Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi merupakan Jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh UNIVERSITAS DINAMIKA BANGSA. Jurnal MSI Menerbitkan Jurnal 4 kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juni, September dan Desember. Misi dari Jurnal Manajemen Sistem Informasi adalah untuk menyebarluaskan, mengembangkan dan menfasilitasi hasil penelitian mengenai Ilmu Sistem Informasi dan juga dapat menjadi wadah bagi para dosen, guru, peneliti dan para praktisi dalam bidang teknologi informasi dari seluruh Indonesia, dalam melakukan pertukaran informasi tentang hasil-hasil penelitian terbaru yang telah dilakukan. <![CDATA[The current form of customer relationship at the Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Al Muthmainnah has not optimallyheld interaction with customers, therefore the SDIT Al Muthmainnah requires a Customer Relationship Management(CRM) system. This research aims to analyze and design a web-based CRM at SDIT Al Muthmainnah. With the SystemDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC) method, this research only discusses the first 3 stages of SDLC; system investigation,system analysis, and system design. The design of the CRM model used is the Strategic Framework for CRM. Thesystem of modeling sets used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The result of this research is prototype of webbased CRM at SDIT Al Muthmainnah that can improves the quality of customer relationships. This research can befurther developed into a mobile-based CRM system, integrated with the Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD), andmake adjustments to the level of education other than elementary school.]]>

<![CDATA[For android users to fulfill their needs, they certainly feel incomplete without registering internetpackages, because it is more economical in terms of financial compared to directly using regular pulses.Various operators also offer internet packages with different types in terms of quota and usage time. Andsome operators also offer quota bonuses added to internet packages that have been purchased. Most internetpackages offered are internet packages with a duration of usage a month with different prices and bonuses.Consumers are required to be observant in choosing an internet package that suits their needs andpurchasing power. So that it does not harm the consumer itself. According to the desired criteria becausethere is no objective method to decide quickly. In computer science there is a system that can assist in theselection and decision making process to produce more effective and accurate decisions. In the DecisionSupport System there are various methods, one of which is the Analitychal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method.The basic concept of this method is to find the weights of the criteria and will be compared to eachalternative. The final result is obtained from the calculation process, which is the ranking of each alternative.It is expected that the results of this study can help decision makers in determining the telecommunicationoperator's internet package selection.]]>

<![CDATA[Starfruit is one of the fruits that are widely cultivated in Indonesia. But at this time sorting of starfruit is stilldone manually by humans, consequently resulting in a uniform level of maturity that is not good. For thisreason, a system is needed that can identify the level of maturity of starfruit with artificial neural networks.The main problem of designing artificial neural networks is how to analyze and design an artificial neuralnetwork architecture in order to determine the maturity level of sweet starfruit properly. This study aims todesign artificial neural networks with backpropagation method to identify the maturity level of starfruit.From the results of the study, the best configuring of backpropagation artificial neural network model is amodel of artificial neural networks with 3 inputs, 11 hidden layer neurons and 3 outputs (3-11-3). With thisconfiguration, artificial neural networks are able to identify the level of maturity with a success rate of 95.8%of 48 starfruit test data.]]>

