Abstract

Financial distresses have strong relationships with the company’s bankruptcy. The financial distress can be predicted by using information contained in the financial statements and the company’s corporate governance mechanisms. The purpose of this study is to prove the effect of ownership structure, liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, activity ratios, and the size of the company to possible financial distress of manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Populations of this study are manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are published in the financial statements from the years 2008-2012,samples of the research  are 156 financial. Data analysis uses a logistic regression .The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership significantly influence of financial distress. While institutional ownership does not significantly influence of financial distress. Liquidity ratios and activity ratios significantly influence of financial distress. While the leverage ratio and firm size had no significant effect on the financial distress. The results can be used for decision making corporate leaders and investors as well as potential investors to always attention Managerial ownership, liquidity ratio, and the ratio of the activity, because these three variables has a contribution in influencing the potential for financial distress.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial development after graduating from college is very necessary for students so that businesses or businesses run by dapat are developed in a sustainable manner. Students after graduating college on average look for work and do not continue their efforts. The problem in student business is limited labor, timely service, still limited in the use of information technology in marketing and business premises or business. This makes the student's business or the business is unsustainable. The goal of this activity is to assist in the management and development of businesses run by students who have advantages and are capable of creating jobs and trying to assist the government in its efforts to reduce joblessness. Entrepreneurial development's outcomes activities produced by 6 (six) Indonesian students after graduating from college can continue and develop their business. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work atmosphere and interpersonal conflict on employee performance at the Surakarta City Population and Civil Registration Office (Dukcapil). The research population includes all employees of Dukcapil Surakarta, totaling 74 people. The variables studied include work atmosphere, interpersonal conflict, and employee performance. Data collection was conducted through a combination of primary and secondary data. Primary data collection methods used interviews and questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained through documentation. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling method with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach, and data processing was done using SmartPLS software. The results showed that. Interpersonal conflict and work atmosphere are proven to have a significant impact on the performance of employees of the Surakarta City Dukcapil Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions partially, to determine the effect of pricing on purchasing decisions, and to determine the effect of product quality, and pricing on purchasing decisions case study at UD Daryono Plastik Surakarta simultaneously. A sample of 50 respondents using a sampling technique using random sampling. This study uses a quantitative method with SPSS 25 64 bit data analysis tools. The data analysis technique in this study uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, T tests, and F tests. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of product quality on purchasing decisions, there is a positive and significant effect of pricing on purchasing decisions. Then the results of the study concluded that simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect of product quality, and pricing on purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of celebrity endorsement on Purchase Intention partially, to determine the influence of Price Perception on purchasing decisions, and to determine the influence of product quality and price determination on Purchase Intention, a case study of somethinc skincare users in Surakarta City simultaneously. The sample was 100 respondents using a sampling technique using random sampling. This research uses quantitative methods with SPSS 25 64 bit data analysis tools. Data analysis techniques in this research use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, T tests, and F tests. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence of celebrity endorsement on Purchase Intention, there is a positive and significant influence of Price Perception on Purchase Intention. . Then the research results concluded that simultaneously there was a positive and significant influence of celebrity endorsement and Price Perception on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether job training, work experience and career development influence work productivity at the Class 1B Boyolali District Court. The population of this study were all employees at the District Court 1 Bpyplali class 1B. The number of samples used in this research was 40 respondents. The variables used in this research are job training, work experience, career development and work productivity. The method used is a quantitative method. Data analysis techniques use SEM-PLS and SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this research show that job training has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, work experience has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, career development has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh keterikatan kebiasaan dan keterikatan emosional terhadap pembelian ulang di TikTok Shop, dengan mempertimbangkan niat beli ulang sebagai variabel penengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dari orang yang telah melakukan pembelian berulang di TikTok Shop. Variabel yang digunakan adalah keterikatan kebiasaan, keterikatan emosional, niat beli ulang, dan pembelian ulang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Part Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan program SmartPLS4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterikatan kebiasaan dan keterikatan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang dan pembelian ulang. Niat beli ulang juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian ulang serta memediasi pengaruh keterikatan kebiasaan dan keterikatan emosional terhadap pembelian ulang.Kata Kunci : Keterikatan Kebiasaan, Keterikatan Emosional, Niat Beli Ulang, Pembelian Ulang, SmartPLS4 ABSTRACTThis study aims to identify how habit attachment and emotional attachment influence repeat purchases on TikTok Shop, considering repurchase intention as a mediating variable. By understanding the factors that influence consumers to make repeat purchases on TikTok Shop, this research aims to provide valuable insights for TikTok Shop management in designing more effective marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty. The sample consists of people who have made repeat purchases on TikTok Shop. The variables used in this study include habit attachment, emotional attachment, repurchase intention, and repeat purchase. Data collection methods include observation and questionnaires, using both primary and secondary data. The analysis technique employs Structural Equation Modeling-Part Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS4 program. The results show that habit attachment positively and significantly influences repurchase intention and repeat purchase, emotional attachment positively and significantly influences repurchase intention and repeat purchase, and repurchase intention positively and significantly influences repeat purchase. Repurchase intention also positively and significantly mediates the relationship between habit attachment and repeat purchase, as well as between emotional attachment and repeat purchase.Keywords : Habbittual Attachment, Emotional Attachment, Repurchase Intention, Repeat Purchase, SmartPLS4

