Abstract

The government's efforts as a form of supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in point 3 regarding health and welfare, the Indonesian government. By using good information technology, it is hoped that good quality health services will also be achieved. The existing conditions at the Jemur Sari Islamic Hospital (RSI) Surabaya show that there are still incomplete Subject, Object, Assessment, Plan (SOAP) components in EMR in 2022. The aim of this research is to review the use of UTAUT-based EMR. This type of observational research uses a cross sectional design. The research sample was taken by total sampling from the entire population, namely 45 officers at Jemur Sari Hospital, Surabaya. Data analysis using frequency descriptives. The research results show that average job fit on performance expectancy 3,48, perceive ease of use on effort expectancy 3,47, subjective norm on social influence 3,43, compatibility on facilitating conditions 3,53 and persuasiveness on behavioral intention 3,50. The results in the very good category and social factors are in the good category. The conclusion of this research is that it needs to be further improved in the aspects of extrinsic motivation, perceived behavioral control, social factors, improvements in complexity and enthusiasm.

Abstract

Delay return of inpatient medical records still occur at Jenggawah Primary Health Center with an average percentage 52,15%. This situation leads to misfiled records, potentially causing disruptions and errors in patient care. The purpose’s research was to develop a strategy to reduce delay return of inpatient medical records using action research. This research methodology is quasi-semi-experimental methodology, incorporating interviews, observations, documentation, and discussions for data collection. Results in diagnosing action, the delay in returning the medical record of inpatient was caused by the officers' lack of medical record knowledge and their lack of medical record training, the contents of the SOP, which required evaluation, and the tracer's inadequate work. Planning action to plan strategy which are hold medical record training, reviewing returning medical record’s SOP and redesigning tracer. Taking action to implement strategy during 3 month. There is the evaluation action, which includes 4 success parameters. Overall, it is considered successful if the percentage of delays in returning inpatient medical records is dropped to a maximum of 50% per month. Evaluating action to evaluate taking action were carried out properly because the percentage of delays in returning inpatient medical record was reduced below 50%. It’s hoped medical recorder always monev and remind each other regarding the return of inpatient medical records. And it’s hoped Jenggawah Primary Health Center will hold in house training, hold socialization of SOP and budgeting funds for supporting facilities.

Abstract

Sensitivity is the ability of a medicinal substance to kill or inhibit the growth of microbes. Meanwhile, intermediate is a condition where there is a shift from a sensitive state to a completely resistant state. Method research was experimental and several procedural processes were  sterilization, making of MHA media, bacterial cultivation, and extract preparation. Result showed that the highest diameter of the inhibition zone for the extract was found in the Grona triflora extract in group 1, which was 35 mm and followed by Phyllanthus niruri extract in group 6 which was 29 mm. Furthermore, the inhibition zone diameter of positive control, ciprofloxacin and tetracyclines, were 40 mm. The active ingredients of Grona triflora are flavonoids, alkoloids, and phenolics and the components of meniran that are  flavonoid and tannin compounds are estimated as the inhibition factor that cause the inhibition zone in the media. Finally, the inhibitory zone of grass jarem herb extract (Grona triflora) (EGT) and  the inhibitory zone for extract of Phyllantus niruri  (EPN) are called to have the similar level of sensitivity when compared with several types of antibiotics ciproploxacin and tetracycline which have the sensitive level ≥ 21 mm.

Abstract

The quality of education in Indonesia is still relatively low when compared with other countries. To improve student achievement, stimulation can be provided to improve learning abilities and memory abilities. The learning and memory process will be optimal if a person is in an alpha brain wave state (8 to 12 Hz). Music that has a tempo of around 60 beats per minute, such as classical music, has the ability to stimulate alpha brain waves. Dangdut music is more familiar to Indonesian people and there is dangdut music which can change alpha brain waves to be more dominant. This type of research is a pre-experimental design with a crossover design. This research aims to see the differences between dangdut and classical music in improving short-term memory. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 30 people. Short-term memory measurements were carried out before and after receiving music exposure for 30 minutes. Measurements were carried out using the digit span test method. The result was that there was a significant increase in short-term memory after exposure to dangdut and classical music. The conclusion of this research is that dangdut music and classical music both have an impact on improving short-term memory abilities equally well.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a novel enteral formula for diabetes patients using tempeh flour with dragon fruit and tomato additions. An experimental design was employed to formulate and evaluate the nutritional content, viscosity, and organoleptic properties of the developed formula. Results showed that the formula had a high energy content of 926.1 kcal/100ml, with 41.6g/100ml of protein, 26.8g/100ml of fat, and 131.4g/100ml of carbohydrates. Viscosity testing indicated appropriate flow properties for enteral feeding, with 7ml of 10ml flowing in 10 seconds. However, organoleptic evaluation by seven panelists revealed low acceptance scores on a 4-point scale: color (mean 1.71), aroma (1.43), taste (1.43), and texture (2.29). While the formula demonstrates potential in terms of nutritional content and viscosity, significant improvements are needed to enhance its sensory acceptability. This research contributes to the development of plant-based enteral formulas for diabetes management, highlighting the challenges in balancing nutritional requirements with organoleptic qualities. The high carbohydrate content, while potentially beneficial for energy provision, raises concerns about glycemic control in diabetic patients. Further optimization of the formula's composition and clinical trials are recommended to assess its efficacy in diabetes care and to address the sensory and nutritional challenges identified in this study.
