Abstract

Financial management at the Bank Jambi Employee Cooperative still uses a manual system using notebooks and Microsoft Excel. This method is less effective because the savings and loan transactions that occur are getting higher and more complex. With the increase in savings and loan transactions, the manual transaction settlement process takes a long time to validate from the loan application process, registration of new members and presentation of information related to member data, checking the amount of deposits, and loan reports which are carried out directly by visiting the cooperative office, thus causing delays in the management of the savings and loan transaction process stage and the presentation of information or reports produced is less than optimal.” The role of the system is to use Unified Modeling Language tools, to explain various functions of the system and produce a prototype of a savings and loan information system at the Bank Jambi Employee Cooperative. The design of this Savings and Loans information system is website-based. This web-based design of the Employee Cooperative Savings and Loans Information System of Bank Jambi can be used to improve the performance of the Bank Jambi Employee Cooperative because with this information system design, the recording of savings and loan transactions becomes faster and more accurate and reporting becomes easier and can also improve services to cooperative members, because members can apply for loans, view data on deposits, loans and installments online without having to come to the Bank Jambi Employee Cooperative office.

Abstract

The Regional Revenue Agency of West Tanjung Jabung Regency in managing local taxes, for now the restaurant taxpayer reporting process is still reporting taxes manually. Where: 1) Taxpayers must go to the office of Bapenda Tanjung Jabung Barat to report their taxes. 2) The length of waiting time for taxpayers at the Tanjung Jabung Barat Bapenda office and the accumulation of taxpayers if the due date is near. 3) The length of the verification, calculation and determination process by officers. 4) Taxpayers must wait for the return to process tax payments at the Bank. To solve this problem, the researcher designed a Taxpayer Self Assessment Service System with the aim of being an alternative problem solving. In the design and analysis, the researcher uses the UML method and the design design uses a prototype. From the results of the analysis and design, it produces features that are useful for taxpayers, such as 1) The system also stores employee/staff data. 2) The system also stores taxpayer data (restaurants and swiftlet nests). 3) Taxpayers can view information on when tax reporting is due. 4) Taxpayers can report from home or place of business without having to come to the Tanjung Jabung Regency Regional Revenue Agency.

Abstract

Design and build a production monitoring dashboard executive information system as a strategic step for the Board of Management (BOM) in making decisions. This study aims to assist the Executive management of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI can get information faster and more accurately. The information is in the form of production results, losis, restan and so on in the business unit, and in this study it is only limited to the production of Palm Oil Mills (PKS) and the production of Palm Oil plants. This research was developed with the development model Waterfall and then implemented into the application. The results of this assessment are the Production Monitoring Dashboard Executive Information System (SIEDASI) at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Web-based.

Abstract

The Department of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) of Jambi Province, is a service that handles various mining problems, this service is addressed at Jalan Arief Rachman Hakim No. 30 Telanaipura Jambi, Simpang IV Sipin Village, Telanaipura District. Problems in the data processing process, namely the process of finding data at a slow value, the data does not appear automatically so it must input repeatedly, and data cannot be mutually integrated due to the absence of a database. The benefits of the research conducted are improving performance in the admin section so that it can simplify employee data processing. The purpose of the study is to design a Staffing Information System at the Jambi Province Energy and Mineral Resources Office. The method of using the prototype model, the results of the research are data processing applications that have been designed to facilitate data processing and report generation. Suggestions before using the application, it is better for the user to get training first so that they can be operated optimally

Abstract

The process of recruiting new employees at PT. BPD Jambi is currently still using the manual method where PT. BPD Jambi provides an assessment for the recruitment of prospective employees which is still done manually so that all data on the selection of prospective new employees do not have a fixed weight, and mistakes often occur so that there are prospective employees who do not meet the standards of passing the selection process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current system in employee recruitment at PT BPD Jambi and design a decision support system for employee recruitment at PT BPD Jambi with the simple additive weighting (SAW) method. Analysis and design of the employee acceptance decision support system using this web-based simple additive weigthing (SAW) method using object-based modeling techniques to describe system analysis and design, namely in the form of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The output of this research is in the form of a prototype system design. Abstract

AKTA TRISAD is one of the businesses engaged in the rental of heavy equipment. The problems that occurred at PT. AKTA TRISAD, namely the frequent occurrence of repeated rentals, difficulty in searching for data and difficulties in disseminating information regarding heavy equipment rental. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based heavy equipment rental system at PT. AKTA TRISAD. The method used in system design is the prototyping method. While the system modeling tools used by the author are Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams. This rental information system prototype is expected to facilitate PT. AKTA TRISAD in carrying out the process of renting heavy equipment and facilitating the dissemination of required information. So as to be able to produce the required information quickly, precisely and accurately.

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI is one of the companies operating in the plantation sector that is transforming the development of information technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI has an HR Department which is implementing changes to business processes that were originally monitoring employees including for attendance, leave permits and leave are recorded manually. In Monitoring employees manually, there are many obstacles to reporting caused by the monitoring process not being carried out in real time. Based on these conditions, a system is needed that can assist in monitoring employee activities both from attendance, exit permits and integrated leave. With an android-based application and web dashboard, the process of monitoring employees in each Business Unit at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI can be done in real time and also assists in the reporting system. So the final result of this research is the proposed employee monitoring application with themethod location based service which can greatly assist the HR Department in monitoring employees and reporting that is integrated in real time.

Abstract

The management of new student admissions at the Muara Bungo Computer Education Center (Pusdikom) is still conventional or manual, both in terms of managing registrant data and filling in registration forms. In the admin section, collect registration archives so that they are vulnerable to loss and problems in searching for prospective student data in changing registrant data. The purpose of this study was to analyze and design a new student admission information system at the Muara Bungo Computer Education Center (Pusdikom). The information system design method uses prototyping with system modeling tools, namely UML and interface design using Balsamiq Mockups 3.The output or results obtained from this study are the design of the information system for the admission of new students at the Muara Bungo Computer Education Center (Pusdikom) in terms of admin consisting of managing prospective new students, instructor data, department data, registration wave data, and category data management which will be displayed on the home page and from the leadership's point of view obtaining information about the number of registrants, the number of participants who took the selection exam, instructor & department info, as well as registration wave info. Meanwhile, prospective applicants get information about registration, including procedures, registration date, and test selection results and filling out the registration form. Suggestions that can be given are that further research can add other features and menus that are not made in this study and can make web-based and mobile applications.

Abstract

Some of the factors that cause forest and land fires are natural factors and human negligence. To determine areas prone to forest and land fires, namely by analyzing data mining techniques using the clustering method and k-means algorithm in order to find out the clustering rules between these clusters. The data processed is data as much as geothermal points obtained from the Manggala Agni Daops Sumatran XI / BTP which has been recapitulated from January to June and the variables used are id, level of confidence, satellite, probability radius and district. The potential for forest and land fires used is based on very vulnerable, prone and non-prone areas. With this analysis, information on areas that are prone to forest and land fires can be obtained and can help when carrying out integrated patrols and preventive patrols because it is known that areas prone to forest and land fires in the Manggala Agni Daops Sumatra XI / BTP work area, namely Tanjung Regency jabung timur and tanjung jabung barat.