<![CDATA[Selama ini sistem informasi akademik di SMA Negeri 8 Tanjung Jabung Timur masih menggunakan metodekonvensional, yakni setiap pengolahan data di catat dalam buku besar, yang sering kali mempersulit dalamproses pencarian data, selain itu membutuhkan tempat dan waktu yang lebih banyak. Oleh karena itu dalampenelitian ini, peneliti akan membuat sebuah perancangan menggunakan UML yang menghasilkan rancanganactivity, use case dan class diagram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan Sistem InformasiAkademik berbasis web. Peneliti berharap SMA Negeri 8 Tanjung Jabung Timur bisa mengembangkanrancangan sistem informasi akademik yang telah peneliti lakukan. Sehingga pengolahan data lebihterorganisir, memudahkan dalam pengaksesan data dan penyampaian informasi yang mampu mengatasikelemahan-kelemahan dari sistem yang sedang dipakai saat ini, dan juga bisa bermanfaat untuk membantupara pegawai SMA Negeri 8 Tanjung Jabung Timur, dalam metode pengumpulan data dilakukan denganmenggumpulkan data baik melalui wawancara maupun observasi. <![CDATA[Jambi Religion Court is one of the judicial bodies that has the duty and authority to examine, decide, and settle cases atthe first level between people who are Muslim in the field of marriage, inheritance, wills, and grants. The issue that hasalways surfaced in the community regarding service to the Jambi Religious Court is the delay in the settlement of the caseprocess. This is caused by the lack of information obtained by litigant parties, the difficulty in accessing courtinformation services that are still closed, the court is slow in providing information because the information provided stillrelies on summons which sometimes is not conveyed to the parties thus making the trial delayed again and resulted in thedelay in the process of settling the case. The solution offered is a change in the information system that is displayed basedon the website, where through this system makes it easy for visitors to get information quickly. The system modeling toolused is UML (Unified Modeling Language). <![CDATA[Research on the Education Office of Tanjung Jabung Barat District was motivated because schools inTanjung Jabung Barat District currently number 321 in 13 districts, with more and more existing schoolbuildings there are problems about how to find the position of the school, as well as problems in gettinginformation about facilities to support teaching and learning activities in the school and for the educationdepartment in determining the distribution of schools in an area (dense population but few schools. Thesystem development method used is Prototypr using modeling tools Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams,and Class Diagrams. <![CDATA[Biro Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah termasuk dalam struktur organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jambi.Pengelolaan aset pada Biro Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Provinsi Jambi dilakukan secara manual danmenggunakan Microsoft office excel sehingga kinerja sistem manajemen aset masih belum optimal. Salah satucara agar pengelolaan dapat lebih optimal adalah dengan penggunaan sistem informasi. Penelitian manajemenaset ini dilakukan pada tahap perencanaan aset, pengadaan aset, penerimaan aset dan penempatan aset.Penelitian ini menghasilkan prototype system yang menggambarkan fungsional perencanaan, pengadaan,penerimaan dan penempatan aset pada Biro Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Provinsi Jambi. Metode yangdigunakan adalah pendekatan berorientasi objek menggunakan UML (unified modelling language) yakniuse case diagram, class diagram dan activity diagram. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah prototype yangdapat diimplementasikan lebih lanjut sehingga menghasilkan sistem informasi manajemen aset yangdapat diimplementasikan pada pada Biro Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Provinsi Jambi.]]>

<![CDATA[Archives's role in organizational were very important now, but greater size and type of data or informationcollected within the company, it is demanded a good treatment on how organization manage them archive.The purpose of the archive management itself is to keep the archive accessible and available in the rightformat and can be used at the right time. One of the way to achieve it is with manage archives in anintegrated information system and connect using computer network. In this thesis, the document archive thatused at PT. datascrip KPC Jambi will be managed using the information system and stored into a centralizedfile server, so that all parties who need the archives can access the documents easily according to theirrespective access rights. altough it has ease of used, the author does not forget security aspect to avoid theexistence of parties who do not have right to access data. on this research results, author get analysis anddesign by UML Method and Object Oriented Programming approach that can be used as a reference anddescription for developers to build system completely and it has prototype design that can also be used.]]>

<![CDATA[Sistem informasi akademik pada SMP Negeri 12 Tebo saat ini masih dilakukan dengan carakonvensional salah satu contohnya adalah dalam penyampaian informasi jadwad pelajaran yang masihditempel manual dimading-mading yang sering robek atau hilang. Pengolahan data guru, data siswa, danpenyampaian rekap nilai kepada masing-masing wali kelas juga masih secara konvensional sehinggadibutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat membantu dan memenuhi kebutuhan informasi bagi pihak sekolahseperti guru, siswa, admin maupun orang tua siswa. Dengan adanya masalah-masalah diatas dapatdisimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi akademik di SMP Negeri 12 Kabupaten Tebo memiliki beberapakelemahan diantaranya adalah : penyampaian informasi akademik dan kegiatan lain yang masih manual,penyampaian rekap nilai kepada masing-masing wali kelas dan juga penglahan data guru dan siswa masihmanual. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat merancang sistem informasi yang dapat membantu danmemenuhi kebutuhan informasi bagi pihak sekolah. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka dilakukanlangkah-langkah yang terdiri dari tahapan perancangan menggunakan Diagram Konteks, Data FlowDiagram (DFD), Kamus Data, Database dan Prototype.