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengendalian persediaan dan perencanaan produksi, yang pada akhirnya akan mendukung peningkatan efektivitas persediaan produk dan kinerja operasional perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Peneliti yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif memahami bahwa mereka adalah instrumen utama dalam proses penelitian ini, dan mereka memiliki asumsi tentang deduktifnya pengujian teori, perlunya membangun perlindungan terhadap bias, serta kemampuan untuk mengontrol alternatif atau penjelasan kontrafaktual. Meskipun fokus pada deskripsi dan interpretasi, penelitian kualitatif juga memungkinkan untuk menghasilkan temuan yang dapat digeneralisasi dan direplikasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dan sekunder yang metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara, analisis data, reduksi data, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) dan menggunakan POM Forecasting. Secara keseluruhan, pengendalian persediaan bahan baku di PT. Batik Danar Hadi telah berjalan cukup efektif dengan penerapan metode-metode yang tepat seperti EOQ. Metode ini membantu perusahaan menentukan jumlah pesanan optimal, mengurangi biaya penyimpanan dan pemesanan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Hasil peramalan juga memberikan gambaran tentang akurasi model yang digunakan, dengan ukuran-ukuran kesalahan seperti Bias, MAD, MSE, dan MAPE yang rendah menunjukkan bahwa model peramalan memiliki ketepatan yang baik dalam memprediksi nilai aktual. Kata Kunci : Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku, Perencanaan Produksi, Economic Order Quantity, POM Forecasting ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to increase the efficiency of inventory control and production planning, which will ultimately support increasing the effectiveness of product inventory and the company's overall operational performance. Researchers who use a qualitative approach understand that they are the primary instrument in the research process, and they have assumptions about the deductiveness of theory testing, the need to build in safeguards against bias, and the ability to control alternative or counterfactual explanations. Although focused on description and interpretation, qualitative research also allows for the production of findings that can be generalized and replicated. The data used in this research is primary and secondary data whose data collection methods use observation, interviews, data analysis, data reduction and documentation. The analysis technique uses the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method and uses POM Forecasting. Overall, raw material inventory control at PT. Danar Hadi Batik has worked quite effectively with the application of appropriate methods such as EOQ. This method helps companies determine optimal order quantities, reduce storage and ordering costs, and increase operational efficiency. The forecasting results also provide an idea of the accuracy of the model used, with low error measures such as Bias, MAD, MSE, and MAPE indicating that the forecasting model has good accuracy in predicting actual values. Abstract

One of the current clothing phenomena that is popular with all groups is wearing used clothes that are still suitable for use or commonly called thrifting. In addition to product quality, the content produced by the company is an important element in encouraging consumers to make purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of firm generated content and perception of product quality on purchasing decisions for thrift clothing. The population in this study were consumers of the elnassupply thriftshop. The sample in this study amounted to 64 respondents using purposive sampling techniques with criteria for the last 3 months. The data used in this study were primary data. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) and using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that firm generated content has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision, perceptions of product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions..
