Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimal stock selection on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Single Index Model method, focusing on stocks included in the LQ45 index during the 2019-2023 period. The selection of data samples used in this study is Purposive Sampling and the analysis technique in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, 15 stocks were selected that were included in the LQ45 index category. The results of the study showed that from a sample of 15 stocks, there were 2 stocks that fell into the optimal stock criteria, namely Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO) and Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA), these stocks had an overall Expected Return (ER) of 3.95% and an overall Variance of 2.447%.

Abstract

In the increasingly developing digital era, online buying and selling transactions have become the main choice for many consumers in Indonesia). Ease of access, a variety of product choices, and flexibility in payment and delivery are the main factors that make e-commerce platforms an attractive option for consumers. Shopee, one of the most popular e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, has succeeded in attracting consumer attention through good user experience, easy cash on delivery services, and adaptation to consumer lifestyles. Even though Shopee is relatively new compared to other platforms, this application is still the main choice for Indonesian consumers to shop online. In 2023, Sea Group, Shopee's parent company, recorded its first net profit of US$162.7 million since its IPO in 2017. Forrest Li, CEO of Sea Group, stated that this achievement was driven by market leadership in the e-commerce business, development of the digital financial services business, and stabilization of the performance of the digital entertainment business.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, an organization is dynamic in responding to change in order to survive and achieve organizational goals. There are internal and external factors that influence organizational change, so an organization must respond well and appropriately to every change that arises. This research uses quantitative methods. A population is a group of individuals with different characteristics that are of interest in a study. The population in this study was 194 people. A sample is a portion of the population taken through certain methods that also has certain characteristics. The Slovin formula was used to eliminate several percent of the population that had to be sampled so that 66 respondents were obtained. The results of the coefficient of determination test for the dependent variable can be influenced by variables of 0.663 or 66,3%, while the remaining 33,7% is influenced by other variables. In the F test, the Fcount score is 129,071 > 3.14 and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be explained that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that training has a positive and significant effect on performance and the model is said to be feasible. The results of the t test show that training has a t-count value of 11,361 t table of 1.66980 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that training has a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on Organizational Behavior in Employees of Grand Laguna Hotel and Villa Karanganyar.The approach used in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique with the population of all employees of Grand Laguna Hotel and Villa Karanganyar The sample of this study is 50 respondents who work at Grand Laguna Hotel and Villa Karanganyar.Technique Data collection in this study used a questionnaire and was processed using IBM SPSS Statistic 25. The conclusion of the results of this study is that there is an influence of the three independent variables on the dependent variables studied in this study. Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Culture, and Leadership Style have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

Post-COVID-19 recovery, retail businesses that fail to adjust their sales practices will experience decreased cash and Inventory Turnover, leading to reduced profitability.So the goal of this study is to bjectively demonstrate the influence of Cash Turnover and Inventory Turnover on Return On Asset, both partially and concurrently. This study does descriptive quantitative research. The unit of analysis includes 16 retail nterprises listed on the IDX from 2022 to 2023. The data type is based on secondary data. With the SPSS version 27 rogram, the data is processed using the partial t test and the simultaneous F test.. The research using the partial t test yielded a t value of -1.266 < t table (2.045) and a sig value of 0.215 > 0.05, indicating that Cash Turnover has no partial influence on ROA. Inventory Turnover has a limited influence on ROA, as indicated by a t value of -2.673 compared to t table (2.045) and a sig value of 0.012 < 0.05 (H2 accepted). The simultaneous F test findings show a F count of 3.945> 3.32 (F table) with a sig value of 0.031 <0.05, indicating that both Cash Turnover and Inventory Turnover impact ROA (H3 approved).

Abstract

The research entitled "Quality of Service, Product Quality and Price Influence on Customer Satisfaction at Oxyco Café Solobaru" aims to find out how customer satisfaction is influenced by the quality of service, product quality, and price. The quantitative and associative methods used in this study are double linear regression. The study of the relationship between two or more variables is considered an association. Because the population of the study is unknown, sampling was conducted using a non-opportunity method. Heir et al. method for measuring samples Research results show that customer satisfaction is significantly influenced by the quality of service, product quality, and price. In addition, service quality variables, product quality, and price are also significantly influenced by dependent variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of employee recruitment and selection on employee performance at PT Tifico Fiber Indonesia Tbk, Tangerang City. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 50 respondents. In collecting data using observation techniques and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.726 + 0.801 X1. The correlation coefficient value for the Recruitment variable is 0.806, meaning that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 42.0%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (9.445 > 2.012). Thus Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between recruitment and employee performance. Employee selection has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 18.408 + 0.613 X2. The Job Stress correlation coefficient value is 0.815, meaning that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 42.0%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (5.899 > 2.012). Thus, H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between employee selection and employee performance. Employee Recruitment and Selection has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y= Y= 6.719 + 0.686 X1 + 0.157 X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.815, meaning that the independent variable and the related variables have a very strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 66.4%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of fcount > ftable or (46.493 > 3.20). Thus, Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Employee Recruitment and Selection on Employee Performance at PT. Tifico Fiber Indonesia Tbk Tangerang City.

Abstract

Earnings management is the intervention by management in the process of determining the company's earnings to gain benefits from external parties. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of leverage, company size, company growth, profitability, and capital structure on earnings management in the Food and Beverage Subsector companies for the period 2019-2023. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 12 companies. The results of this study indicate that leverage, profitability, and capital structure have a significant impact on earnings management, while company size and company growth does not have a significant effect on earnings management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job characteristics and knowledge sharing on job satisfaction with organisational commitment as a mediating variable (study on employees of Bank CIMB Niaga South Jakarta Branch Office). The population in this study are all employees and employees who work at Bank CIMB Niaga South Jakarta Branch Office. The sampling method in this study used the Slovin formula and obtained a sample size of 55 respondents. Data is processed through Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results showed that better job characteristics can increase job satisfaction and organisational commitment. Similar to job characteristics, better knowledge sharing can also increase job satisfaction and organisational commitment. Meanwhile, stronger organisational commitment is also proven to affect job satisfaction. Organisational commitment acts as a mediator of the effect of job characteristics and knowledge sharing on job satisfaction of employees of Bank CIMB Niaga South Jakarta Branch Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Net Profit Margin And Asset Structure on Stock Price Coal Mining Sub-Sector Companies Listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 Period. The samples for this research are 23 coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before 2019. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using a statistical test tools, namely Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 26.0 and Microsoft Excel 2021. The data used is secondary data in the form of complete financial reports during the study period. The results showed that the variabel Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover effect on Stock Prices. Net Profit Margin And Asset Structure have no significant effect on Stock Price.
