Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis 1) pengaruh modal terhadap pendapatan. 2) pengaruh biaya terhadap pendapatan, 3) pengaruh jumlah tenaga kerja terhadap pendapatan, 4) pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap pendapatan dan 5) pengaruh Modal, Biaya Produksi, Jumlah Tenaga Kerja, dan Tingkat Pendidikan Terhadap Pendapatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan asosiatif. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli tahun 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sektor kuliner di Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang Provinsi Sumatera Barat berjumlah 124 sampel. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Stratified Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk penelitian berupa angket terbuka dengan digunakan uji Regresi Linear Berganda dan uji hipotesa dengan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Modal usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM. Pengaruh yang lebih besar terdapat pada kelompok usaha mikro yang ditunjukan oleh nilai koefisien usaha mirko adalah 0.455974, usaha kecil sebesar 0.253589. Dengan nilai t-hitung usaha mikro sebesar 4.508856 > t-tabel sebesar 1.99, t-hitung usaha kecil sebesar 2.029458 > t-tabel sebesar 2,02. 2) biaya produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM. Pengaruh yang lebih besar terdapat pada kelompok usaha mikro yang ditunjukan oleh nilai koefisien usaha mikro adalah 1.593910, usaha kecil sebesar 0.414613. Dengan nilai t-hitung usaha mikro sebesar 9.139478> t-tabel sebesar 1.99, t-hitung usaha kecil sebesar 4.757485> t-tabel sebesar 2,02. 3) Jumlah tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM,. Pengaruh yang lebih besar terdapat pada kelompok usaha kecil yang ditunjukan oleh nilai koefisien usaha mikro adalah 5876951 dan usaha mikro sebesar 3981416. Dengan nilai t-hitung usaha mikro sebesar 1.911951 < t-tabel sebesar 1.99, t-hitung usaha kecil sebesar 2.300887> t-tabel sebesar 2,02. 4) Tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM sektor kuliner di Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Pengaruh yang lebih besar terdapat pada kelompok usaha mikro yang ditunjukan oleh nilai koefisien usaha mikro adalah 637554.9, usaha kecil sebesar 2145507. Dengan nilai t-hitung usaha mikro sebesar 2.223903> t-tabel sebesar 1.99, t-hitung usaha kecil sebesar 2.358697> t-tabel sebesar 2,02. 5) Terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama modal, biaya produksi, jumlah tenaga ekrja dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 54,591 > Ftabel 2.68, dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, learning activities, school facilities, education of parents and peers on the learning achievement of Economics subjects of Class XI MAN 3 Students in Padang City. The results of data analysis in this study found that there was an influence of variables of self-efficacy, learning activities, school facilities, the education of parents and peers together on the learning achievement of Economics subjects of class XI MAN 3 Students in Padang City. The results of each variable can be decomposed based on two levels as follows: First, students who do not participate in the detailed extracurricular, namely the probability value of the self-efficacy variable (0.0000), learning activities (0.0017), school facilities (0.0003), parental education (0.0044) and peers (0.0000) affect student learning achievement which can be proven by a probability value smaller than α (0.05). Second, students who take part in extracurricular that can be detailed, namely the probability value of self-efficacy variables (0.0000), learning activities (0.0256), school facilities (0.0041), parents' education (0.0259) and peers (0.0000) affect student learning achievement which can be proven by a probability value smaller than α (0.05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana implementasi pictures untuk mengajar kosakata pembelajar muda dan model pengajaran yang tepat menggunakan pictures dilihat dari interactionis perspective untuk pelajar muda di salah satu sekolah swasta yang ada di kota Padang, SD IT Adzkia 2 Padang yang berlokasi di jalan taratak, kota Padang. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan informasi mengenai strategi dan cara pengajaran guru dalam proses pembelajaran kosakata untuk pelajar muda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 orang guru di SD IT Adzkia 2 Padang yang mengajar menggunakan strategi picture. Untuk mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan alat observasi checklist, field notes, dan video recorder. Peneliti memperoleh data strategi dan bagaimana cara guru dalam menggunakan pictures didalam kelas. Berdasarkan analisis data, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa guru Bahasa inggris di SD IT Adzkia 2 Padang masih belum sempurna dalam melakukan langkah pengajaran menggunakan strategi pictures dikelas. Dengan kekurangan guru dalam mengajarkan kosakata menggunakan pictures, peneliti merancang sebuah rencana pembelajaran berdasarkan interactionist perspective.Kata Kunci: Strategy Pictures, Using Pictures, Interactionists, Vocabulary, Young Learners

Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) the effect of education level, 2) the effect of age, 3) the influence of the number of family dependents, 4) the influence of husband's income and 5) the influence of motivation on women's decisions to work in Koto Salak District, Dharmasraya Regency. This research is focused on the influence of education level, age, number of dependents, husband's income and motivation on women's decision to work in Koto Salak Subdistrict, Dharmasraya Regency. The research method uses descriptive method. The results of the study show that: It can be seen that the results obtained are statistical> F table or 8.84> 2.38, so the decision H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So the variables of education level, age, number of family dependents, husband's income, motivation together have a significant effect on women's decisions to work.

