Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know about the Application of Legal Sanctions against stolen goods collectors according to the Criminal Code. The research method used in this writing is Normative Law research. Results of Discussion: Application of legal sanctions against the criminal act of possession of stolen goods in accordance with the provisions of Article 480 of the Criminal Code by fulfilling the following elements: a) Whose goods, defined as a person or perpetrator of the procurement of goods; b) Buying goods, defined as the act of purchasing goods where the goods are the result of a crime. c) It is appropriate or known and suspected that the goods obtained from the act of crime, means that it is appropriate for the buyer to have a suspicion that the goods purchased are the proceeds of crime. The judge's consideration in determining the responsibility of the perpetrator of the prosecution through the evidentiary power of legal evidence. The legal evidence used is the proceeds of crime, witness statements, expert witnesses, letters and statements of the accused. Legal sanctions for the container of stolen goods are punishable by imprisonment for a maximum of 4 (four) years or a maximum fine of Rp.900,- (nine hundred rupiah). However, the holder of stolen goods in the light category, as mentioned in Article 482 of the Criminal Code, has a maximum penalty of three months or a maximum fine of Rp. 900,- (nine hundred rupiah).

Abstract

Traffic violations are committed not only on adults, even including the age of children also commit many traffic violations. Legal sanctions for violators will be imposed, both administrative criminal sanctions and imprisonment sanctions. Juridically, violators will be subject to imprisonment for a maximum of 1 (one) year and/or a maximum fine of IDR 2,000,000.00 (two million rupiah) in accordance with Article 229 paragraph (3) of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. The law imposes imprisonment, confinement and fines for traffic violations in the Bangko police station. In addition, criminals and perpetrators of traffic violations can be sentenced to additional crimes in the form of revocation of driver's licenses or compensation for losses caused by criminal acts or traffic violations, but this enforcement is intended for traffic offenders who are adults. Meanwhile, criminal liability for perpetrators of traffic violations committed by school children in the jurisdiction of the Bangko Police Station, usually first looks at the elements, namely intentional or not or negligence that results in the occurrence of the violation, it will affect the legal action that will be taken by the Bangko Police Station for traffic violators. For criminal law liability for traffic violations committed by school children in the jurisdiction of Bangko Police Station, violators of the age category of school children are only given criminal sanctions in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Abstract

Nurses are medical personnel and important pioneers in public health services in hospitals. To achieve the ideals and goals of the hospital, it is very important for the hospital to be able to maximize the performance of every employee, including nurses. Performance is the process and result of an activity carried out by employees with their capabilities to meet the standards or indicators set in an effort to support the company in achieving its goals. There are many variables that can influence performance, one of which is work stress. Nurses who experience emotional, mental and physical disorders caused by the work environment, workload and demands from superiors can be said to be experiencing symptoms of work stress. Nurses who have symptoms of work stress and do not have good stress coping mechanisms will tend to decrease their performance. The aim of this research is to find out how work stress influences the performance of nurses in the Wijaya Kusuma Inpatient Room at Baptist Kediri Hospital. This research uses quantitative research methods. The sampling method in this research used probability simple random sampling and used a sample of 33 people. The instrument and data collection in this research used a scale of perceptions of work stress (Robbbins & Judge, 2017) and performance (Koopsmans, 2014). In testing this hypothesis, the results obtained were R2 = 0.220 (p<0.05). These findings indicate that nurses in the Wijaya Kusuma Room at Baptist Hospital Kediri have a significant level of work stress which has an influence on performance.

Abstract

To advance a company requires maximum contribution from an employee, one of the things that underlies the positive contribution of employees is Loyalty. Loyalty employees is a form of appreciation from employees for the place where they work where they feel a sense of comfort and pride in working. Loyalty can be influenced by many variables, one of that which is quality of work life. Employees with a sense of comfort, experience, satisfaction are things that trigger loyalty in employees. Employees with good quality of work life tend can make better contributions, The purpose of this study is to determine how the quality of work life affects employee loyalty at PT.X Magelang City. This research uses quantitative method with a sample of 40 employees who work at PT.X Magelang City. To measure the quality of work life variable, 8 dimensions of Walton's findings were used, while the loyalty variable used the Employee Loyalty measurement method of Dutta & Dhir. In hypothesis testing, the result obtained is R2 = 17.052 (p<0.05). This finding shows that employees of PT.X Magelang company can work more optimally when they have aspects of loyalty arising from a good sense of quality of work life.

Abstract

This study aims to construct an ethical decision-making model for Tax Consultants in Malang City consisting of: ego depletion and machiavellian nature as an independent variable, religiosity as a moderation variable, and ethical decision making as a dependent variable. This research was conducted at the Tax Consultant Office in Malang in November 2023 – January 2024. The population of all Tax Consultant employees in Malang was 364 people, then sampled with random sampling techniques obtained by 191 employees at the Office. Primary data related to research variables are obtained by sending questionnaires directly to via google form. It was further analyzed using moderation double linear regression. However, it was previously tested: validity, reliability, linearity, model feasibility, and classical assumption tests include: multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, normality. His hypothesis was tested using a t-test with an alpa of 5%. The results of this study prove that ethical decision making is constructed by: first, ego depletion has a significant negative effect on ethical decision making; second, Machiavellian has a significant negative influence on ethical decision making; third, religiosity reinforces the negative influence of ego depletion on ethical decision making; fourth, religiosity reinforces the Machiavellian megative influence on ethical decision making.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of criminal offenders committing motor vehicle theft and efforts to overcome Curanmor crime in the jurisdiction of Rokan Hilir. The type of research used is the juridical-empirical research method, which is a process of research and understanding based on methodology that investigates a social phenomenon and human problems. Results of Discussion: first, Factors causing the occurrence of motor vehicle theft include: 1. Economic Factors, This factor occurs due to pressure on the fulfillment of basic daily needs; 2. Habitual factor, This factor is influenced because of behavior that occurs repeatedly and continuously so it is difficult to stop it. ; 3. Environmental Factors, Environmental factors/association greatly influence a person to do or not do something. Do something because in the environment is accustomed to committing criminal acts such as curanmor, then the environment greatly influences curanmor perpetrators to commit the same crime because the environment is very supportive.; 4. Lifestyle Factors, This factor is caused by the fulfillment of additional needs, outside of the general need to improve lifestyle in the community. Second, efforts to overcome the crime of theft of motor vehicles (curanmor) in the jurisdiction of Rokan Hilir are carried out in 2 ways, namely by preventive and repressive efforts.

Abstract

This study discusses the Juridical Analysis of Legal Protection of Children as Victims of Abuse in the Perspective of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. The type of research used is normative juridical research. The nature of research in this study is descriptive analytical. The type of data used is literature research. The results showed the form of legal protection for children as victims of abuse in the perspective of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Protection in the Form of Legal Protection of Children as Victims of Abuse in the Perspective of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, in Article 69A It is stated that the form of protection given to children as victims of abuse, namely by: 1. Providing education about reproductive health, religious values, moral values. 2. Conducting social rehabilitation activities, for Child Victims of Abuse. 3. Conduct psychosocial assistance during treatment until recovery. 4. Provision of protection and assistance at every level of examination starting from investigation, prosecution, to examination in court hearings.
