pewunu Village. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, which provides a descriptive description of the findings. The results of the study show that BUMDes have a role in supporting village economic independence. The role of BUMDes is by increasing the standard of living which has implications for the growth and equity of the rural economy. Improving people's standard of living is carried out by developing a business selling plant seeds, plant fertilizers, and plant pesticides.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram social media marketing and price on thrift product purchasing decisions and their impact on customer satisfaction at the Youth Thrift Market in Palu City. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method. The sample used was 80 respondents. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires and processed using Smart PLS version 3.0. The scale used in this study is the Likert scale. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics which consists of direct and indirect influence variables and is supported by Patrial Least Squares (PLS) which consists of two approaches, namely Outer Model and Inner Model analysis. The results of this study indicate that significantly social media marketing Instagram has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, social media marketing Instagram has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, prices have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. There is a positive but not significant influence between Instagram social media marketing on consumer satisfaction and price on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Forests have a production function, namely economic value, such as wood, rattan, agarwood and so on. Forests have an ecological function because forests are very important for the survival of human beings, animals and plants. Ecological functions include absorbing carbon dioxide and then producing oxygen for life, a source of water, preventing erosion and flooding, habitat for animals, and a source of biodiversity. The purpose of planting tree seedlings is a form of making a production forest where it retains water during floods, secondly as an increase in the economy of the people of Balaroa Pewunu Village. The author uses a descriptive observational method using a persuasive approach to the community by interviews and field observations. By planting candlenut, avocado, jackfruit and petai trees. Implementation of tree seed planting activities on holidays, namely Sundays and trees planted around the river area, with the involvement of village government officials and Risma youth. The planting was carried out in stages considering that there were 850 trees planted including: 500 candlenut seeds, 200 avocado seeds, 100 jackfruit seeds, and 50 petai seeds. The target achieved in planting tree seedlings is expected to become community income in the future. From the community service activities it was concluded that the land in the production forest was used by the community for gardening and farming, then utilizing forest products. The types of forest products that are widely used are candlenut, tamarind, jackfruit, guava, and pineapple.