Abstract

One of the subjects that use learning management system is basic programming. “Based on data obtained from” teachers in the field of basic programming studies, there are still many students who have not completed subjects using learning management systems. The purpose of the study was to find out the influence of students' perceptions about the use of learning management systems on basic programming subjects on students' learning motivation in SMK Negeri 2 Padang “during the Covid-19 pandemic”. “The population in this study is all students of class x rpl odd semester of the academic year” 2020/2021 SMK Negeri 2 Padang consisting of two classes of 66 people. “Sampling in this study was conducted with simple random sampling techniques. The analysis method uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that the t count was 2,953 and the value (sig = 0.004< 0.05). With df = 36-2 = 34 Obtained a certificate of 1,691,” from the above results can be concluded students' perceptions about the use of learning management system in basic programming subjects affect student learning motivation in SMK Negeri 2 Padang in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period.

Abstract

The development of E-Learning-Based Learning Media Using Chamilo at SMA Negeri 13 Padang was motivated by the lack of use of e-learning learning media in the teaching and learning process.The purpose of this study was to determine the results of expert validation, teacher responses, student responses and the practicality of media at SMA Negeri 13 Padang. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The subjects in this study were students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 13 Padang. The data analysis technique used in this research is validation analysis using ICC, Teacher Response, Student Response and Practicality.The results of the study show that: 1.) Making e-learning learning media using chamilo includes validation by experts in the fields of media, education, information technology and language. In order to obtain media validation data and process it using the Intereclass Coefficient Correlation (ICC) formula assisted by the SPSS program, the result is 0.934. If the result is more than 0.50, the validation level is considered appropriate. 2.) The results of the geography teacher's response at SMA Negeri 13 Padang are expressed in terms of an average score of 94% belonging to the very interested category. 3.) The results of student responses in the small group trial obtained an average percentage of 77% while in the large group trial the average percentage was 77.5%. 4.) and the practicality of the media obtained a percentage score of 88% with the category "very practical". This shows that the e-learning-based learning media that has been developed can be used in SMA Negeri 13 Padang. Kata Kunci : E-Learning, Chamilo, Media, Development

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of the Use of Team Games Tournament Models and Learning Disciplines on the Economic Learning Outcomes of Class X Students of SMAN 16 Padang City. Based on the analysis of data it is known that both classes of samples are usually distributed and homogeneous. The results of hypothesis testing through two-way ANOVA obtained the following results: 1) obtained a sig value of 0.011, this means that the sig value. less than the value a = 0.05 (sig. < ) then thus the H0 accepted Ha rejected, so it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students taught using the teams games tournament method are higher than the classes taught using conventional learning methods (discovery learning). 2) the second hypothesis, obtained a sig value of 0.016, this means that the sig value. less than the value (a = 0.05 (sig.<) then thus the H accepted Ha rejected, So that it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students taught using the teams games tournament method with higher learning discipline are higher than the classes taught using conventional learning methods (discovery learning) with learning discipline. 3) obtained a sig. value of 0.023,  this means that the value of the sig. less than the value (a = 0.05 (sig.< ) then thus the Ho accepted Ha is rejected, so it can be concluded that students who have low learning discipline are taught with the teams games tournament model have high learning outcomes than the learning outcomes of students who have low learning discipline using a conventional learning model. 4) (discovery learning)) the third hypothesis is obtained sig level value = 0.401, this means that the value is a sig level value. = 0.843,  this means that the value of the sig. greater than the value (α = 0.05 (sig. < α) then thus H0 rejected Ha accepted, so that there is no interaction of the learning model teams games tournament and learning discipline on student learning outcomesKeywords: Learning Outcomes, learning discipline, Model Teams Games Tournament, Discovery Learning

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability of students to understand mathematical concepts and students are not used to discussing. The research objective was to determine how the effect of the application of the formulate share listening create informal cooperative learning model on the understanding of the mathematical concepts of class VII.2 students of MTsN 12 Pesisir Selatan.This research is a descriptive quantitative research based on one shoot case study. The population in this study were students of class VII MTsN 12 Pesisir Selatan which consisted of 5 classes. The sampling technique was taken using purposive sampling, so that class VII.2 MTsN 12 Pesisir Selatan was chosen as the sempel class. The research instrument was the final test in the form of an essay and thereliability of . Where based on data analysis the value of the trial class.Based on the calculation results, it was found that the percentage of learning outcomes with the conceptual understanding indicator obtained by students while using the formulate share listening create informal cooperative learning model was quite good. 61%. So it can be concluded that by applying the informal cooperative learning model type formulate share listening create to the students' ability to understand mathematical concepts class VII.2 MTsN 12 Pesisir Selatan is quite good.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of a virus called Covid-19. This virus has entered various countries so that all activities are limited, including education which makes the learning process online (in the network). The same is true for students who live in Mapat Tunggul District, West Pasaman Regency, which is an isolated area, so that students there experience network problems when carrying out the online learning process. The formulation of the research problem is how the strategy of students in isolated areas to get internet network access for online learning in Mapat Tunggul District, Pasaman Regency. The theory used in this study is the structural-functional theory proposed by Talcott Parsons. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The informants involved experienced this network problem as many as 13 people. Data collection methods were used in two ways, namely observation, in-depth interviews and document studies. To achieve the validity of research data using triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the unit of data analysis used was a group with data analysis by Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there are several strategies undertaken by students in overcoming network constraints such as students building social relations with fellow students studying online at hill 7, with the hill community 7, forming social groups with fellow friends who attend online lectures, and build social relations with neighbors.
